I'm not quite sure what has been going on here lately....but I have decided to step away for awhile and let it get handled. This store branch is VERY unprofessional. I ordered my food around 7pm for delivery , I did not hear anything until I called the store at 8:46. They told me that there was a "delay" in delivery because all the Grubhub drivers were busy. Mind you, I can see on my order screen from Grubhub that no driver has been sent. So I told the guy that I will come in a for a pick up. I get there and all of a sudden he claims a driver showed up within the 20 minutes of me getting there and that he had given my food to the delivery guy. Guess what? the delivery guy never showed up. Don't order from there, go someone where else where they won't steal your money. read more

Some days it is good but more and more now food is burnt and/or served cold. The wait times at the drive thru are excessive every time. I went inside tonight and the wait times were ridiculous they had almost no food ready so everyone was waiting on tgat the staff were bickering with each other. I just walked out and it will be a long time before I give them another chance. read more

Food quality seems good and is tasty however entree portions are less than you'd receive at a traditional Asian restaurant. The restaurant is clean. My biggest complaint is that every occasion I've eaten there, menu items were not readily available. The items had to be cooked however no staff kept up with the customer,(s) lacking their menu item. Lastly, I feel the wait to place my order is excessive despite what I perceive to be adequate staffing. I doubt I'll return to this location. read more

Nothing had flavor!!! Chow mein was dry, fried rice was dry, the kung pao chicken and the firecracker shrimp tasted burnt, the beef and brocolli was overcooked, and the orange chicken was just ok. read more

One of my fav spots when I'm in the mood for Chinese pasta/rice. The food is consistently tasty and the workers here are pleasant! Panda Express is literally my favorite place to go . I've always had super nice people to take my order and I go there all the time . I love their orange chicken and Beijing beef . My whole family is tired of eating it because I go their so much . Amazing . read more

I normally don't complain, ever, but I made an account just to write this review. My husband and I came in today around 4:30. There are only two other people in the restaurant other than us. When we went up to order there was NOTHING available. 2 or 3 of the dishes had one or maybe two scoops left. All that was there was the dried up nub pieces and what little lo mein was there was about 80% cabbage, hardly any noodles. At this point my husband's measley plate had already been made, otherwise I would have just gone somewhere else. Once the emp was making my plate I was struggling to decide what dried up bits I would go with for my entrees I expressed to her that nothing was prepared and she said "you can get an eggroll". I would have appreciated more if she said something along the lines of "Oh, the orange chicken will be out in about 2 mins" for example but she said nothing. I'm just not sure why at the beginning of dinner time there was no food already ready. We don't get to eat out anywhere often and we normally love panda so I was very very disappointed in this experience today. read more

Not to be mean, but I've eaten at many Chinese restaurants in my life, and this place is by far the worst. The sad part is, when you walk in, the food looks so delicious under the lights, and there is so much to choose from. Got my food home and....absolutely horrible. Worst Chinese food I've ever eaten (aside from the Chinese food I ate in the Bahamas back in the early 1990's). The food is loaded with MSG and salt...doesn't taste anything remotely like authentic, well-made Chinese food. Don't be fooled by the nice, clean atmosphere. It's not about atmosphere, it's about the food, and this place doesn't do it justice at all. Unfortunately, after eating at just about every Chinese restaurant in Martinsburg, I can honestly say none of them can hold a stick to the restaurants back in Baltimore. Sad! Terrible service. Rude employees, specifically Kaya. And if you can believe it, the store manager was worse. At least he claimed he was the mgr. I'm assuming asst mgr. His name is Juan. I spent nearly 30 mins at this store trying to get through the drive thru for some teriyaki chicken...which after waiting, was told I had to pull up and wait some more because you ran out of teriyaki sauce at 530p with 2-3 tables inside and 5 cars outside. Juan, you wondered why I was frustrated and had the nerve to say "I can't believe you're so mad about teriyaki sauce." Do you remember telling me you would bring the sauce to my car? Do you remember that I waited yet another 5 mins outside your store and when I finally walked in, you had a full vat of sauce and still hadn't brought it outside to me? So yeah, I was upset. You threatening to call the police on me did not help. From the get go, you and your drive thru attendant were rude. That's not going to work for long. You, Juan, need to either become a better manager or get out of the service industry, because currently, you're not good at it. You also set a terrible example for your employees. I don't want to give this a horrible review because I've gone to this location multiple times and it's great! Sometimes there's a wait but it's over all very good. However, I went through the drive thru last night at 8:45. The location doesn't close until 10 so it's not like they were about to close. First I waited 8 minutes for her to greet me. I could kinda see inside that there were workers and they weren't taking orders or anything so when she said something she sounded mad and was like, "what do you want" and every time I starting ordering she cut me off and just being extremely rude. I ended up leaving after I ordered because based on how she talked to me I didn't want whatever food she was going to hand out to me. I never returned the attitude and don't know what was happening but there were 4 more cars behind me when I drove off, and I'm wondering if they had the same bad experience. Overall I like this place but this was truly ridiculous and makes me not want to return to this location. read more
