We've had problems with this location in the past, but I would always let it go and consider that every place can off bad days. Then tonight, I ordered dinner to be delivered from this location. When the delivery person hands me my bag, zi think it seems small for having 3 bigger meals and an extra ala cart entree. When I open the bag, only two meals were there. We were missing one. Of course, the one missing was mine. (And I have dietary restrictions.) I immediately call the location to let them know we have a meal missing. I expected them to be apologetic and say I could come pick it up or something. Nope. The lady was rude. She asked me if I was sure that I was missing a meal. Ummm...yeah, we ordered 3 and there are only 2 here. Then she put me on hold for a long time. She came back and rudely said she would refund my meal. That's it. I questioned this and told her that then I don't have food because that was my meal. She didn't seem to care abd repeated that she was giving me a refund. No other options were offered. So, my daughter and my 77 year-old mom had dinner, and I didn't. I don't recommend this location. We've had several bad experiences with this location, and this time I plan to complain. My lady and I stopped by for bite to eat and we were in the area. Its clean and peaceful, the food was okay. I ordered the noodles with orange chicken, and broccoli with beef. She ordered the noodles, orange chicken and fiery chicken breast. For 2 entrees and 1 side its $7.30 plus tax. The only reason for the rating was because the food wasn't that great. read more

no refunds talk about an unproffesional joke. i frequent this place & 2 weeks ago the white girl cashier over charged me then claimed she couldnt give me a refund i said theres the manager who also claimed she couldnt give me a refund stating shed give me the money out her purse but only said a portion of it i quickly corrected her of the actual amount plus tax she still insisted on me taking a stale dried up eggroll or a sugar drink neither of which i wanted. what these clueless people didnt know if you overcharge somebody they are supposed to be given a refund of exactly what you overcharged them not a stale eggroll or a drink loaded w/sugar. i hope corporate reads this & question them & correct their rediculous procedure of refusing to give an over charged customer their full darn refund. btw this location should take notes from the location 10 miles west on the same street. the food customer service cleanliness & entire experience is much better. read more

Everyone working there was so friendly! An older woman in black glasses was extremely nice and kind. A girl we will call B was very informative about the donations to help children and how PE matches donations. Very cool. Also a gentleman named J was very nice also. The food was good too! They don't close until 9:30 and I went there at 8:50pm they barely had any food out and the food they did have out was barely enough for a side. They told us customers that they weren't making any food that's all they have left??! The first time I've experienced this with Panda Express you all are open for another 40 minutes and you mean to tell me that you all aren't going to make any more food ??? Might as well close early! Of course the food is always good. But the service was GOD AWFUL. The people were rude. Management is horrible! Gave 2 stars because of the food of course. But customer service was horrific. 1. The one lady barely understood what I was saying and ended up having me pay for extra food I didn't ask for. 2. They told me I couldn't receive a military discount even though I had gotten the discount previously. 3. Place was messy none of the counters were clean, gross environment 4. We usually go about 5:30 or so and despite a long line the service is always friendly and fast and the food is fresh. If you want something that's not out or low you can ask them to make you a fresh order - no problem. Quick hot meal. Eat-in or take with. read more

Every single time I come to this place, the food is always good and the people are nice, but they seem unorganized and unnecessarily slow.

I go here pretty frequently for lunch. I never have had a problem here and the food is always fresh and good. They were never out of anything as the other person described. The manager, Stephanie, is always helpful and nice. So is every one else I have encountered. The location is clean and there is typically enough seating as well as seating outside under a big canopy. Under new management its one of the best more healthy fast food places in Matteson. The service and food are always wonderful!!
