I can't believe I haven't reviewed this Panda Express before. I'm the "Duchess" so I clearly love it. I especially love it when they have the string bean chicken because they often run out of it. It's low-calorie and it's delicious. I usually get the Plate size which gives me two protein entrées. I like to pair the string bean chicken with the Kung pow chicken or the orange chicken. I always get the fried rice. Don't forget to download the app because as you collect Panda Points, you get rewards - aka free food! Also, shout out to the drive through staff at this location. Today it was Alexandria and another familiar face (lady with red hair). They are always super NICE when interacting with customers. Very professional! read more

I have eaten at several Panda Express but I was not in the least bit impressed with this Panda Express. The food was not at all fresh. I had noodles beff & orange chicken with egg rolls. Quick and easy american chienese food. Service is standard and the lineup isn't out of this world. But, this is a solid choice if you're in a hurry and want something decently tasty. My go to is fried rice and orange chicken, both of which are decent. If too sweet, I'll switch it up to garlice chicken or soemthing similar that is more savory than sweet, You can also get eggrolls on the side and a bottled or fountain drink. At least they throw in a fortune cookie with your meal. Cost is average and isn't out of line with other joints. I would recommend using their app and getting leveraging their reward system if you're going to come here often. All in, it's a solid choice for a quick meal. read more

Disappointed in myself that I didn't take pictures. I was just so hungry that I sat down and devoured the food lol. Went through the drive thru to get my order. The menu on the board for the drive thru is not their full menu which I never noticed before. Hubs and I wanted the black pepper chicken but it wasn't on the menu board. So I asked and yup they had it. So ordered 2 bowls -- both with the black pepper chicken, one with fried rice and the other with super greens. I wish they'd give you less rice and greens and more chicken. The bowls were so full of the non-meat! This has been my complaint before also. I realize that's the way they save money too...by filling the bowl with the cheaper items (rice and greens). I also ordered a passion mango tea which comes unsweetened. It was delicious!! Clean, bright and cheerful is this new Panda Express on SR 54 next to a new Aldi if you looking for the entrance on SR 54. Easy access from SR 54 and ample parking. Panda Express in Lutz recently opened like month ago. Everyone welcomed myself into the store. Gianna helped with my order. I ordered some Black Pepper Angus Beef with Fried Rice and Chicken with Green Beans with Lo Mein. Everything was good and fresh. Also, I ordered cream cheese Rangoon and egg rolls. Egg rolls are on point. The general manager, Habib, come over to introduced himself. Nice guy. There was some internet issues going on but probably due to the storm. Service was excellent, food was fresh, line went quick, location was clean, my belly was full, and my fortunes were in my favor. WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED? This isn't a rhetorical question, answer me. I have gone to this location several times already because it is criminally close to my home. I've done drive through and walk in, in all those times I have never had the wrong order and the food had always been absolutely delicious AND WARM when I get home. First and foremost, thank you to Yelp and Panda Express for the event. The wife and I came here on a rainy yet beautiful Tuesday night for the Yelp event. I've been to Panda Express once in NYC and I was excited to have it again. Atmosphere: Clean, well light and the looked brand new. I like that the "kitchen" is open and you see the dishes being made. You get to see every area of the operation, drive through included, while you wait/order. We sat outside and the seating was comfortable. It was well covered and while the rain didn't return while we were there, I think we would have stayed dried had it decided to. Service: Our main server was Jojo. He was polite and information and a big help. Overall the service was good, but when it came to getting an appetizer it took longer than expected. Everyone was extremely polite and served with a smile. Food: We tried a variety of different items to get a feel for the dishes. Fried rice, chow mein, honey walnut shrimp, black pepper angus steak, super greens, sesame chicken, spring rolls and cream cheese Rangoon. Cream cheese Rangoon and the spring rolls were rather tasty, I'd choose the spring rolls again as I really like the flavor. They were well fried and a good portion for the price. Fried rice, chow mein, and super greens were all very solid bases. The chow mein was our favorite. The noodles were cooked well and not overdone. Out of all the entrees the honey walnut shrimp was the winner. The batter and sauce are delicious. The sesame chicken and angus steak were a strong second; good flavor and very fresh. Manager: Habib was an engaged manager. He helped in the "kitchen" and guided his staff when he saw they needed it. Overall, a positive experience. The location of this china panda is pretty high traffic and currently being developed so I expect it to do well. We would certainly come back here if we are in the area. read more

*****WARNING***** This joint is an example of corporate downsizing and profit grabbing---at the cost of decency....customer service....and quality of food. Which was NOT UP TO STANDARDS from the 20+ years I've visited 25+ Pandas in numerous states! Employees were vastly UNDER TRAINED---none could answer questions about the actual food choices---let alone provide a pleasant dining experience. Manager Habib continually said "NO" which is the kiss of death in competitive restaurant field. NO...to me using the survey receipt and number I received from PANDA EXPRESS corporate! NO...to small plastic containers of Teriyaki sauce....which I asked for 6 and was given 2 small packets. NO...to Pepper Chicken actually being cooked and ready to serve.....instead he had us get partial meals and "later" brought Pepper Chicken to table. Which was actually ALL PEPPERS and ONIONS with a couple of small pieces of chicken. I realize companies must turn a profit; however the styrofoam to-go containers are 50% smaller....the servers put FAR TOO MUCH RICE in dish....and they messed up our order four (4) seperate times!!!!! And we'd just dined at Panda in Tampa 2 days earlier---EXACTLY OPPOSITE experience. ...everything hot....tasty...and entrees were 2-3 times larger than this new Lutz location----OF WHICH I WILL NEVER RETURN TO!!! I attended my first Yelp elite event at Panda Express! All of the food looked very fresh and the restaurant was clean and well kept. The orange chicken looked so amazing so I picked up one for lunch tomorrow. Then I had the sweet and spicy chicken. I never write reviews but this place feels like they hired a bunch of temps to get the place running and forgot to hire people who actually wanted the job. Wait in the lot for "fresh" rice and broccoli that looks like it'll make you sick. No sauce, no " be right with you" during your 10 minute window wait with no one ahead in line... sub-par location. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE! My elderly mother on a fixed income treated herself to delivery. They delivered it to the wrong address. She called the manager, Habib, and he said it wasn't his problem and to call DoorDash. She couldn't get through to DoorDash so she called Habib back. He was rude, said he was busy and again stated it wasn't his problem. I then called Habib and he told me it wasn't his problem and that he was very busy. And then this gem of a person hung up on me. So they tell me that I have to wait again for egg rolls, then they tried to give me a kid cup for my wait. this is the worse service I have had here. I usually love PE but today my entire meal was burnt to a crisp & whoever packed it put the burnt on the bottom so you didn't notice until you took a bite. the rice is so burnt that it's black & in a gross ball, the veggies are black on one side. It went to the trash, it was not edible. It was my last meal before Florida shuts down for hurricane Ian, I am glad I got Burger King for my husband so I had something to eat. read more
