When traveling for work there are few places that make it easy to monitor my macros while eating out. Panda express is one of them. This panda express was one of the nicer ones. I have been to. While still a fast food restaurant it was very clean inside. The employees were friendly, and the food buffet was well stocked so there was no wait. Well, I couldn't get any of my traditional favorites due to my diet, the food is what you would expect from a chain Chinese restaurant. If you are looking for a low-calorie and high protein meal, I suggest getting the string bean chicken with either beef and broccoli or the sirloin steak for the slight up charge. Paired with the super greens, it makes a filling combo with low calories and good taste. read more

Yeah the food is good and all but waking up at 5 am to stomach pains is never worth it. Never again

I suspect that most people aren't going to go out of their way to write a review unless to rave or complain (usually the latter). Average okay meals usually go without eating or comment. I'd give this meal a 5.5 out of 10. I ordered black pepper chicken over vegetables in a bowl. It was nice to have low calorie options instead of noodles and rice. The sauce and spice for the chicken was ok. I would have preferred if the pieces had been a bit bigger (not so much smaller shredded pieces). But the meal was hot at least. The vegetables were crisp and crunchy which was nice. The spring rolls were nice and hot and crispy on the outside. The inside, unfortunately, was too mushy without texture (was hoping for some crunch). Not something I'd go out of my way for, but overall, not a bad meal. We sat in line for about 16 minutes. When we got here there was a lady in front of us. She look upset and kept looking around frustrated. She finally gave up and left. When we pulled up to the mic. We got told to look over the menu. We sat there longer! You can say hello and not get an answer. When we pulled to the window we seen no one. We pulled around and there was no one but one table of ppl in there. As we were leaving so were the three other cars behind us. This is ridiculous. If your workers do not want to go to work and do their job and wait for all the people to leave from being upset from waiting then just close the doors. We are from Reno Nevada and this was your first time at this location and the quality of the food we received was poor. The noodles and super greens, were undercooked. The order was room temperature and not fresh. The only item that was fresh and hot was the walnut shrimp. This byfar was the worst eating experience at this food chain that I have ever had. Oh and no soy sauce was offered or given alongside no chopsticks or Boba Thai milk tea at this location, even though it was on the menu online..... disappointing!!! Ok, so read a couple comments and have to say I'm SO glad I didn't experience what some of you guys have! Now once in the drive thru I ask to try the broccoli and beef and ask if it was spicy, cause I can't handle spicy...at all, and she told me it wasn't, so ordered that and ended up getting the spicy (Shanghai beef maybe) Instead of my broccoli and beef, Soo, by the time I got home ...yeah I wasn't going all the way back to the other side of town lol BUT, everybody makes mistakes and just taught me to Check my meal before I leave! A first, and possibly last, visit here for lunch the other day. I came with little man in tow. I got a beef and broccoli bowl with white rice and spring rolls. I bought little man an apple juice and got myself a free water. I wish I would have known how much it was because I could have gone somewhere else better for the money I spent. And very likely would have enjoyed it better. Having never eaten at a Panda Express, I didn't know where to begin. The menu was somewhat confusing and NO ONE offered to help! NO ONE even spoke to me as I'm clearly wandering up and down trying to figure this place out. Once I sat down and started eating, I quickly realized my mistake in assuming this would be good food. The white rice was BLAND and not hot. The beef with broccoli was ok but not a game-changer. The spring rolls were disgusting! I told my little man that they weren't as good as they looked and even he said that I shouldn't eat them then. Will definitely go another direction next time. Even though the decor is appealing and the bathroom was large and clean, the lack of any clear direction and/or courteous staff will make me go elsewhere. read more

I've actually eaten at this location a good amount of times and it's always been fine but today it was terrible! The biggest thing was the chicken was basically raw, neither of us can even eat this. Ordered string bean chicken, and broccoli beef with chow mein. Was told they ran out of chow mein so was stuck with brown rice. And ordered an order of rangoons. The string bean chickens, vegetables were undercooked. It was like eating raw veggies with no seasoning. The chicken was just salty no real flavor. The broccoli beef was cold and chewy. And the brown rice was hard and seemed as if it had sat out for a while. The cheese rangoons were just very bland. Was not asked if I wanted any sauces with my Togo order thru the drive thru. This is my 2nd chance at this location and my last. It's basically frozen dinner level food. Save your money and eat somewhere else. read more

Ordered a bowl of Kung pao chicken from the drive thru and waited 15min in line and then finally received my food... which consisted of 95% rice and the rest peanuts with some remnants of chicken. Absolutely ridiculous to pay $6 for rice and peanuts. Not coming to this location again. read more

My hubby and I went there for dinner and were extremely disappointed. We enjoyed PE when we lived in Los Angeles. But the one on east Stone Drive was a far cry from their CA standards. We spent thirty bucks on food that caused us BOTH to throw up. PE is a bit too pricey even for their standard fare. You pay inflated prices for mediocre food, even on a good day and at a better location. I'll stick with China Wok for decent chinese at a much more reasonable price. read more

Watch out for standing water throughout the dining room. The chance of falling is high and Panda Express and their parent company Panda Restaurant Group will avoid all contact with you once you leave the store. Update - Panda Restaurant Group has failed to do anything but acknowledge the slip and fall. The General Manager and the Risk Department have not responded regarding the investigation since September 13, 2016. read more

Very very very disappointed, I have enjoyed the Panda Express from Asheville, NC to Las Vegas. I had a mix up with pricing based on what the manager accused my wife of ordering. His attitude was not one that should be used on a lady in the South. Then after that display the "manager" had to be called to help his guests with EXTREMELY undercooked steak, his hoo hum shrug said it all. We left $15 short, starving, angry, and hoping we do not get sick from less that room temperature steak. I would rather travel 30 more miles to Bristol than eat from this establishment!!!! read more

We used to love this place but as of recent every time we find something wrong. The last time we visited they served us food that had obviously sitting out for sometime and I have to have my fiancé's plate remade because she couldn't stomach eating it. I also felt very sick after eating my entree. Just skip this location and visit the Johnson city location which is far far superior. read more

I went to the Bristol location at the pinnacle and they didn't have general tso's chicken or sesame which stunk BUT there selection was plentiful and verrrryyy tasty. Men's bathroom floor was just very a sticky nasty mess. Very shocked with this visit ! Unacceptable!! went to one in charlotte a long time ago and it wasn't very good. decided to try it again the other day because i heard it was better now and they changed it up. people were right,great taste. definitely recommend this place for a chain. if you're in a rush it is very helpful too. i will for sure go back! read more

Can you say yuck regarding the "noodles" dry hard no flavored noodles the chicken is good but not good on the noodles

Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday, not very busy. Had the chow mien, chicken and green beans and orange chicken. The chow mien noodles were luke warm and hard. The green beans were shriveled and overcooked. I was charged for a large plate at $8.40 and only got the regular plate. When I mentioned it, she said I got extra noodles - but I never asked for them!
