This Location I have been to this location several times. The food is hot and tasty. The service is courteous and fast. Panda Express Generally I really like Panda Express in general. I like to be able to order American Chinese food conveniently, with familiar foods and easy to pronounce names on the menu. I think the selection is great. I appreciate that I can order Super Greens with a side when I don't want to eat meat. I'd love to see vegan entrees on the menu in the future. read more

4 stars. It was 2 stars, but management was awesome and they made me whole so all is well! I had the super greens, beef n broccoli, and chicken teriyaki...but I had to pull up and wait for 12 minutes so it was the quick stop I had envisioned. The car smelled ahhhh-mazing! Got home and opened it up to find I basically had a container full of broccoli and no protein! Say what?! Honestly, the broccoli was absolutely delicious and perfectly steamed. But I paid for proteins, too. I took back my receipt the next day and explained the issue. Mgmt was super easy about it. They said they would remake it for me or put my name in the book to get it another day. I opted to get it over with because I will totally forget that I had a credit to use and that's money wasted. Okay I'm new to Noblesville area just moved here, I worked until 715 today so I didn't feel like cooking The kids wanted Panda so I ordered online. The app Never told me they were out of a certain food, told me the pick up time and to go inside to pick up. So I get there right at 722pm Go to the "pickup online food order" area. There was one order sitting there. So I wait. 5 min.. nothing. 10min..nothing So I ask the cashier do you have an online order for ...my name She then pulls out a stack of at least 4 or so receipts and looks at me goes "oh yeah right here" They didn't have an item I ordered when I went to look what they had ... it was bare minimum Like 3 or 4 total meat selections. So I went and grabbed carry out from here tonight and it was just okay. The key to eating at Panda is being there when things first get cooked and brought to the line. Tonight wasn't that night for me. I did a pick 3 and pick 2 and then added a couple spring rolls and another side of fried rice. The rice would be good if they would put some sauce in it when they cook it. The beef items we got were dry and tough so they probably had been sitting for a while. We got the chow mein but we prefer lo mein which they don't serve. It was probably more of a 2 star experience but I'm feeling generous tonight. Only good experiences for us here! I have had to wait sometimes for something to be replenished but that just means it is nice and fresh. There may be room for a bit of improvement in workflow to speed up the line but it's nothing I can't deal with. I usually get the family pack and that's enough for our family of 4 (with two teen boys) with leftovers for less than $50. Lots of variety, friendly staff, fresh food. This establishment overall is a nice place to grab a quick meal. I've been here many times, but today it was different. My boyfriends chow mein smelled and had a faint taste of cigarette smoke. We called the store just informing the manager. He was very kind and helpful, and gave us a free entree for next time. Customer service was great. Good food, decent service! This restaurant location is always busy! The drive thru was too long so we decided to eat inside. There was a lot of empty slots go food on the display. Customers were ordering too quick, the kitchen could not keep up! Luckily if the food runs out, they will deliver to your table the fresh batch as soon as it was done. The orange chicken and Beijing beef are my favorites! There is very few seats indoors but once it warms out a little more they do have an outdoor patio section! Ordered online, they said skip the line and come in to pickup at a specific time. Takes 5 mins to get in past the giant drive through line. Then guess what happened when I got there. Doors are locked and have to use the drive through. After getting back out and finding the end of the 10 car line...25 mins later and I'm still in the drive through line! Here is the deal: the food is the same at every Panda, this is what they are known for; what they need to improve upon is actually having food ready to eat at dinner time. I cannot tell you how often I stop at Panda to pick up dinner for the family and this location is totally out of something or there is a 6 minute wait. Sometimes longer! This is the worst Panda in the world!!! As I'm waiting 20m in line to order my food while 1 person is working the counter/resister and 3 people working the Drive-through. Then a lady comes in from the drive-through because they have her the wrong bag of food she so ask the 1 lady helping the people inside. Amber said to the other lady Vivian can you help her you guys have her the wrong food. She completely ignored her making us have to wait even longer for her to help find this ladies food.
