My experience here has been anything but stellar... The time it takes you to get your food in the drive through is beyond sad. 30 minutes for 2 entrees.... so sad. came in about 2 weeks ago with my husband. get home and orders are all wrong. we call and explain the situation and they write our name down for next time. came In tonight and got our free entree along with other food. in the drive thru lady who took order was super rude, kept cutting us off, had an attitude and then didn't let us finish our order. we pull forward and asked for a manager (it's 7pm) and no manager on site. so a young man came and assisted us and we explained everything and explained how she cut us off and didn't let us finish and was rude, he then says all our stuff is free. that's cool and all and appreciated. get home and our meals are missing 2 entrees. we call them to let them know our issue and called 3 times and no answer. (we live 20 min away so going there and back is inconvenient). not sure why we keep coming back. the female workers have a huge attitude problem everytime we have ever came and we brush it off. but if you don't like your job don't do customer service. highly recommend anywhere but panda in cove. read more

Not sure what is going on with this location? 2 weeks and no green bean chicken dish, today at 530 have to cook fried rice, Beijing beef. We love Panda Express everywhere, except the Copperas Cove location I wish they did so much better too since it is the closest location to home. The Harker Heights location seems to provide better service and they haven't messed up any of my orders. Copperas Cove seems to mess up our order far too often. We've kept going back hoping the next time the experience is better but I'm loosing hope! I think it is time to face reality. The next time we are craving Panda, it will be better for us to make the extra few minute drive to Harker Heights. I tried talking to management about it once, but the guy seemed not to care much. Would not recommend this location, if you want your money's worth, take that drive to Harker Heights. I have been here twice and both times my rice wasn't cooked all the way and the entree portions were really small.. didn't even look like a spoon full. I came here recently on Mother's Day and ordered food through the drive through. The employee informed me it would be a 5 minute wait for more orange chicken, I had an extra 5 minutes to wait so I agreed. After waiting in line behind the 2 cars in front of me for 5 minutes, at the window I'm informed it will be another 5 minutes and to pull in front of the store. I patiently waited for 30 minutes watching numerous customers go through the drive thru and inside the restaurant getting there food. I went inside to request a refund as I could not wait any longer and the employees lied to my face and said they did not issue refunds. I tried calling the manager the next day but Priscilla T was absolutely no help and very rude. I had to make a complaint to corporate about the store to receive my refund from corporate. I will never return to this location and I don't suggest it. Very poor customer service with rude employees. WOW just looked at the reviews and obviously I'm not the first person this location has screwed over. The Franchise owner should be punished for dragging Panda Expresses reputation through the mud. read more

I love Panda Express. The food is great and customer service is usually on point. I give this store 3 stars because seems like there food is always dried out or burnt. It happens every time I go to this Panda. Management needs to look into there cooking procedure. All other Panda I don't have this issue. I will not return until I know issue is fixed. read more

Absolutely horrible. I love panda express but this location is the worst I've ever been to. We go here regularly because it's the closest to where we live but I will not be coming back. The drive thru has gotten my order wrong the past THREE times. They repeat what I order and then I get the food and it's wrong. That's not what put me over the edge though, I can deal with a messed up order but I went there a few days ago and the rice was hard and stale, the teriyaki sauce looked like tar it was so thick it wouldn't come out the container and they didn't give my husband two entrees on his plate, only one. I threw my food away cause it was so old and inedible. Don't come here and waste your money on this establishment. They need to get their shit together and make food properly and maybe be they could be a little nicer to the customers. This location blows, go elsewhere. read more

Disgusting tasted old like it was sweating on the serving line then I couldn't sleep because I got food poising from beef and broccoli and the fried rice I threw up the next morning never felt so hot and sick to my stomach and a long time as a food service cook I could tell somebody didn't follow recipe or knows standards. The first time I went inside and food had a hair in the food I took back to the counter and the worker gave me another plate from the same batch. If you're looking for cold Chinese food, this is the place. When the store first opened the steam table worked just fine. Once the start-up crew left the steam table was probably shut down. My last, and I do mean LAST, meal there was ice cold fresh off the steam table! The shrimp I ordered had a tooth busting batter and the underneath were rubbery shrimp. The beef dish was barely warm and got cold before I could eat it all. There are far better Chinese restaurants in CopperasCove and far less pricey. read more

This place is ridiculously slow. I went inside before noon and it wasn't terribly busy, but they were out of everything. I waited for chow mein for 10 minutes before finally just leaving without anything. They're drive through has also taken nearly 30 minutes before to get through. If you're looking for fast food, I wouldn't recommend paying this place a visit because it is anything but fast. read more

I am so conflicted about this place. On the one hand, they SOMETIMES serve what is probably my favorite food on the entire planet: their honey sesame chicken. However, it's apparently a seasonal item and is not something they carry all of the time, so I usually don't even go there at all if they don't currently have it. That being said, whenever they DO carry the honey sesame chicken, they NEVER have it in stock, and I mean never. I would try to go there and order it 3 or 4 times a week, and every single time I was told they were sold out, so I just left. How hard is it to keep your food stocked? They only have like five things on the menu at any one time anyway, and if you know something is popular and selling well, why would you not order more of it? There should be no reason why something should be sold out every day like that. I also have a problem with the customer service. Every time I do go there, I have to sit at the drive through box for more than five minutes, even if there is no one in line ahead of me and the parking lot does not look especially crowded. Then when they finally respond, they're often rude, and will either tell you everything you want is sold out, or nothing you want is already made and they have to make it fresh which will take several minutes. It seems to me the management at this location is severely lacking, or these types of issues would not happen. I also recall shortly after they first opened this location, I tried to go there to pick up food for my boss's meeting, and had to wait more than 2 hours as the manager had not showed up and the employees had no way of even getting into the building. Seems pretty unprofessional to me. So I will keep avoiding this place like the plague until they decide to carry my chicken again, and then hopefully they will actually carry it as advertised all over their store. read more
