Service at this location is slow, but friendly. Ordered my go to of Bejing Beef and Orange Chicken with Chow Mein. At the last minute, added Kung Pao Chicken. It was very busy, so food took really long. Food tasted really strange, and the Kung Pao Chicken was raw. Yes raw...pink raw. Probably was trying to hurry the cooking because people were waiting. The service I received today 5/16/2026 was absolutely unacceptable. I believe I had a manager assisting me I am unsure. He made it very clear that he's "only had four orders on his screen this morning" and proceeded to tell me there's nothing he can do whilst shrugging. I understand that as a facility there is only so much can do, I've been a manager. What I've never done, as a manager is tell the customer I couldn't do anything to help them. The least I could do is give suggestions and ask questions about their order. There were no questions asked but rather talked over me to proceed to tell me he can't do anything. I am not impressed with this location or how this situation was handled. There is no reason to be rude, if you need a break then click out and take a break. I showed up ~22 mins after order. I walked over to where the pick up orders were and didn't see my name. I was asked three times but three different employees the name on the order. I told them. Then each of them proceeded to ignore me for the next ten minutes. I finally asked what was happening with my order because I'd placed it 35 minutes prior and I got a muddy non-answer. A few minutes later they handed me my order. The food was meh. Service was horrible. I would've gotten food faster if I'd ordered at the counter. This on the heels of another employee in the drive through several months earlier being an ahole to the point I just left without ordering. Never will return. I will never be returning to this location again, and drive through employee "Alex" female should be fired. She is constantly rushing me when I'm ordering-it never takes me long to order as I already know my favorites at Panda Express, so I'm not sure what her problem is. Clearly she didn't pay attention to any customer relations training she had when hired. After being rushed through my normal order, there are always the same three problems-despite me putting heavy emphasis on what these problems re during this last drive through attempt. Problem 1: I ALWAYS have to pull around and wait for my meal to be completed. It takes a long time-especially for someone wanting quick drive through meal. Problem 2: I never get the sauces I request- even after "Alex" repeats them back to me at the end of my order. I'm always having to go inside to get said sauces-ruining the whole point of "drive through." Problem 3: my husband never gets decent portions. My vegetarian plate is always very generously portioned, but my husband's plate is ALWAYS half as full as mine. This is the worst Panda Express I have ever been to, I have had multiple issue with this location but Sunday Evening was the worst ever. I went through the drive through around 7:30pm and It literally took 30 minutes. When I got to the window they said they were out of Steamed Brown Rice, Kung pow chicken and sweet fire chicken. I was already so frustrated that I asked for a refund the clerk did not know what to do and closed the window while she asked for help, I waited 2 or 3 minutes and no one came back so I honked the horn to get their attention, still no response. The Clark finally came back with the manger on duty to do the refund, the manager never even acknowledged me even after I asked the clear if she was the manager. They never said they were sorry about the bad experience, they just handed me the receipt and closed the window..... Now that's a great manager... I will never return to this location again. The young lady asked what we wanted and when we told her she said, "Oh, we don't do tofu here." Really? You offer ONE (count 'em, 1) vegetarian protein main dish on your whole menu... but not at this location. What, because you're two doors down from Chik-Fil-A you feel like you have to have chicken in everything you cook? Every time I attempt to get food through the drive thru, I have to pull around and wait on food to be cooked. I enjoy fresh food, so I generally don't mind the wait. Yesterday, however, the car in front of me and behind me received their food within 10 minutes. The employee delivering food to cars waiting said now instead of broccoli beef causing the delay, it was egg rolls. Two more minutes. After quite a wait, I looked at my receipt and saw I had been waiting 30 minutes. I went inside and insisted on a refund, which they refused. They offered me Panda Express gift cards, which I do not plan to use. As I never received any food I think a refund was warranted and not too much to ask. I will not be eating again at any Panda Express and will tell everyone I know about the poor service and lack of respect for people's time and money. read more
