NOT GOOD | HORRIBLE I arrived at this location at lunchtime 11:59 AM. The parking lot was empty with only two customers in the lobby and no cars in the drive-thru lane. Unusual, considering it was during lunch hour. That should have been a red flag for me to turn around and dine at another food establishment. But I digress. Being hungry for Chinese food, I opted for Bigger Plate with half chow Mein, half fried rice, orange chicken, broccoli beef, honey walnut shrimp, veggie spring rolls, and served with a fortune cookie for $14.36 after using a 20% Panda rewards discount. I knew I wasn't going to get the same quality Chinese food from a quick serve cooperate brand restaurant that I would get from an independently owned Chinese restaurant, but I was expecting better. The rice was cold, dry and had an unpleasant aroma and taste, and I couldn't eat it. The chow Mein noodles were cold, bland, dry, tasteless, and barely eatable. The broccoli beef and spring rolls were also not good, lacking in taste, and I did not eat it. Now, the honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken were both fresh, very good and I really enjoyed them. Staff is always very friendly, food is always hot. Sometimes the lobby is a little messy, but I can't blame them when it gets crazy busy.

The drive through is super easy to navigate and the service was quick. My only qualm was they were out of white rice. The lo mein was pretty good though. Orange chicken was fresh. read more

This was my first opportunity to try Panda Express. I received an email offering free delivery. I didn't think they would deliver to me, as I live in Watson, but they do deliver. I got the Sesame Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, and Fried Rice plate. I also ordered a chicken egg roll. Everything was good. I liked the heat the Kung Pao chicken had. The Sesame chicken was also very good. The only thing I thought was lacking something was the fried rice. I couldn't tell it was fried rice. I like my fried rice to have some crispness to it. I was in the mood for Chinese and this place is near home. It was a no brained that I would try them I went through the drive through and the line was pretty long but I thought "ppl must really like this food for it it be this busy" I got to the speaker and was offered a new item. I shred that I would be ordering 2 plates. They assumed I wanted them on 2 separate tickets which was ok..... I had to wait for noodles and egg rolls The eggs rolls were the bomb. Placed my order online at 4:15pm. Per the confirmation my order should be done by 4:25pm. I arrive at the location and pulled through the drive thru. Was advised they were still working on a few more items on my order so was requested to pull forward and they will bring it out. It is now 4:50pm and I still have not received my order. I called and was informed they ran out of orange chicken. They had a car waiting before me and after me, so far about 10 cars have come and go. Another car was pulled up and that car has already left and I'm still here waiting for 20 minutes outside the time I was informed my order would be ready and still haven't received my food. This is my first time actually trying Panda Express and I'm kinda disheartened by it. Hopefully they didn't have my other items plated and be cold while the orange chicken is hot. The worker at the drive thru was not wearing gloves nor was she wearing a mask. Unacceptable. If you want me to be a customer during the pandemic then at least wear a mask and gloves. The manager/corporate should be on top of this but they are probably just staying home doing work from home while your workers are endanger ing themselves and others without masks and gloves. I got 2 family packs online for $40 ... amazing deal, especially during a time like this with covid19. I was very skeptical to order food or go to any fast food. However, after being in quarantine for over a month, I decided to get Panda Express at this location and it was amazing and safe, the staff wore gloves and face masks. I will definitely coming back! The food looks better than it tastes. Some dish are not marinated well. But in general it taste alright.

Live right near this panda. There have been multiple times where they've closed at 7. Or started shutting down extremely early. They're rude and constantly messing up meals. Panda is one of my favorite places. But this one is very poorly managed and would not recommend to anyone. So sad. read more

We stopped here on our drive from Florida. The staff was very hospitable and welcoming. We ordered the crispy almond chicken, orange chicken, and the honey sesame chicken breast, all were very good and fresh. We would definitely consider stopping here again on a road trip. read more
