I will start by saying that I do not eat meat. Some friends were visiting and wanted to try this restaurant. The service was amazing and quick, super quick! My friends were all but addicted to the chicken tenders and French fries (we ended up going back again because they liked it so much.) This place is always so good! Love it! Food is always hot, don't let the line fool you, it moves so fast! They always ask for your name and ensure everything is perfect! Staff was friendly enough, although several were spending their time goofing around and not attending to customers, but none could produce me a chicken sandwich and chicken strips after waiting over 12 minutes. Other customers came in after me and ordered, got theirs and left. I asked for a refund and left. The refund was the only service I received that was timely. read more

Terrible experience! By far the worst chick-fil-a I've ever been to. I used the app to order chicken strips and kale salad. I ordered 10 minutes prior to arrival. I arrived (and as everyone knows CFA does not start your order until you arrive). I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes after confirming my order with the CFA associate. We've picked up from this location in Las Colinas for years, and we've been very pleased with the food and service. But we were disappointed this time. The food was good, but we had trouble understanding the order taker through the speaker. She did repeat the order to ensure she got it right, and the order was correct. And it tasted good. But we were very irritated when we drove to the pickup window. In fact, because of remodeling, the window was replaced with an open door so the team member could come to the car to hand deliver the order. So far, so good. But, unfortunately, the gentleman told us to move our car forward and wait until the order was ready. The sandwich with lettuce on the side, salad, fries, and fruit cup didn't sound like it needed special attention, but who are we to judge? So we waited. And waited. We watched seven cars pass through picking up their orders while we waited. Finally, ours came. Chick fil a has been my favorite place to get a chicken sandwich for years--ever since college! And it is still my favorite place. This is mainly because of the quality of the chicken and the sides. I love that the grillef chicken is always tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The grilled chicken sandwich meal and all the meals come with a side of fries and a drink! I love that the chick fil-a now has an option of regular or light lemonade with splenda. The light lemonade taste just like their regular lemonade. It is so refreshing and delicious. I did not mind waiting a few extra minutes for my food as I know it is fresh! I will continue to come back to chick fil-a because of this!! This location was no exception.
