This is the worst run fast food placer ever!!!! The never have items prepared and can't even get an order right!!! Abosuletely terrible.

This location near Hamilton Town center is not good. I would get off work around 8:10 pm, takes me 30 minutes to drive home, and they are already "out of food" 20 minutes early before it closes. Their Panda Express light isn't even on when they still have 20 minutes left!! They shut down way too early, and make you feel like you would have to wait for awhile for something. I can see all of the workers dumping stuff out through the window. You still have customers that are starving from getting off work. They also talk so fast to you through the drive thru thinking your in the wrong for even going to them! The manager of this establishment should be fine tuning it up BIG TIME read more

30 minutes for drive through. They need to have a menu board about two car spaces before the ordering menu board so customers will be ready to order when they get to the speaker. Would have to wait 12 minutes for spicy beef. Waited 7 minutes for bang bang shrimp. read more

Been here several times. Glad they have a drive through and outdoor patio seating! Every time I go to get carryout, I always have to wait an extra 7-19 minutes due to the food having to be cooked (as in they ran out) and I've never been there close to closing time, so I find this odd. Service is friendlg, otherwise. Food has always been good, hence, I keep going back. It is a good, quick and inexpensive meal on the go! read more

This location is a mess. My first experience I waited in the drive thru for 20 plus minutes for a basic order. Today I came in at 4:45 and it was dead in the restaurant but they were out of almost everything. After waiting 7-8 min they told me it would be another 10 minutes for my simple order. Worst Panda Express ever! Do not go to!! Management sucks and the workers could not care less about you or your food. This is my 3rd time in a row receiving low portions, soggy chicken, no veggies and weeks old reheated fried rice. This is my third time here. I keep telling myself I am never coming back but here we are. My first experience they had no egg rolls. What China place has no egg rolls!!! I chalked this up to them just recently opening. The second time they were out of the crab rago....mind blown!! This time is sat in the drive thru for a minimum 15 minutes and that's being generous. We order and it appears I am getting my egg rolls.....buzzzzzz.... The girl said there was only one left I I would need to wait 7 minutes for them to make more. I went to this location with a friend for lunch. The food was good. I had looked online and saw they had meatless entrees. This location did not. I could not get them to understand that I did not want meat because "David" could not speak English very well. I finally settled on a side dish of meatless Chow Mein. I love this location!! They give generous portions and encourage sampling. The place is busy enough to keep food fairly fresh but if it looks a little tired to you they will make fresh for you. It is fast food but it still has flavor at a decent price. Mixed veggies and healthier options keep it from being to gluttonous. Give it a try if you are on the fence. read more

I'm a sucker for panda express, is it the best, of course not. I would give it a chance if you haven't been to one. Avoid the cream cheese rangoons and focus on your meal choices. I am writing this review because of the poor service and food I received at this establishment. The manager replaced my meal but had a very poor attitude in doing it. The food was poor so I returned it and asked for fresh food. She tried to give me my old rice which was sitting around for over 20 minutes while fresh food was cooked. After a little discussion she gave me fresh rice. I left there and I will return to this one. Also I tried twice in contacting corporate office about this with no contact back even though I asked for one. So bad service starts at the top and works it's way down. I enjoy there food when its fresh. Panda for lunch is a little expensive so I expect fresh and most of the time you don't get it. Good service. The night I went in they were clearly busy and being berated by two women for a screw up. I understand mess ups but this isn't a normal "oh you messed up my order please fix it." We ordered and everything was fine and I understand during COVID some things aren't be sold and what not but we went through our entire order and was asked to repeat just to be told what we had already ordered wasn't being made so whatever okay we get up there pay for our food after almost twenty minutes of waiting. Pull to a parking lot eat outside I find I'm missing some items I ordered I assumed this may happen due to how just ordering went. After we ate we just hopped into the car went back over and just kindly asked for them and I was told we could and in an attitude they scuffed it off but still not super angry. They check our receipt and tell us they're currently making a fresh batch which I totally understand. We pull to the front, mind you I use to work at Panda Express just earlier this year so I know how things are ran. We waited over 25 minuets in the parking lot for food I knew at most took 10 to make even if they didn't start making it until we parked. I eventually called and still kindly said hey did you guys forget us? He said no they're now just coming up, clicks and hangs the phone up. The lady who just finished her smoke break walking in to get off break comes right back out with my food. Definitely didn't wash her hands, had a horrible attitude and still texting on her phone while handing me my food. I cannot tell you how upset we are with this Panda Express. My wife got carry out food from this restaurant on 10/3/16 at 6 pm. And at 2 a.m. is experiencing severe diarrhea and stomach cramps at home. I am on a business trip and can do nothing to help her. This is a breech of sacred trust with any restaurant.....that their food is safe to eat!!!. I visited your Panda Express at 13305 Tegler Dr Noblesville IN 46060 on November 30, 2018 at approximately 7:30pm. While waiting in line that server helped a group of people ahead of me. While waiting I observed her process there transactions and cashed the out handling their credit card and other forms of payment. Then she proceeds to help without washing her hands, I discreetly signaled for her to wash her hands, she rolled her eyes and continued to handle food. At that point I asked another worker for the number to cooperate she directed me to her manager Vivian. Vivian never inquired about the issu and was very dismissive. When I asked for the number to cooperate she provided me with 708-829-xxxx I called the number which was not associated with Panda Express. I asked her for the number again she proceeds to say "I don't know what to tell you, that's her number" . I normally wouldn't take the time out of my day the write a review but they are horrible. read more
