P.F. Chang's was crazy good! I tried there $17.99 special which is enough for two people and enough to bring home. We had the chicken lettuce wraps for an appetizer . and we each had an entrée and it comes with a side of rice. I ordered some of their crab wontons, they were fabulous. My friends ate off of their appetizer menu for happy hour. It was $10 per dish, but the dishes were very large, and had crowd favorites! I ate three meals off of my portion, and enjoyed every bite of it hats off to you. P.F. Chang's can't wait to go back.. The staff was friendly and accommodating . Stopped for dinner with friend. It was pretty busy but service was attentive and friendly. Food was fresh and hot- very tasty. Ambiance is nice overall. Prices are a bit much for my taste when you consider the portions. The lettuce wraps are my favorite but I ran out of crumbles with lots of lettuce left unwrapped. I went there with a party of 24 to celebrate a birthday. I covered the full bill for the event. I had chosen the $16 dinner special for each of my guests but when I got there the waitress sold me on the more expensive $20 chef special. I agreed to it because she indicated the portions were small on the $16 special. the food was good on the chef special but the choices were very limited. It did not contain any fish meals to chose from so I know some of my guests were disappointed. The other reason the chef special was not good for us is because in a group of 24, everyone had to find a "partner" because the chef special requires sharing the appetizer. The decorations were great, however, they were not able to sit 24 people adequately. That means they lined up the chairs so close to each other and combined the square tables so close to each other that 12 guests that were against the wall could not get out to go to the restroom. When I suggested removing a table to leave more room between tables for guests to enter in and out of their seats, the waitress kept saying that if I did that, there would not be enough seats for 24 people but she could not explain why. I guess ultimately I am to blame for not going ahead of time to see how they were going to arrange the seating for 24 guests. read more

This is a great place for a good drink and a delicious appetizer. They have a fantastic Happy Hour menu with good prices. I love ordering the lettuce wraps ($10 on happy hour) and the Paloma! The restaurant is very pretty and is a great place to have a good drink after work. read more

I didn't know P.F. Changs was an actual restaurant, I've only known them for their frozen food selection so I was pretty excited to taste the fresh versions of my favorite last second pop in the microwave meals. I ended up paying $40 (before tip) for what was honestly a worse rendition of my favorite frozen meals. The Kung Pao chicken had almost no sauce, felt like I was eating dried chicken nuggets in noodles. The dry peppers in the dish did nothing for the flavor either and goodness were they far from edible. Service was great tho, so here's an extra star for that. read more

We were quickly seated but not given a menu. We asked for menus and then ordered drinks and 2 entrees and an appetizer. Only one dish came to the table. We thought it was odd that one entree came before the appetizer. We were sharing (family style) so we split the entree and waited ... and waited. When the waiter finally came back we asked about our missing food. He told us we only ordered one thing. He did not offer an apology. It was not busy he had not come to check on us at any point after taking our order until we called him over. I understand that he was "busy" training a new staff member but we could see them on their phones. We asked for the bill and he gave it to us and told us to pay with our phones. We had planned to pay cash. (I know shocker!!) He told me not to look at him confused just pay with my phone. My neighbor who was treating me to a meal does not have google or Apple Pay set up. She shouldn't have to. Finally another waiter helped us because we just went to the POS and asked to pay with cash. read more

Disappointing experience. Our server misplaced our order along with those of other tables and never offered an apology. The wait time for both drinks and refills was unreasonably long. On top of that, the Refreshers (lemonades) were extremely overpriced considering they tasted like basic store-bought lemonade you can get 2 for $5 turns out it was Simply Made lemonade we saw plenty of bottles on the bar on our way out. As always fantastic time! Wonderful lunch today with my mom. We went in for lunch (on a Tuesday) at 12:30 there was lots of people but still enough table to not gave us waiting for a table. We ordered PorkLomein and it was perfect! We also had a side order of dumplings which were cooked perfectly. The server was super friendly. Everything came out fresh and hot and fast! We haven't been to a pf changs in years and decided it was time for some of our favorite dumplings a1nd lettuce wraps. They were not busy at all and we sat on the bar side of the restaurant. The host was very sweet and the bartender took care of us. We had hot sake and I tried the "ornament " holiday drink because it HD Cranberry sake in it. It was good The dumplings and lettuce wraps were good as usual. Hubby had orange chicken and I tried the new dish made with teeny tiny pieces of beef braised ribs. It had Wasabi in it which sounded good but I just didn't love it. I wouldn't order it again. Overall a good experience. My eating companion and I visited P.F. Chang's for the first time recently. There was a half hour wait but you can leave your cell phone number and then shop while you wait and they will text or call you. We counted ourselves lucky to sit toward the back wall of the Restuarant. There are large doors at the entrance that blew cold air inside every time they opened. As an appetizer we ordered the pan seared Pork Cecilia's Dumplings those were the highlight of the meal! Although, I would have liked more breading and less pork. The sauce was really good and the level to which they were seared was perfect. I highly recommend! Main dishes included Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice and the Fried Rice with added chicken. The Kung Pao Chicken didn't have a ton of flavor but was fairly standard issue. The Fried Rice chicken had a slight crisp to it that made the dish delicious. For dessert we ordered the blueberry cheesecake (Good Fortune Cheesecake) - it was not my favorite. The cheesecake flavor was okay but the crust and the bottom blueberry jam was not good. The crust in the middle was in pieces and the bottom jam was unnecessary. I would revisit P. F. Chang's but I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had. read more

First impressions, the place looked impeccable and serene, definitely a place to visit at night if in the area as they do close pretty late. The vibrant hues of red and accents of black compliment each other perfectly and really help to immerse the customer into P.F Chang's's rich Chinese theme and culture. Their grand selection of dishes and ensures that there's something for everyone to enjoy. Angel was our waiter for the night and although the place was busy and a lot of tables needed waiting Angel made us feel comfortable and attended to. We started the night off with their pomegranate lemonade and the fried pork dumplings which were delicious and a perfect appetizer for two as it left us still with plenty of room for more while arousing the curiosity of our palettes in anticipation of our entrées. For our main dish we had the Singapore street noodles and the new orange chicken on fried rice; amazing dishes that left us astonished by their amount of flavor and very delightful textures. The food felt fresh and skillfully prepared in a short amount of time. We ended the night off with their dynamite roll, which was nothing short of wonderful. read more

Since I wasn't going to be in town for mother's day this weekend my wife and I decided to treat my mom to dinner here since she was craving this place. So my parents and I were sat at a nice table promptly as there was little traffic and our server quickly took our drink orders. We ordered Tempura Calamari & Vegetables and their famous Lettuce Wraps as appetizers and they were both delicious. My parents ordered the Sweet & Sour Chicken, my wife the. Singapore Street Noodles and I ordered Changs Spicy Chicken. My wife's noodles were a bit salty so she traded plates with me for my delicious plate. We topped dinner off with a slice of Cheesecake with Berries for my wife and I and my parents enjoyed some Vanilla Bean Ice Cream with berries. We are huge P.F. Chang's fans and have eaten at many locations. It's an easy meal everyone likes (especially the kids) and usually great service and food! I have to say though this one is a bit of a disappointment. We were the first guests in for lunch on the day of our visit. We were seated at a table that was not clean and we had to wipe ourselves. Surprising for being the first guests of the day and given current pandemic precautions. Secondly, the water glasses were both dirty. Food stuck to them and floaters in the water. Yuck. The food didn't live up to it's usual flavor or standard here. The shrimp in the lo mein felt undercooked and the shrimp appetizer was more fried pieces of nothing than it was shrimp. I would try this location a second time for hopefully better food, but the concern is more on the cleanliness. You can clearly see fingerprints on the windows, dust, food on the booths, and those water cups - no thank you. read more

Visited this place with the family, and while it used to be one of our favorite spots to go to, it has been quite underwhelming the past several visits. P.F. Chang's attempt to be more upscale falls flat. I wasn't a fan when they scaled back the menu. I mean no more melon ball shrimp? That was a favorite among lots of guests who frequented the place with us. On this occasion we ordered the Kung Pao Dragon roll, one of our favorite items here, but we made the mistake of ordering it smoked. Apparently that's a new thing P.F. Chang's is doing with their sushi rolls. Big mistake. The smoke flavor did not pair well with the usual flavor of the roll. I don't recommend smoking your sushi. Then we ordered the Changs spicy chicken, and the sweet and sour chicken. The Chang's had a decent amount of chicken, but the sweet and sour had maybe 6 chicken pieces. So sad. Flavors were really good, but if I'm going to end up spending a grip eating out, I would expect some larger portions. We went out to eat here tonight, it was not as crowded as we thought it would be. We got sat within 3 minutes of our arrival. The food was good. The ambiance not horrible. So the service; was very slow. We had to keep asking for things like napkins, a new fork, dessert utensils, a side dish we ordered. All the while the menus and used napkins were sat at the edge of our table throughout our meal. More than half of the staff were on their phones, walking and running (literally) around as if they were in a playground and making weekend plans with the bartenders. And the bartenders were cussing up a storm! Where is the manager? We were waiting a long time for our waitress to come back. And no other servers around to assist. We were ready for our check. I ended up calling the restaurant twice while the hostess watched the phone ring. I was on hold for about 5 minutes total. The only helpful one was the young man who was bussing the table right next to us. Thank you sir! I think we will take a break from this place for a while. I was very disappointed in the service tonight. UPDATE; The restaurant had replied to my review and requested I give them my information. I gave the benefit of the doubt in doing so. I love P.F. CHANGS. always! Today I wanted to eat something light. I ordered the lettuce wraps to eat and egg drop soup. I'm like the only one in my entire family that eats the egg drop soup and I have to have the wonton crisps. I usually order the Mongolian beef but didn't feel like beef today. My wife usually orders the salmon rice bowl (crispy though). Recommend if you want an alcoholic drink: ask for the poolside, very good. Also, with the lettuce wraps, instead of the sauce they give, I get the spicy plum sauce. So good. Update: came in 3/3/20, sat at the bar because we like to sit there and bartender seemed new because service was slow. Never got a refill and wasn't asked till I was done with my meal. Now the food was bomb. I always get the Mongolian beef because no one does it like P.F. and I ask for it extra crispy and it was on point today!!! Because you are at work doesnt mean you can stop trying new places to eat, especially with apps like uber eats. So I saw on uber eats that P.F Changs had ramen I knew it wasnt gonna be the same as the others but I had to try it being the ramen fanatic I am. I had to order it delivery thru the uber eats app. The food arrived on time and I took it inside. I ordered the pork dumplings and tonkotsu ramen. The orders came in some nice boxes that are leak proof and have smaller containers in there that have the sauces. I opened the pork dumplings first and had one. They were good until I saw the bottom of the next one I was about to eat and saw a couple hairs. One of which I took a picture of. It was disgusting seeing how this place is usually really good with keeping things clean and sanitary. I guess it doesnt counter delivery orders. Seeing the hair in my dumplings I was cautious to eat my ramen. After combing thru the vegetables and noodles, I felt ok to eat. The Ramen. The soup base didnt taste anything special. It almost seemed kinda bland. The noodles were yakisoba noodles that are used as multi purpose noodles in restaurants. The noodles came stuck together and didnt really separate when I dropped them in the soup. The only reason why I didnt give this review a 1 star was the pork. I could tell it wasnt like how other places make it but it was soft and flavorful. I did ask for extra pork too amd it was a good thing I did seeing how it was really good. It was a different pork then what I usually get. Also in the picture it says you can get an egg with it, but there are no options to get this. The only way to do this is ordering thru the P.F Changs app. As I did make a complaint thru uber eats but havent heard anything back. There are better ramen places out there. I have been to PF Chang's locations in Arizona, California, South Korea, and now in El Paso! This location is very open and they do offer bar seating, patio seating, and of course your seating inside. We had lunch here today and we went ahead and took advantage of the fact that mostly all PF Chang's locations were offering free sushi, YAY! We each got one free roll, (california and spicy tuna) and we decided to add on to our free sushi and order some extra sides. We went for a cup of wonton soup each and an order of the seared pork dumplings! The rolls were really good! I usually only eat fried sushi but today I decided to give these two a try. The California roll was delicious and I liked the fact that it didn't have that "fishy" taste to it. The spicy tuna comes with a dab of hot sauce on the corner of the plate, so it's up to you if you want it spicy. Either way, with our without the hot sauce, the tuna roll tasted GREAT! The wonton soup comes with pieces of chicken, shrimp, (noodles I believe) and of course the wontons. Our waitress also offered us crispy wonton chips and so we put that on top! Sadly our soups were not hot when our server served them to us, so we ate it cold.. No biggie. Next time when ordering soup, we'll make sure to say "extra hot." This was my first time ordering the seared pork dumplings, and they had such great flavor. We really liked them and we will definitely reorder them again. They do offer shrimp if you do not want pork. (there are 6 dumplings per order) We had a great lunch (besides our cold soup) and our total came out to be about $25 plus tip. That was for the order of dumplings, two cups of soup, and two soft drinks. I know that no matter which location it is I go to, the food and ambience is going to be great! I'm a delivery patron, and I ordered my first meal from Peking Garden last weekend. The food was good, I can't complain, but my beef was with the order taker over the phone. He answered kind of heavy, and seems to cop an attitude with me with my friendly greetings. I'm just a friendly person. I think I took too long to start my order cause you can hear his inpatients in his voice like someone peed in his Egg Foo Young. They need to train their order takers to be more friendlier to their customers. It's just bad business to have someone answer the phone like he stubbed his toe on rocks. read more

Had lunch at PF Chang's yesterday. Quick lunch before appointments. Decided on the Mongolian beef bowl with a cup of hot n sour soup add on. It wasn't busy and my soup(s) we're out in a jiffy. The server brought me an egg drop soup by mistake and left me have it lol. She then brought out the hot n sour. Both soups were good. I finished both. Then my bowl came out. Mongolian beef is one of my favs never had it in a bowl tho. I wasn't disappointed. The meat over fried rice was a delicious compliment. However the green onions just took over the plate. The food was fast and good. I had an issue today with my online reservation for the first time. I was sent a text message to confirm one hour before. I confirmed and received a message saying see you there. But then I received several more messages. The first one came about 18 minutes before my reserved time saying they are getting the table ready. Then I got a message 2 minutes later asking to confirm that I was on my way. Then 2 minutes later another message saying they skipped me. I was driving during this time so I wasn't able to respond but I had already confirmed an hour earlier. I get there and they say they have no reservation under my name. Well I had email and text message proof and got a table after some confusion. Pretty aggravating way to start a meal. read more
