If you manage to make it to the window, you deserve a medal. There were only two other cars in line and no more than three parked in the lot, yet we waited close to 15 minutes before we left. And when we left, it was after the girl had never come back to finish taking our order. The two cars in front of us were waiting quite awhile too and were still there when we left. A disaster in Chinese food . The noodles where under cooked. Both my girlfriend and I thought they tasted like Ramon noodles. The fried rice was bland. The spring roll was kinda mushy on the inside. We eat at this Panda Express regularly. The portions are nice sized, and the food is always hot & fresh. I tend to stick to regular items like chicken, noodles, and rice. The orange chicken here has a bit more heat to it then others, but it's still awesome! read more

Wow. Horrible drive-thru experience. I looked online before going to determine they're closing time for Saturday evening which was 10 p.m. I arrived at 9:43 p.m. The gentleman came over the intercom and stated that since they would be closing soon they only had a select few items available and offered to read them off to me. I asked if they had Beijing beef and he responded no. He then named off four of their entrees that we're still available, the last one being kung pao chicken. I said I would take that and fried rice. I then asked if they had unsweet tea. He said they have neither at this time. I asked why they had a limited supply of everything since they are open until 10 p.m. He said they start shutting everything down at 8pm. I said thank you and that I would go elsewhere. I cannot comprehend this for several reasons. There are at least two dozen fast food restaurants within a quarter mile of this place. How can you compete with those with these poor practices? Also he spoke so nonchalantly like this occurs all the time. A Saturday night at 9:45 p.m.? Very very poor service. read more

PANDA EXPRESS IS THE BEST!!!! I want you to know that you have an amazing staff that works above and beyond to take care of the customer. The food is always delicious and the drive through is always packed with many cars in line. People tend to want to find the most convenient way to pick up the food. If the people with large and complicated orders would get out of their car and go inside to place their order, then the drive through would not be as long. The large number of cars is a reflection of the delicious food and great service. If you plan to go to THIS restaurant, then you must appreciate fresh food fast. My favorite entree is the grilled teriyaki chicken with chow main noodles and spring rolls. It is always fresh and delicious. It tastes homemade and fresh grilled. I love to have this meal at least once a week if not more often. I am very blessed to have this restaurant so close to where I live in Midwest City. It is worth any amount of time that I need to wait for it. When something is this delicious, it is worth being patient and showing appreciation to the hard working staff members that make it happen. I visit this store frequently and often use online ordering. I definitely recommend online ordering. When you arrive to pick up, you've already paid for it and it is HOT and READY. I've eaten at other stores in Oklahoma City and this week I visited Panda Express stores in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. No one tops store 1425 in Midwest City. The food quality and customer service is fantastic. They greet me by name and know what I will order. read more

I was not going to eat here because of the reviews that I read on the specific location. But I decided I was going to try it anyway. If food is hot and fresh, it was served promptly, and the staff was friendly. I'm not sure if there was a restaffing issue or what the problem was that it was obviously corrected. read more

Recently visited this location and was not impressed. I stopped in about 45 minutes after they opened and order the Sweet Fire Chicken entrée with fried rice. The server proceeded to give me a small scoop of the entrée which consisted mostly of peppers and pineapples, very little chicken. I proceeded to ask for more chicken and the server seemed to get an attitude. This has happened several times, lets not kid ourselves, I'm paying good money for this food, I want I good helping of chicken to go with the peppers and pineapples. The fried rice tasted like it was left over from the night before and overall freshness of the meal was lacking. I think I may have to change locations because this seems to be a reoccurring theme with this particular location. Too bad though, Panda usually is pretty good, but management needs to fix some issues with this location. read more
