For a $2.39 surcharge, you can get fried rice or noodles The dish is thin slices of beef cooked in a spicy red gochujang sauce with slices of bell peppers. This dish was flavorful and the beef was tender. There is sauce at the base of the bowl which you can't see in my picture thankfully. According to their classification, the spice level is 3/3. I think it is a "medium" imo. 8/10 Cons The soda machine was not working when I went. I got tap water,but it tasted like unsweetened sprite. Misc: Dishes seem to be in the $11-12 range. Most of the dishes are Americanized Chinese with some Thai food mixed in. From what I've read, Pei Wei is a subsidiary of P.F. Changs. I've never been to PF so I have no frame of reference. Pretty good for my first time eating here. They give you a lot of food which is good and the pricing isn't too bad either. This location was great. They were fast and the customer services was great! The vegetable tasted fresh. This is the dish I will re-order. The firecracker shrimp was OK. It tasted like typical takeout style fried shrimp, and it wasn't spicy. The chicken drunken noodle was ok for me. The sauce tasted more like kung pao than drunken noodle. More noodles would be better. It did get enough chicken breast pieces in the bowl though. I felt that the small portions were not enough to justify the 12.99 price. A bowl of brown rice and maybe 10 bites of beef is not a good deal. They do have really tasty crab ran goon made with Jonas crab. The atmosphere feels like a fast food restaurant. It's clean and has plenty of room for families of 8 or less. We decided to do dinner here and takeout tonight was actually the best we've had. We haven't been here in some time but you have to wear masks to enter and they have their dining room closed. They are only doing takeout. One entrance and one exit. We came in and placed our order and waited. It was literally done in 10 minutes!!
