It's new. And I usually try to be a little lenient on new places because that usually means the employees are new and (if you're in EP or the vicinity) overwhelmed by the unnecessary constant rush. But this Panda Express was not particularly bombarded when I went and yet somehow every employee acted as though their heads had been cut off. I've been going to PE for a while and I continually forget that PE no longer serves Mongolian Beef and now only the Bejing Beef. Usually if I incorrectly order two entrees of the Mongolian Beef, it's a quick back and forth of "Did you mean Bejing Beef?" and "Yes, yes I did." But when I made the mistake of accidentally ordering something that's not on the menu, I was never informed of this instead the cashier just stared blankly into the abyss. No biggie, I tripped her up. I get it. Eventually another employee that had heard me order ran over and said, "She meant the Bejing Beef." Good save. After sorting all that out I saw the hugest f*ck up that I've ever seen. Somebody please introduce the phrase "Assembly Line" to the staff at PE. There were more hands on deck then their needed to be and a lot of other areas of this business suffered for it. Everyone was trying to serve a customer and jumping the line to get to the different entrees that I saw two different plates at different times get bumped and dropped on the ground. Expect a hike in prices if this continues at this PE. The bathroom was a muck. No toilet paper in any of the stalls. Toilets un-flushed. Just generally nasty. One of those people dropping food everywhere would've benefited PE better by working on the cleanliness of the place. There's just a clear lack of management skills in this place. My favorite part of the trip? When I was offered "today's free sample" but never told what it was. I had to call the employee back over and ask her what she had just given me. It was a tea, but she didn't tell me exactly what it was or why I should sample it. Lack of management. Lack of training. The only winning factor was the food was exactly what I expected and their rice wasn't hard. Had I not actually sat down in this PE and just done the drive-thru, they would've probably earned a three star with me noting the long wait for two entrees and the food was satisfactory... alas, I got the whole experience and all I can say is they have room for improvement. read more

Wow, I have never really been a fan of Panda Express but my boyfriend really wanted it tonight. So we went and oh man was I disappointed. From the reviews it appears this location has been open for at least 2 years. The way the employees acted was not of employees of a establishment that has been open for a while. I haven't been to a Panda Express in a while so I was unfamiliar with the choice of a bowl or a platter. So when we started to order I asked about the combos they offer and she said a bowl or a platter, nothing more or nothing less. Well at least I have eyes because I realized the bowl is one entree and a side and the platter is 2 entrees and 1 side. So we both ordered the platters. My boyfriend wants the orange chicken, kung pao chicken with fried rice and a side of 2 Chicken egg rolls. I ordered the orange chicken, sweetfire chicken breast and brown steamed rice. Water was both of our drinks. We had a reasonable wait time for our food. Once we received our food the presentation wasn't that beautiful. I had ordered brown rice and received white rice, and the chicken just wanted appealing to me. I asked could we have a few more sweet and sour sauce and the lady literally gave me one... I asked is there a charge because they aren't filled all the way up that's why I wanted at least two a person. She didn't answer but brought back another one. We started eating and honestly i didn't enjoy the food. My boyfriend was so hungry he said he didn't mind it but the egg rolls tasted pretty off to him. Instead of having chicken chucks since they are chicken egg rolls, he thought he tasted lettuce more than anything. So all in all this was a below average visit for me. I a will not be coming back but my boyfriend may. The employees need to work on training to be quality workers, which I know people don't always think that with fast food but customer service/knowledge helps businesses locations thrive because people will want to continue to come back. read more

One of my plates was wrong I had order mushroom with chicken and chow mein and teriyaki and they decided instead of the mushroom chicken they gave me a spicy chicken like wtf ? So I called and told them and they said I'm very sorry please come back and will give u the right order, so I went told them about the situation and showed them the picture and my dumb ass not checking the plate because I have the habit of not checking it because I feel the ppl in the back are in a rush and this is drive thru . Anyways I get home and they gave me the same damn thing !! Omg I'm super pissed off like what in the world ? Are y'all high or something? I like eating at Panda Express. 3rd time I go and service is awful. I finally walked out after standing in line for over 20 minutes and were only able to take care of one customer. Worst customer service I've ever had. The girl is rushing your order in the drive through. Cutting you off and all that. Then have the audacity to ask for a $1 donation. Then when I get my order I ask was there saracha sauce in the bag she say there is only one per plate. I said I'll pay for two extra ones and she say no. WTF???? Then on top of that my order is cold. Everyone is so nice here and always gives great fast service!! I have used the order by app option the only issue I ran into was the app offering pot stickers and there not being pot stickers same for the fried shrimp. But that's ok I guess the app isn't always right. Ended up getting the rice bowl with orange chicken. The atmosphere is very modern and over all very clean. A bit chilly but not bad. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat this is a great spot. read more

If I could give 0 starts I would. I went through the drive through today, and the staff is just rude, the person taking my order said she couldn't hear me so I repeated myself, and in a very negative tone she told me again that she couldn't hear me. I proceeded, asked for chopsticks when I got to the window, and she said okay and I didn't receive them. I was also overcharged for an item, when I asked for a refund on only that specific item the manager got involved and said she couldn't process that, when I told her that I didn't want anything else, I just wanted my money back on what I was overcharged for she got a rude tone with me as well. I ordered a tea, it was so gross, I threw it out. The chicken had a weird taste and the noodles were SO oily. I ended up not being able to eat it. Horrible customer service! We ordered on the app for pickup and was told it would be ready at 8:20. They hadn't started our order when we showed up at 8:35!!! The girl offered us a cup of water for the inconvenience and gave attitude when I noted the lack of customer service. We finally got our order at 8:57. Absolutely laughable. read more

Very poor customer service not only from the cashier by the name of Araceli but also from the manager Oscar. I assumed the entree had more than the side but it's the other way around which I'm okay with and was just asking about it ....but the way araceli and Oscar handled that question was very unprofessional. Aracelis negative tone of voice and confrontation sealed it up for me not to return to this location again. Although I live in horizon I will most likely have to drive elsewhere! Worst service. App stated order ready at 2:59 pm Got there 3:20 pm and order was not ready. There was one line to order and puck ip. When I asked about my order which I clearly could see that was not ready the attendant stated that " is because we have a lot of orders". My order was ready 30 minutes late!!!!! read more

I love the food. The service was great and the portions were plenty. It is on the expensive side as far as fast food but a lot cheaper than a family restaurant. The vegetables were juicy and crisp and the chicken teriyaki was cooked just right. Not overcooked and not raw. read more

My order from Oct 3rd was missing both entrees and was all noodles and rice. 9 emails later they are telling me to contact door dash for a measly 12 dollars. How greedy are they! Horrible experience, I want to express my love for the franchise yet it was extremely disappointing the quality of food the store delivered. I ordered a bowl of teriyaki and chow mien and there was barely any noddles. In addition the teriyaki looked pale, undercooked and without any sauce or juice of the "teriyaki". I did go an hour and a half before closing, yet I don't believe for that to be a reason for the quality to drop or for any employee to give that service to anybody. read more

The white rice is undercooked still a little hard, the vegetables were hard and barely cooked at all. That is really disappointing considering it's the only option for a vegetarian besides the spring rolls which were really good by the way. It was the only thing I got that was edible. read more

Ok so I love Panda express but OMG I walked in with my family and that's not a family setting at least for a family of 6. They tried to make it like a Starbucks and it just didn't work for us. They really don't have much family seating. I walked in and I couldn't find a place to fit my family so I had to walk out. And because their seating area is not big all the seats were taken. Overpriced, there isn't a standard per portion order, you get what you get, a bowl is not the way to serve a customer dining in, it should be a plate or plates designed specifically for the type of product you are serving, give me a break are we are so cheap when it comes to getting a properly served plate of food at a fair descent price? employees try to do their job the way they were trained, and training is imperative, it reflects how much emphasis is placed on all activities taking place inside that establishment. I think Panda Express have the potential to be a good place to get good food at a fair price, but the administration need to align their efforts to make that a reality. read more
