Worst experience ever! I tried curbside pickup for the first time at Chick-fil-A and it was a disaster! I ordered two items 15 mins before arriving and was surprised to see the drive-thru WAS NOT full so I thought this will be quick! Watched several people enter the restaurant and leave with their food so where was mine? All the employees were happy to great you as you entered, taking your order and assisting where possible. The place was always kept clean. Dine-in orders brought to your table. The trash bins are motion sensored, open for you so don't make a mess. Other places like McDs, Burger King, Jack in the Box should follow this model. read more

I will start by saying that I do not eat meat. Some friends were visiting and wanted to try this restaurant. The service was amazing and quick, super quick! My friends were all but addicted to the chicken tenders and French fries (we ended up going back again because they liked it so much.) Being a Chick-fil-A it is always great food however they have gotten my order wrong multiple times and the service staff is not always up to par with Chick-fil-A standards. Will still always frequent due to proximity, but they definitely could use some improvement. read more

Disappointing. Staff was friendly enough, although several were spending their time goofing around and not attending to customers, but none could produce me a chicken sandwich and chicken strips after waiting over 12 minutes. Other customers came in after me and ordered, got theirs and left. I asked for a refund and left. The refund was the only service I received that was timely. read more

We've picked up from this location in Las Colinas for years, and we've been very pleased with the food and service. But we were disappointed this time. The food was good, but we had trouble understanding the order taker through the speaker. She did repeat the order to ensure she got it right, and the order was correct. And it tasted good. But we were very irritated when we drove to the pickup window. In fact, because of remodeling, the window was replaced with an open door so the team member could come to the car to hand deliver the order. So far, so good. But, unfortunately, the gentleman told us to move our car forward and wait until the order was ready. The sandwich with lettuce on the side, salad, fries, and fruit cup didn't sound like it needed special attention, but who are we to judge? So we waited. And waited. We watched seven cars pass through picking up their orders while we waited. Finally, ours came. Perhaps there's a good reason for the story about Order 11366956 on 7/29/23 at 5:28 p.m. If so, I encourage the management team to post it. Chick fil a has been my favorite place to get a chicken sandwich for years--ever since college! And it is still my favorite place. This is mainly because of the quality of the chicken and the sides. I love that the grillef chicken is always tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The grilled chicken sandwich meal and all the meals come with a side of fries and a drink! I love that the chick fil-a now has an option of regular or light lemonade with splenda. The light lemonade taste just like their regular lemonade. It is so refreshing and delicious. I did not mind waiting a few extra minutes for my food as I know it is fresh! I will continue to come back to chick fil-a because of this!! This location was no exception.
