Following receipt of an email advertising a three-course meal for $19.99 for Sunday Dining, we proceeded to Sunday Lunch at the PF Chang's Daytona Beach location. Utilizing OpenTable, we made reservations at 12:15 p.m., where we were promptly seated in a bar-top booth. Our server was Djenne. Upon realizing that the promotional offer was per person (misleading email and intent to share), that it would exceed our appetites, we opted to order from the regular menu. We selected Chicken Lettuce Wraps and the Teriyaki Chicken entree, accompanied by white rice. Our beverage choices were the Lemondrop martini and the Golden Buddha Mai Tai. Initially, the service was somewhat delayed due to the rapid influx of patrons and Djenne's simultaneous management of multiple new tables. Upon receiving our food, delivered by other server team members, both the wrap and entree were well-prepared and flavorful. However, our experience was marred by the initial slow service and the necessity of requesting the special menu with the three-course meal. It is advisable to refrain from advertising value menu items online unless you intend to inform dining customers of their availability. While we generally enjoy the food and service, this visit left us somewhat disappointed and did not meet our customary expectations. Our experience here went very well! We were invited by another couple for my belated birthday dinner! Pf Chang's has a $19.99 Chef's Special Deal (for two people at a minimum) that includes an individual choice of soup or salad, an appetizer to share, and a individual choice of a main entree. We opted for this deal. For me, this was more than enough food. I had to pack leftovers to take home. My food was tasty. But having been on a healthy, whole foods diet recently, I definitely noticed the levels of sugar & salt in the foods. I'm sure I would have never noticed this before my diet change. Everyone enjoyed their meal. My last favorite dish was my egg drop soup. I received a birthday dessert complete with a firework sparkler presentation! What a surprising treat! That presentation gave a celebratory write factor! The ambience was very lively. Others in our party felt that the surroundings were a bit loud for intimate conversations. We were greeted warmly upon entering and exitibg. Also, our service started off with a bang! We were delighted with the friendly service that was provided but at the end, the server must have gotten very, very busy because we had to ask for a box to pack our leftovers a few different times. We stopped by P.F. Chang's for a nice dinner and ordered a variety of dishes to share. The Crispy Honey Chicken was definitely the standout -- perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sweetness and crunch! We also enjoyed the Beef with Broccoli, Lo Mein, and the Pork Fried Egg Rolls, all of which were flavorful and satisfying. We initially ordered the Orange Chicken, but found it to be a bit too salty for our taste. Thankfully, our waiter was incredibly kind and accommodating, and happily swapped it out for the Honey Chicken -- which we loved! I didn't get the Pork Steamed Dumplings this time, but they're one of my usual favorites and always a hit when I do order them! Tonight's spring rolls came to us soaked in oil. Expensive so we tried to eat them. The 3rd one had an actual pocket of oil that sprayed out onto the table. Now for the food. My friend ordered a lunch special, and I got the Buddha's Feast -- which I used to love. But I noticed right away they changed how they serve it, and not in a good way. First of all: where's the tofu?? There were only a few tiny pieces, and they had zero flavor -- like, not even a whisper of seasoning. I'm vegan, so yes, I love vegetables... but this was just a pile of plain veggies with barely any protein. It felt totally unbalanced and honestly, kind of lazy. I asked for a side of spicy sauce (hoping to save it) and even ordered extra tofu -- which I paid for -- and the extra tofu came out as another tiny handful of bland bites. Not worth the upcharge at all. Once I added the sauce, it helped the flavor a bit, but by that point I'd already lost interest. I had maybe three bites and ended up taking the rest home to season it myself later. The one highlight? The Peach Boba Breeze from the unlimited refreshers. That was still delicious -- cold, fruity, and fun. Overall, my second visit was just okay. Definitely disappointed in the food quality and the changes to the Buddha's Feast. I always know that the food is going to be amazing. Try specialty non alcoholic drink with black tea, peach, lemon. WOW! The bobo drops put this over the top. Today, I learned that P.F. Chang's now has a dinner special with an appetizer, rice, and entree. I loved this because I could get all three items and the entree was not so large that I had to leave it. Then our group got the dessert flight. Oh my!!! Key lime pie, red velvet cake, and my ultimate favorite- peanut butter pie. I might have dessert first next time. I haven't been back to P.F. Chang since few years ago. Because my teenage son didn't like it. But I went yesterday because my friend never try it there. So we went and I ordered the lunch special beef teriyaki and it was way too sweet. I had to scraped off all the sauce to eat it. And the worse part was the rice was undercooked. It was hard! I am an Asian so I know! The Kitchen staff need more training on how to make basics rice cooking. But the service was great! read more

They are too busy socializing with each other and too stupid to be observant. They put my food aside. It sits there for 20 minutes and gets cold. This has happened more then once. Morons. We ordered our food. It was ready as promised. Staff was nice and courteous. I left with our order, tipped the staff. Got home, fried rice was scorched, dry and just nasty...on both orders. The crab wontons...nasty. the extra eggs we paid for one entree: charged but eggs not added. I called and was offered a refund or a replaced order? I chose replacement meal. Went the next day to pickup replacement meal. Brought back food from night before. (It was pitched) Rice not scorched, but was dry. Just different in taste. Wonton still not good when compared to crab lagoon. So 2 entrees and wonton, $70 plus a tip, and it still was not for me! The food was great, zero complaints about that. However, what is going on with the management? Our poor waiter, Brian, had us (2) and two other tables as far apart in the restaurant as possible. What is that sectioning? We were there for almost two hours because he was stretched so thin. I want to be clear, Brian was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and great energy. Unfortunately because of how his tables were sat he wasn't able to check on his tables as he's running around. I could tell he was stressed. This location needs to get it together with the servers sections, because there's no reason for someone to stress like that. It wasn't even that busy. Came here on a Monday night after a few years hiatus. Had to wait for a table even though the place was 3/4 empty, 'because it's Monday'. Got on the waitlist but then got a txt message saying our table was given away. We were sitting 10 feet from the hostess station. You get 2 minutes to respond. Why? because it's Monday. Tried to sit at the bar but every open position was dirty from previous customers. Why? Because it's Monday. Tried to order edamame or crispy green beans, no gots, why? Because it's Monday. Our experience at P. F. Chang's was exceptional from start to finish! We were seated immediately upon entering, around 5:30 on a Tuesday. The environment volume was average but we were in a booth which was comfortable and the lightning made it feel more intimate. Our server, Erin, was excellent. We ordered two drinks from the happy hour menu, the Lychee Cosmo and Jade Cosmo. I tried both and they were delicious! We also ordered calamari from the app menu. The wasabi aioli dipping sauce was a great compliment. Erin noticed me struggling with my chopsticks and politely asked if I wanted a version where they are connected and it would be easier to eat with them. My husband loved his rice noodles and chicken. My pic is blurry but the rice noodles were excellent. Our pic does not include the chicken but it was also delicious. Erin was so kind and upon finding out we were traveling through the area she treated us to a free dessert. We were so full she packed it up for us. She learned we were walking back to our hotel so she put the ice cream in with ice so it would make it back. Incredibly thoughtful! On top of everything else, we had just walked out of the restaurant when my husband realized he forgot his sunglasses. Her name was Abbigail and after messing up multiple times by not brining out multiple people their food and forgetting my one friends whole meal until she finally got it when our deserts were brought out. She was not apologetic and shook her head and scoffed at us even though we were never rude to her. After becoming agitated at her poor attitude and service the manager was very respectful to help us with our issue. This woman is a very bad waitress and seems to be a very unkind person. Would not come here again if the experience was with her again, but other than that I enjoyed the food. Some Sundays we burn so many calories at GOD's house repenting for our gluttonous ways it becomes necessary to stop for snacks on the way home. Occasionally when this occurs we stop at P.F. Chang's. Typically to save time we sit at the bar; there's usually seats available and the bartenders have always provided us great service. This past weekend we enjoyed an appetizer feast. I've included pictures of the Tempura Calamari (light breading, very crispy), Pan-fried Pork Dumplings (really nice quantity and quality of pork inside), and our favorite the Dynamite Shrimp (never fails to impress). Full liquor bar and nice wine selection as well. Also, something never to be overlooked...this restaurant is CLEAN. Thanks for another great Sunday snack!
