My first White Castle. Food was what I expected. Little steamed patty with pickle and onion on a soft bun. I got the vegan impossible burger patty. It was fine nothing to write home about. The fries were soggy limp crinkle cut. The drive thru was super slow as reposted. 2 people pulled out of line behind me before they paid. Roared around the parking lot shaking their fist at the building. That was amusing and alarming. When I got to the window I could see the frustration that they were struggling inside. We sat in our car and enjoyed some music and waited patiently. Got our order and there were no fries. Had to park and go in for those disappointing fries. read more

my food was terrible. the burgers and fries were cold. the chicken rings was cold and tasted like refrigerator. I will be contacting corporate regarding this because there was no line in the drive or inside the store. the food tasted like it had been sitting there all day until the first customer arrived which was me. I ordered 30 sliders, 2 large fries, a sack of chicken rings and 3 large shakes. the shakes tasted a little different compared to other white castles but it was ok. Oh my, it's DIRTY. Food is good. Restrooms dirty. Garbage overflowing. Management needs to crack the whip and make sure that the place is kept in better condition. The service was fine, kind of cold and distant, but competent. They got the order right. read more

Nice place the food is good, but you shouldn't Eat them every day... only on occasions. And eat the fries and onion rings when they are HOT... WHEN cold they don't taste as good... It didn't take long for my food.... so remember this shouldn't be eaten on occasions. read more

Drive thru service is slow as hell. You will wait at least 15-20 minutes to place an order. They need to hire more people for the evening shifts. The service is ridiculous and White Castle should be ashamed. Never again for a $1.25 burger that gives me gas read more

Not a customer inside the restaurant but we sit here and wait in the drive thru it's to the point of being ridiculous. What makes it bad it's not dinner time nor is it a weekend just plain SLOW. Great late night spot for satisfying cravings! Honestly glad it's around the corner for me. I've been wishing for White Castle ever since I moved to California so I definitely got my fill when I was here. Extremely happy I didn't have to go to the freezer section in the grocery store and got to enjoy this the right way. Honestly the drive thru line moved pretty fast. I'm sure it depends on when you get here, but it's fast food not a five star car side service. Always clean outside and the employees are kind and efficient. A White Castle cheese slider is always delicious. Fresh out the bag with a side of onion rings or chicken rings is the perfect late night snack for me. I also enjoy the fish sliders with a bit of tarter sauce. I won't try anything else. Sometimes the classics are all you need! read more

This is White Castle should hire ppl wit better attitudes and move a lil faster at this location, it's always 2 slow ass ppl in there wit 2 ppl in line taking forever to issue food out. Not to mention how are maintenance workers working in the ceiling while the employees were making food. I grew up going to this location and for years never had a bad thing to say about it. I've recently moved back to the area and went for the first time last night after a long night out and had the worst customer service experience in my life. The order screen was out and after I said hello twice into it and no one answered I pulled forward thinking maybe it was broken and ppl were ordering at the window. Until the person behind me started to order so after he finished I got out my car and walked to the screen to ask why nobody said anything when I was at the order screen. They tell me to just pull forward and claim I never stopped at the screen which doesn't make sense. Long story short the white heavy set lady I'm assuming was the manager for over night insisted that the only way for me to get my food would be to basically get back in line. When I asked why she couldn't just take my order when I got out the car she got smart and told the other employee to close the window on me and not service me. This complaint will be going to corporate because that was the rudest interaction I've ever had over a meal. read more

Then someone said sorry for the wait I will get to you in a moment. After 5 minutes they came back and took my order. This location was not a good experience for me from the watery coke and sweet tea to the cold fries and burgers.

I don't think I'm coming back any time soon. I walked in, and everything seemed okay, I asked for a 9 piece meal. The employees was clearly disoriented. I gave him a ten dollars and 25 cents, and only got 1 dollar and 15 cents (the price was $4.10) so I got a little bothered, but his explanation was logical. There wasn't any fives, nor ones, (that's okay. I'll waited). Then he told me to give him back the one, and gave me a 5, then he realizes his mistake and gave me back the one and the 5. Fine. I asked for my drink, and he said I only ordered the chicken rings. That's not true. "Hey can I have the 9 piece meal?" "4.10" "The meal." "4.10" (After the change issue) "Where's the drink." "You only asked for the meal." The only thing that didn't make this a one star review is that he gave me the meal without extra charge, (because of the witness in the line), the fairly okay atmosphere, as well for the employee being fairly young. I know that high schoolers/college students have it rough, but I think some training would help with that. read more

Just your typical White Castle but this is the slowest one I've ever dealt with. They're well organized and it's very clean in here but they drag along. And the guy in front of me are now complaining to the manager that one of their 2 orders was missing. My review may be biased because the only White Castle I get in Rochester, NY are the burgers in the frozen section. It was awesome! Fresh hot mini burgers with cheese pickles and onions. Crispy piping hot crinkle cut fries. I'm sure if i had one a few blocks from where i live i wouldn't be as amped as i was today. The staff was so nice. She had no qualms with me filling my Nalgene bottle with ice water (I've been denied this service at other fast food restaurants). Hydration is key! Also struck up some friendly conversation with another patron who reminded me a lot of Fred Sanford. If your in the area and you are hungry for mini steamed burgers, then you should pop in. read more

Having visited many White Castles in this general area, this White Castle is very good. Been here at this White Castle a few times over the past year. My order was correct both times using the drive thru. Food both times were hot and fresh. Drive thru times were acceptable considering my order and the orders in front of me I don't eat White Castle much, but would not hesitate to come back to this specific location. read more

This location was just ok,they can do better they just have to stay focus and Not worry about a certain crowd that comes in at a certain time.It may be hard dealing with people after midnight and being intoxicated. BUT understand some people are just coming for a late night snack so staying professional is a must..The doors are open 24 hours which can be dangerous I think this location should be closed at a certain hour for safety reasons.....As far as my experience my order was not as I wanted. Gooey cake sticks are a new diction for my wife. Lol asked for 10 gooey sticks, but only had 7 left, so they gave us 5 gooey sticks and 5 other different flavors. They miscounted, but the desert treats were still good. read more

I definitely won't be back here ever. Used to be very good. Workers would get order correct and prepare your food nice. Now it's sloppy. Food looks like it was just thrown together last minute, even if there's not a lot of customers. I watched as a customer next door at the car wash get his car cleaned, vacuumed, waxed, and got in his car and drove off before employees could finish a single order. Very poor performance. I get that it's white castles but this location is absolutely horrible. Not only did we wait 20 minutes just to get our food but they charged us for the wrong food and when we got home the food wasn't even right. Employees shouldn't worry about getting raises but instead be trained on customer service and customer interaction. read more

I went throught he drive-thru on Saturday and the line moved pretty slow for a Saturday. Window person was pleasant, but my TRUE issue was the complete intestinal breakdown that developed 5 hours later.
