If I go inside to order, the station is typically left unattended so it's hard to find sometime to help you as they're busy in the kitchen. Their breakfast options are vegetarian friendly. This McDonald's is closest to my house so unfortunately delivery comes from this location. Yet again they messed up the order and it was missing food. How do you order a McNugget meal that didn't cone with nuggets. Absolutely, the worst manager in history...should be fired! The food was hardly edible and the mobile app sucked to high heaven. I ended up with food I didn't order and not the food I did order! The staff were proficient in their native language but not so much in English! I can only assume they are transferred from one of the many Latin American countries. We have dined in twice now in the past week and things have changed a lot post Covid. You order at a kiosk and put a table tent on your table and they deliver right to the table. They also don't have self serve drink machine so they get your refills and use a new cup. While I think this is wasteful and not environmentally friendly I'm sure it has stopped those who ask for water and get soda. Food has been fresh. My biggest complaint is they have gotten stingy with the sauces for nuggets. 3 is not enough for a 20 piece. I love their app and If you don't use it your missing out. Both times we used a $8 deal that was a 20 piece nugget and a basket of fries. That's a great deal! We also love the new take on the burgers with the grilled onions and softer bread. read more

This is my least favorite McDonald's location. They won't give you a large cup of water, even if you are willing to pay for a large coke. So dumb. You want a combo meal, but give me a cup of water instead of soda? NOPE! But hey, they have "FAITH" decals in all the windows... so they got that goin' for them. Initially I was in the drive thru, it was so slow I saw four cars leave. I decided to pull out of line and go in. Good choice for me, I got right in and out. I went to McDonald's and ended up with the wrong drink, and two "burgers" without the actual burger patty on it. very odd encounter, as the man I called said I would receive some cookies or something as well as fix my order. I go back through the drive through and tell them I had called, only to receive what they had messed up on. not a big deal. This is scored based on FAST FOOD. This appears to be a new location. They have a double drive through. We came at lunch on a Sunday while traveling. They are slammed inside and out. The orders are being filled fast. Service is friendly. Restaurant is clean and visually appealing. This location is open 24/7 has clean bathrooms and free wifi. It's a mcdonalds, and they are really good at being what they are. Thus the 5 stars... I don't know why I keep going back. I typically just get a coffee and breakfast sandwich here on the weekends every now and then. It's close to my house and there isn't another one close by. Starbucks is the only other close breakfast place that is quick with a drive thru. This one is always slow, seems to upcharge me every so often (for example, I ordered a few items one day and asked if we could group them into a meal to make it cheaper, yet it became more expensive. When I asked to have it reverted back to the cheaper by $3 price, they acted clueless and frustrated) and my order is almost always incorrect. Today, only two tiny crusty pieces of bacon on my bacon egg and cheese bagel. Just tasted like a dry bagel. Fast food workers want $15/HR, they need to earn it and act like they deserve it. read more

My recent experience was awful, I knew not to bother correcting my order. By the way my BURNT fries looked, and how my friends BURNT food looked, we all knew never EVER go to the Hamilton Town Center McDonalds. This used to be a good McDonalds to go to, but as of tonight, I would recommend anyone stopping for a quick bite to eat to seek a different McDonalds. Maybe just my luck of the draw but have always gotten below average food from this location on top of the fact that anytime after 11pm you risk the staff at the drive thru tell you that "their systems are down" and can't take any orders(personally has happened 4 or 5 times). Was reminded to write this review because when I recently was making a late stop at this TWENTY FOUR HOUR location, there was not a soul to be found. All of the lights and systems were up and going but I couldn't see a single person inside. Food was cold, fries were so greasy because they are completely under cooked! It's not hard to cook fries, put them in the fryer and hit the corresponding button to set the timer. Man, I usually don't leave bad reviews, but i am so bummed with this McDonalds. I had to come through the drive-through two times and then come inside because I got the wrong order each time. The guy taking orders sounded like he would literally rather be ANYWHERE else. I ordered a number one meal with a 10 piece nugget, the first time I came through the drive-through all I got was 2 10 piece nuggets. The second time I came through the drive-through to get my corrected order, they gave me a number one meal with no nuggets. I went inside to let them know that I was missing my nuggets, and all the kids working were goofing off and fooling around. Nobody was apologetic for me receiving the wrong order twice, and I'm really disappointed. I understand what it's like, I work in food service as well.
