This means I will get my food fast. I ordered the cod dinner and a custard. I asked to get the custard after my meal. While I waited, I filled my drink and got ketchup for my fries. One of the ketchup dispensers was broken and the sleeve that holds the little cups was so worn out you could not get the cup out with your hand. I went to find a table and noticed the carpet was filthy. This didn't make sense with the people standing around behind the counter. My food came and the fish was a darker brown than it should have been. Classic example of oil not being changed often enough. And the custard was already on the tray. It will be melted before I can eat it. I remember when this one opened. It was top rate service and food. The owner needs to invest in maintenance and training staff. I am super disappointed.

It's been a few years since I've eaten inside a fast food restaurant so I didn't know what to expect, well one could only hope they meet the standard set by the staff at this location.
