This is probably the worst Panda Express I have ever been to. I had two plate orders: chow mein, beef and king pao chicken (didn't receive), fried rice, beef and orange chicken (didn't receive). All of the food was completely dried out as if it had been in the warming tray all day. I asked for orange chicken didn't receive it. When I asked for a side of Rangoons they actually substituted an entire entree of Kung pao chicken for the Rangoons instead on one of my plates. Who does that? This Panda Express was open later than I anticipated and everything still tasted fresh and was very savory. The staff was also extremely nice. Sometimes you can go to a place near closing time and you get the cold shoulder, but not here. I have literally never left a review in my entire life, but I downloaded yelp just to leave a bad review... the drive through lady has to be the most sassy/rude person I have ever come in contact with.... you work in a client facing role, the least you could do is at least fake that you are happy at your job, we get that you aren't, but that's not the customers fault. She hands me the bag of food and I ask if I can have like 3-4 packets of soy sauce and she says "really?" Our neighborhood Panda! Why is it that those inside think they can give you a lesser quality meal when you are going they the drive thru?? We go inside we get great service and fresh chicken and rice. Not so today -- as we did the drive thru today. Small portion of rice and burned, cold chicken. They must have been saving it for the people who wouldn't be sitting down in the restaurant today. We got home to the worst Panda meal we have ever had. Unfortunately I cannot select less than one star or I absolutely would give this location NO STARS. This location is absolutely horrible from the workers to the manager. I have never experienced this low level of customer service. My order arrived incorrectly and I did not receive the items that I paid for so I contacted them. Normally when I contact the company to inform them of the issue, they resolve it on their end because they made a mistake with the order. Let me just say that this was the WORST customer service experience that I have ever had. When I called to inform the manager that I received an incorrect item in my order, the man that answered the phone asked me why and then placed me on hold. He then returned and asked me to describe the item I received and what was in it. I advised that I had never had the item before so I didn't know what it was, but that there were peppers in it. He then said are you sure you have the right location? (I called the number from my receipt by the way) I then asked for the manager for a SECOND time and finally a woman who said she was the manager gets on the line with a HORRIBLE attitude. She tells me to contact DoorDash and I politely advised that DoorDash did not make my order incorrectly. At this point I ask for her name and the corporate number and she says thank you and hung up. I had to call back and literally inform her that I was recording the call to get any information including her name (Kim). She changed her tone and was more informative this time in regards to why I must contact DoorDash, however, she said she did not know the number to corporate. I'm quite perplexed at the fact that any company would not have the contact information for corporate for their customers. Never again will this company receive my business thanks to Kim who I have a hard time believing should be a manager in any capacity at any business. Good customer service and accountability would have helped this situation. read more

I was having a long day of driving after attending Church earlier. I wanted to get some "comfort food" from Panda and decided to get a large side of Chow Mein. The person behind the counter (Skylar) was great! She helped me with my order and offered many tasty suggestions for entrees that could accompany my Chow Mein. Skylar was very kind and had a beautiful smile on her face. It is very important in the extremely competitive restaurant industry to have outstanding employees like Skylar who can give your customers a great experience. She filled my order and took it directly to the cashier. Skylar made my Panda Express visit very pleasant. Please pass on my thanks to her! read more

Food is decent, but this is by far the slowest location I've ever been to. I work 2 minutes away and I'm lucky to get back to work on time. You spend a minimum of 20 minutes in the drive thru. Food tasted great. Good selection of spicy and non-spicy entrees. Fried rice was not too oily or dry, perfectly done. My wife loved it. My kids loved it, they ate everything without fussing and that is unusual. The prices were very reasonable. The promotions are a great value. read more

I come here pretty regularly and have been disappointed the past couple of times. Today, I ordered in the drive thru. My a la carte items were just thrown in the bag and had leaked everywhere when they handed to me. The Rangoon was wet with grease and completely soggy. The whole order went into the trash. The past couple times, they didn't have brown rice. I went with chow mein, which was old and chewy. Mushroom chicken was super salty. It has gone downhill and hasn't even been open that long. Good, convenient place to eat. The price is great, except for the premium items like shrimp. Why's the shrimp so expensive?! Anyways they usually give big portions and you can expect the same quality of food every visit. Parking can be tough especially during lunch time on weekdays. I came at 11 or 11.30 and still had hard time finding space to park! This location has modern, nice decor and also tea bar. The milk is is too sweet though! I recommend going somewhere else for boba or Thai tea. Also don't forget to specify the size of the drink else they'll give you the large size. read more

When we got there, they were very busy. There were about 10 people on line on front of us. There were several servers helping customers and the line moved very quickly. This place opened recently and the atmosphere is great! It felt like party when I walked in when everyone greeted me like an old friend. It's a new concept that's pretty cool. They have a tea bar that's staffed by a barista, which is pretty cool. You should try the mango freeze, really good and not too sweet. The food was definitely fresh, and did not disappoint. Went today 12/15/14. While my experience was not really a bad one, I do have to note a few things. The parking lot is not structured very well. Getting in is fine, but getting out once all the spots are taken is nearly impossible with only one entrance/exit and the drive thru lane in that same spot. The mixed veggies is one of my favorite things at Panda, unfortunately they were not at all seasoned with salt and very bland at this location. I have ordered from this restaurant through UberEats twice. Both times they messed up my order (and clearly not Uber's fault.) The first time, I ordered a Bejing Beef bowl with fried rice and a chicken eggroll with a side cup of sweet and sour sauce. When I received my order it contained a beef and broccoli bowl with fried rice, a chicken eggroll and no sweet and sour sauce. I am pretty easy going (unlike some folks) and was pretty hungry at the time so I just ate it without complaint. I ordered again from them tonight. This time I ordered a Bejing Beef bowl with chow mein and a chicken eggroll with a side cup of sweet and sour sauce. I received The Bejing Beef bowl with chow mein but did not receive my chicken eggroll with sweet and sour sauce. In both instances, the receipt for the food displayed what I had ordered correctly. Since I allowed the first discrepancy to pass without complaint, I decided to call the manager of this store with my grievance. The manager did attempt to make it right by offering to replace the eggroll but, only if I came to the store to get it! I explained that I could not come to the store because I am at work and that is the entire reason I used UberEats in the first place. I asked if there was a way I could get the eggroll refunded/added to me the next time I order and the manager said "no." I asked, " So the only way you are willing to solve this is if I come to the store right now to get the eggroll?" The manager answer in the affirmative. This is unacceptable to me. At one point in the conversation the manager vaguely attempted to blame this incident on UberEats by saying "well I don't have any control over how UberEats charges." My response was, "but you are responsible for how the food is packaged, yes?" Of course she had to affirm this as well. I rate this store 1 star because I believe customer service is the most important aspect of a CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented business. I do not feel like the manager tried hard enough to redress my complaint. The general feeling I got was that the manager was not too concerned about resolving my issue. I will not use this location/store again. I do not recommend this Panda Express location/store. read more

REFUSED TO SERVE US CHOW MEIN. So I get my plate and I notice that my chow mein was really really dry, I thought to myself "ok instead of going and contain about my dry cow mein I'll just order a side of some. I ask my boyfriend to go order it for me and the manager, he was a young asian guy, tells him "sorry you'll have to get an entree we can't do sides, we can only do sides of meat" my boyfriend then proceeds to explain and points at the menu where it clearly states they have a side choices option and chow main is part of them. The manager again tell him sorry no can do. My boyfriend ultimately ends up paying for a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken. I just thought it was really fucked up how he made us pay more when it clearly states we can have a side of chow mein and he made us pay more than what we wanted.
