I ordered a family meal through the drive thru and instead of the original orange chicken (that I ordered) I received spicy orange chicken and my toddlers couldn't eat the meal after we got home. Panda, as a corporations, seems to be on the fast path to self destruction. First the switch the sauce on the Mondrian Chicken to some disgusting thing in packages, now they've ruined their Orange Chicken. A more appropriate name would now be Orange Mini Chicken Nuggets. You would never associate the former with the latter. A family member also said they've switched the noodles to something inferior. You can cut portion size, and quality, again and again, but sooner or later you start losing customers. For me, this moment arrived this evening. Went to the Kuna Panda today. In fact I'm here right now. The food I got is good and the service is OK. BUT, I could not get the food I wanted. The space for several entrees (4) were empty. Not just they are out but cooking more, empty as in the bowls are is spotless and no one is cooking anything. Not the first time either. read more

I love Panda Express. We stopped in here for dinner while making a marketplace purchase in a neighboring town. Full disclosure, I'm GF now and it's a full pain in my backside. Full torture. I took to the internet while being pushed inside (it was brutally cold outside) to check exactly what to order. To my surprise, nothing. This is going to be interesting and and an interesting night. Everything has soy in it. Shoot. After deciding to pop a pill to combat any side effects quickly I decide to choose beef and broccoli with no rice and hope for the best. The staff is great and the place is very clean. My food allergies are really my problem. It is sad that they don't have anything safer to eat but I'm hopeful in time they will. read more

I visit panda all the time. Today I ordered 5 plates with 1 free item for doing a survey. I received 4 plates and an excessive amount of Kung pao. The food was good the service sucked. I called and talked to the manager Som. We eventually got all the food we paid 50 bucks for but I'm still pissed off their accuracy sucks. We are 9 miles from the location and the manager said we have a free 2 entree plate when we Order next but is it worth it to give this location anymore. I returned for the "free" 2 entree plate that was offered due to the inconvenience we experienced previously and Som was great! She honored her promise and added 2 egg rolls. The menu is back to normal and my boyfriend said he had the best Beijing beef ever. The service and food is great at this location. If you're not happy say something they will make it right. read more

Happy for City of Kuna...finally got a Panda Express. Visited a week ago on the Grand Opening Day & it was packed to the brim. Food, staff & restaurant was awesome. The atmosphere was upbeat and happy. Drive thru was busy...bumper to bumper of cars. Best time to go is after lunch rush. read more

I was so excited to get a Panda Express in Kuna and then I was told by a few friends that it's not worth it but honestly I don't see what the problem is. They are always great and super fast and friendly service. Ever since they opened I've ordered from them. By far my favourite of all the stores. I'm giving rating solely due to customer service. Kayla was very rude. She seemed annoyed when I told her we weren't ready since I was waiting for my daughter to choose what she wanted. Mind you, it wasn't busy in the lobby, and nobody was behind us. When I gave her my order, the serving was clearly smaller compared to the other orders my wife placed after mine. At checkout, I gave her a coupon my daughter received from her school which provided a free kids meal, and politely asked if they still give military discounts. She said she can't do it due to the coupon already being applied. She then mentioned after she had already charged me that she could've done it on a separate transaction. Maybe she had a bad day, however, that's not an excuse to treat people that way. It's bad when my six year old daughter told me she wasn't very nice in the car. read more

Last few times have been a bust. Seriously tiny portions, got maybe 4 tiny slivers of beef in the broccoli beef. Counted about 3 actual pieces chicken in the sweet fire and about 6 pieces of pineapples and veggies. This Panda Express has the smallest portion sizes. I love panda for how quick it is. But I've given this one a few tries to see if there was a fluke, and sadly no. Each time the portions were tiny. Much smaller than other locations. :( read more

This is the first review I have ever done. But I have to look out for my fellow Kunans. Twice now this panda has put what looks like half the the portion sizes of other Panda Expresses. I was excited to get a Panda in Kuna but now I am disappointed to think I wont be going back to this one until I hear they up their game. I would typically give other pandas a 4 star. But the service here wasnt as friendly at my usual meridian go to (1 star down) and the porion is very disappointing (1 star down). Both are easily fixable and I hope they do get fixed soon because I prefer shopping in Kuna. read more

Every time I come to this location I feel like the portions are SO much smaller than any others that I go to and somehow I keep coming back for more disappointment.
