I stopped by here around 1:45pm to get some lunch while making a long drive back to NC. I went inside and placed an order via mobile app. I got the jr cheeseburger meal with fries, nuggets, and a drink. I also redeemed reward points and got another drink. I placed my order at 1:50pm Around 1:56pm, I checked on the status of my order because people who had ordered their food in store after I placed my order were getting their food. I received my food about a minute later. I tasted a fry and touched a nugget and they were hot, which was good. Someone ahead of me complained of cold nuggets. When I was given my cup to grab my beverage, I noticed that one of the freestyle machines didn't have many options. The other one had slightly more but definitely not all the options it was supposed to. I was looking to get zero sugar vitamin water but could only get the regular one. They didn't have any lids in the lobby for the small cups. I had to ask a cashier to hand me from from the back. I ate in the car. Nuggets and fries were good. The burger was decent lol. Encountered very unfriendly attitude from girl on drive thru speaker. At the pick up window she was even more rude & snubbed us with attitude when we said thank you. She never uttered a word. I ordered a 10 piece nugget with 4 cheese sauce, a baked potato with cheese and bacon as well as medium fries. The lady said 16.41 at the second window. Surface was fast. I grabbed my bag and I leave to go to my apartment. As soon as I get home, I noticed I only have nine piece nugget and my potato with my 4 cheese sauces. So I drive back not wanting to....... and I was told that I never orderd the fries!! Then why was my total 16 dollars. So I had to pay an additional three dollars for me to get my fries. ABSOLUTELY HANDS DOWN THE DIRTIEST MOST DISGUSTING Wendy's I have been to in my lifetime. The staff could not be any less interested in working here and make it known let alone caring about serving you good or even decent food. I'm telling you the floors through out the restaurant have not been mopped in at least a year. The bathroom looked like something off of the movie wrong turn and am convinced they train zoo animals in this restroom at least once a week with how filthy it is. "Let's stop by Wendy's for breakfast!"...said no one ever. Except this time because we're on a road trip & it was the closest option. Wasn't really busy, so we decided to go through the drive thru. The employees are very kind, but could pay a little more attention to detail. We received the wrong sandwich, given OJ we didn't order, and the coffee was lukewarm, to the point I didn't even know it was coffee! I can't lie though, the honey chicken biscuit was moist/soft and the breakfast potatoes are pretty good! We asked about lunch and they said it would be a ten minute wait, so it's great they still have that option available. A 3.5 rounded down to 3 stars. read more

This may be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. First, there were ants crawling all over the counter. Second, they only had small cups. Third, the fries were soggy, not crispy like promised. Fourth, they had very few beverage choices. Fifth, the dining room was filthy. Lastly, my burger bun was stale. I used to frequent this restaurant, and it was much better. We wasted over 10 minutes waiting for our order of three meals, and watched the staff dump 5 baskets of fries - while our sandwiches got cold. This was the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Ewwww... So they dont clean and apparently don't seem to care what their store looks like (or smells like,) and that's why I'm writing this. Food and trash all over the floor and tables, sitting next to a dead fly, eating weird food, and almost falling on your face over a sign at the drink machine. Yuck! (Also the drink machines don't work very well, but that's not that big of a deal.) Overall, avoid this place and it is definitely not for kids. It shocks me to see employees not really listen to you nor talk to you. While after ordering, the lady who was taking my order judged me and asked "You want the baconator fries and your normal fries?" I just didn't think the question was appropriate. My friends chicken nuggets were extremely cold and stale. The entire restaurant was just horrendous. To top it off there were hand prints all over the doors and ants crawling on the tables and counters. I didn't bother checking the bathrooms. Let's be honest, the main reason I pulled off of the highway and into this Wendy's was to pee. The traffic from Orlando to Jacksonville was brutal so my teeth were floating by the time I drove into the parking lot. Thankfully, the restroom was clean and empty. Once that was out of the way, the alluring smell of burgers made me hungry for fast food. I retained some self control and only ordered 10 nuggets. Arrived at resort around 11pm-12 midnight... everyone (total 3 people) got a meal w/drink & fries. Coke for both adults, water down, fries stale but both spicey chicken sandwiches where fresh or seemed so. our little guys burger looked ok when I checked it out before he ate it, not sure on other items like ours. I suspect it was cause we are close to a lot of biker bars( or bars in general) and drunks don't really care what midnight/3rd meal food tastes like. I am sure it's a lot better during normal hours. Moved to Daytona in May, this is the best store around but they often forget something or short you out of stuff. Today I went and got a #5 sandwich and it had literally only half a piece of bacon on it. Other times they don't fill the fries for my husband. Usually out of green tea when I go, but today I must have got lucky. Otherwise my favorite store in Daytona. I also only live a couple minutes away so that may be a big bonus for 'em. The staff is always nice, though and sometimes my phone coupons mess up but they let me use them anyway. read more

I'd have to say this is the best Wendy's in the area. They are always quick and pleasant. I work down the street and have never had a problem with the lunch rush and getting in and out quickly with friendly and accurate service. They keep the store clean and neat, they've been open for a few years and the store still looks great. read more
