This time we ordered delivery for 35 entrees for our class. Again nothing labeled to tell us what it was. The bowls with veggies were super watery but I'll take that over plain white rice. The food is so good! I love that they offer tofu! The spicy tofu is amazing! Their yum yum sauce is to die for! The spicy sauce is very good! It's extremely spicy but it has actual taste to it too. My family was previously here a few months ago and it was a good experience. We went again tonight and it was terrible. The wait was ridiculous and that should have been my clue to leave. The longer we waited, the more I realized just how disgusting the place was. The tables were sticky, food on the floor, the sweet tea was sour and needed to be dumped. I have been to this location a few times and the chicken was always good. I decided to try the salmon tonight and it was way overcooked. Overcooked to the point that there was no moisture left in it at all. Without a doubt the worse salmon I have ever had. So bad in fact that I only took one bite and threw the rest in the trash! I can't tell you enough of how this is literally my favorite place to eat. I come here probably 4 times a week for dinner just because it's so addicting. I get a Large Spicy Chicken bowl (Make it Mad spicy) with white rice and all veggies. The teriyaki sauce is so good here as well so make sure you put it all over everything. The staff is always friendly and some already got my order down when I walk in.. food is always so fresh and so good. (bring back the real Sriracha) If you see this post, please go and try it out. 1/31/25 - Bought 2 large bowls for lunch for me and the wife. $29+change. Hers was fine. The stir fry veggies in mine had a distinctive fish flavor like they had cooked them in the same pan as some salmon on a previous order. 1st impressions mean a lot [my 1st time] and I won't be back but my wife likes their food. So, I decided to return mine and get a gift card for her to use later. So, I go back in there and ask for the manager and find out he/she's not there. So, I tell the girl at the cash register what's going on and I'd prefer a gift card to them re-making the dish. She tells me that they have gift cards but she doesn't know how to put money on them. So, it appears to me that they have people in the kitchen taking short cuts and re-using pans. A missing manager and an untrained staff. I'm chalking it up to a $15 lesson. One single individual in front of us. After we placed our order- they restaurant filled to the brim!! Lol church must have let out all over town! We waited an astonishing 30 minutes for our four bowls of food. Ok. Not going to lie- it was worth the wait but maybe not for a fast food restaurant. We had two small (they don't have kids meals) bowls and two regular bowls. The portions were substantial for both! In fact- I'll prob get a small bowl next time! So many great options- white rice, brown rice, noodles.... Proteins, spice level, vegetables. They also have a app to generate rewards and discounts. Very rude service I came here during lunch time and ordered and after awhile of sitting I never got my food so I had to go up and ask if they forgot about me since new people kept coming in and getting their food well before me I then asked the woman at the cash register who initially took my order and she said she didn't put my order in which is strange since she took my money then I got my food about 15 minutes after. Oh My Goodness, I was on a date with my granddaughter and she loves any kind of "dumplings" and boy did she like Teriyaki Madness!!!! We ordered 8 and I got one bite. She even asked for another order of 8. The crispness of the veggies and the teriyaki sauce was exquisite . I had a spicy chicken bowl with fried rice brought to me by coworkers. I decided to go back the following week and the experience was very sub par. The ladies in the front literally acted as if they didn't want to take my order. I get it, except for the fact that this is your job ... secondly, the food did not match up to my standards this day. Chicken was over cooked and the "fried rice" was just chunks of white rice with soy sauce on the outside. By far the blandest Asian food I've ever had. Ordered crab rangoon, pot stickers, Mad spicy teriyaki chicken and Mad spicy orange chicken. NO spice. NO flavor. Crab rangoon had very little filling. This location recently opened, but I noticed there were lots of employees in the kitchen which gave me hope. We paid $28 for 2 bowls, one had the double protein and an egg roll. Kinda high for what I would say was similar to fast food. Noodles were chewy, chicken was tough and obviously all had been cooked for a while and sitting. We visited at 5pm on a Tuesday. The panko covered chicken was gummy. The flavor was fair, but it is a single flavor profile, sweet teriyaki obviously, but and I just thought there would be more variety in taste with the vegetables, chicken and noodles, but everything tasted the same. sorry, won't be back. read more
