The service was extremely slow considering the amount of employees they had working and the food wasn't even hot. I waited 15 to 20 for my order and I only had two items; and they forgot one of them. When I went back in there the lady working the front was so busy flirting with two of her coworkers that I had to interrupt their conversation in order for her to notice me. The orders are made hot and always correct dinning room is always very clean. There is a table at the front corner of the dinning room that they do not allow customers to sit at because it's for "workers" only this was the only issue I had it was busy and I did not want to share a table with a stranger I ended up getting the food to go because I was told the front table is for workers only. Best Buddy Jeff Bruce​ suggested we check out Whattaburger. Didn't get around to it until the trip home. Had already been on the road for a good 10hrs when we stopped (longest stop of the whole drive home). At first im pretty sure the very nice young lady working the register thought we were all high. Standing there looking over their big menu with too small print (lol she was looking at us like "WTF YOU KNOW what is on the menu what is wrong with you?? == If you didn't know, there are over 300 locations in Texas alone, just none here in CA) So I told the kids to go wild and order whatever, and to be sure to get a shake too....and I ordered the classic double whattaburger with bacon. Alot of people online were talking about their #1 secret menu item; "The Hulk" made with vault cola (not available at this location so i subbed coke) and blue powerade. It turns green for some weird reason. It tasted NASTY-like someone dumped some corn syrup into a cup of liquid cotton candy that had a few cups of sugar stirred in. Glad I only got a little, but i did make our whole group (had to edit out "everyone" - I didn't walk around the restaurant punking the other people into trying it). The service was very friendly, but the food came out kinda slow. One neat thing they did (not sure if this is a chain policy of if the girl was just super helpful) was the girl grabbed the "box of sauces" off the counter and brought it over to the table. They also had bbq, ranch, and honey mustard available beyond what is pictured. The spicy ketchup was a sriracha ketchup, and it was spicy. The food in general-the patties seemed like when you go to carl's jr and they are not cooking them fresh on the charbroiler, but reheating them on the flattop, but otherwise, it was decent. Everyone else liked their food as well. Their fries were identical to McDonalds, so that made my wife very happy (her favorites). The chili sauces were real good too. I was not able to finish my burger and all my fries, and I was hungry when I ordered. The restaurant was very clean, very bright, and the restrooms were also in great shape. read more

I love Whataburger. This one is defensively up to par. Bathrooms are a little dirty, but what can you expect from a 24/7 fast food restaurant. Great food and great atmosphere. Definitely would recommend. read more

This is my go-to Whataburger. The place is always clean and organized. The food is always made correctly and they never forget napkins or ketchup. The managers there are great and will personally help to fix dining issues. This place is usually busy so I know it's good. Horizon PD right across the street and they usually stop by. read more

Typical fast food burger joint. This one is fairly new, less than a year old. The service is above par, especially for a fast food burger joint. The drive through has 2 lanes, so that tends to keep things moving. Overall, it is your run of the mill Whataburger. Can't conplain, I will keep returning. read more

Went to get my family some food, asked them to wrap one of our burgers in lettuce, and 3/4 were put in a tray with lettuce. Went back in line and told them they were made incorrect. They then took back the order to "fix it". Took the food home and we noticed that they just slapped the stuff on a bun and gave it to us that way plus the fries were cold. We were overall unsatisfied. We then had to google the store because we were NOT given a receipt (this isn't the first time at this location). We spoke to the manager and she said she would have a copy of the receipt in the office with my mothers name on it and promo the whole meal. Fast forward two weeks and we go back to get the meal and they ask us for the receipt, to which we respond we were told there would be a receipt in the office, so the girl goes back inside and brings out I guess a manager? Her name was Selene, and she tells us they never keep receipts in the office. So here I am sitting in the drive thru trying to figure out why the manager who's name we never got told us she was going to have the receipt in the office. We then are told to pull forward and park, then Selene tells us that her manager (still don't know the name) REMEMBERS US but said she was only promoing two out of the four meals (not what she said on the phone since the whole order was messed up). So we sit there for about 15 minutes while Selene talks on the phone with her manager. At that point it was already frustrating and all the going back and forth was an inconvenience so we left. Never going back to this Whataburger again! I will be telling everyone I work with as well as every military personnel I associate with that this Whataburger provides terrible customer service. read more

I go through the Drive thru at 7 am. I place my order which was said back to me. I get to the window and pay. The male working the drive thru was serving my soft drink as if he was bothered by me ordering. I asked for sweet tea and got regular tea with hardly no ice. Then I specifically asked for fries instead of hash browns. I got hash browns with regular tea. I believe if I am going to pay for something, I would like to get what I ordered not what they are going to give. read more

I'd like to start by saying, that my family and I are repetitive customers, and have been for years. And being a restaurant owner myself, I was extremely disappointed in the manner I was serviced this afternoon, for a simple request of ketchup. After I paid at the first window, I was passed on to the second window to receive my drink and asked if I needed ketchup, where I responded with a yes please And also some mustard. Thereafter, I was moved on to the 3rd window to receive my food, where I assumed my order would be complete with my ketchup and mustard. While the mustard was given to me, there was no ketchup. I waited for more than 5 minutes for a simple request of ketchup. When the young man with glasses appeared, I asked for my ketchup, and upon his return he responded by saying, "here is the ketchup that you so much needed." I was in total shock by that remark that I simply responded with a sarcastic thank you very much. I would never allow my employees to respond to any of my customers in this way.
