There was a hair in one of our bowls, the rice lately has been very clumpy and whenever we order drinks through pick up, they always forget. This place is usually pretty good as far as good customer service and polite staff members, but I came in tonight for a rice bowl and was told they didn't have anymore rice for the evening. The young people here work very hard. the place is clean and the food is good. If they continue to follow safety and sanitation requirements with good customer service, they will do fine. Came here to talk about one of your employees that helped me out recently. Im an out of towner but came into town for the day and stopped at Panda to get a quick bite. It was a rush hour so I didn't expect it to be too empty but luckily the people on shift that day were really helpful, kind, and provided really fast service. One employee was named Julia and she was very sweet and offered to go outta her way on some preferences I had which was very kind and thoughtful of her. It's a shame. Truly. I've enjoyed Panda Express all over the Western States, but this one is disappointing. My biggest issues are that the don't have brown rice most of the time; they just don't make it. Also, no tofu as an alternate protein. I don't eat meats of any kind, and it's nice to know that there is a place I can go. Only the stir-fryed vegetables matter to me. Our small city doesn't support healthy, plant-based food. This has quickly become a family staple. We love the food. They have a spicy cod that is out of this world. What really amazed me was the speed we got through the long line. My six year old did not have enough time to get board and create drama. This is still fast food Chinese food. I find the fried items to be heavy. I think the fry temperature is a bit off. As long as you get the grilled items and not the deal battered fried items, this is very tasty. Only issue I have is the chow main that they give is not enough. I often don't finish my spicy cod as there is not enough chow main to balance it. read more

Went in before 9pm craving some beef (broccoli beef) only to find that there was no meat just broccoli so I had to get something different. My family went on a different day and had to wait for over 15 minutes for 3 different items, they had nothing ready and had to cook multiple items. read more

It is true. Compared to any other Panda Express I've been to, they are REALLY stingy with their servings. Very small portions. Wish I took a picture to prove it. I haven't had an issue with customer service. But I have witnessed multiple times the servers talk behind a clients back, who are ahead of the line and can't notice them. One of those people participating as well is what seems to be the the team leader, a lady with a black shirt. Sad. Makes me wonder what they say behind my back when I ask them to "add more" to my plate lol. read more

Very clean, recently remodeled Panda Express. I had the vegetable medley instead of rice and it was coated with a slimy, snot-like texture. Not my fave but the generous veggies in the other 2 chicken dishes I had made up for it. Firecracker chicken was really good, they had just made a fresh batch. Came here with my family on a road trip to So Cal, my 2 year old needed a diaper change and I was really surprised to find no changing table in either gender restroom. When we left, the trash cans were overflowing and caused my trash to spill out on the floor when I tried to throw it away. Nothing like picking up your kids chicken & noodles off the floor bc someone can't empty the trash. both trash cans were full, our visit was at 2pm, not busy at all. The Patterson location has great good. The 3 stars is for their check-out process. It takes them five plus minutes to ring us up after the food is already sitting there. Can't complain about their order on line and pick up to take out service! I work at night so I order something a couple of hours ahead of time, then run in and go right to the front of the line. They haven't screwed up a single order of mine yet! I love how fast and easy this option is! They are always nice and friendly too! read more

Comparing patterson panda express with other pandas, this location is the best. Restaurant is always clean and there food seems very fresh all the time. The only 1 problem that I have is, I always ask for double teriyaki chicken and they always serve me small portions to what double chicken should be. Came here twice for dinner, the food was exceptionally fresh and customer service was good. My only problem here is the amount of food received. I paid for a three entree plate; the employees seemed so stingy when adding in the entrees to the plate. Ive been to many Panda Express' and they always put in a decent amount for the price. I have yet to have had a good/decent visit here. It is always filthy, food all over the floor and not one clean open table. There never seems to be enough staff working at a time and they are always out of prepared food. I have had to wait for my food to be cooked almost every time I have been to this location and today my wait was almost 20 mins. My 5 year old daughter even made the comment that "Wow! There's food all over the place! They better clean up or they're gonna get bugs!" If she noticed that enough then that must tell you something! read more

This place is never consistent with there servings, I've gone in several times for my son because he likes the kids plate!! We get the same thing every time ( orange chicken and fried rice) depending on who's working is when you know if they are going to serve a descent amount or act like it's there food and literally give you nothing on ur plate!! The Service is poor. They only have 1 person serving customers while the other is charging. They always run out of the desired entre and you have to wait for what you ordered. This type of restaurant should always have all the trays full of food and ready to be served for the customer to come in and out in the most efficient way possible. read more

Craving Panda on the way back from a trip to L.A., this was the closest one I could find. Although it was pretty much in the middle of nowhere it was good, clean and the service wasn't bad. I'll probably stop here again after another L.A. trip. read more
