Can I give zero stars? This is the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. Just go get authentic Chinese from Main Moon or something. Tonight I tried to give them another chance after multiple failures in the past but left after they told me they had NO WHITE RICE. You have literally one job! They've already discontinued the brown rice I preferred and now they don't have the most common and popular type of rice. Whoever runs this place should be fired. Terrible. read more

I ordered online. My timing for pickup was 2:30pm. We were running late but no worries that's on us. Arrive around 3pm and no order. I have to back home and get my phone to confirm that I did indeed order from the right location. We did. What follows after is the employee's saying that they take all other orders first. At this point the establishment is empty. We gave 40 minutes to have our order filled. They didn't until we had to come back in and then they realized...oops. Therefore, I just asked for a refund. After that they blamed us for not standing in line and saying something. Isn't that the purpose of the take out shelve you have? To sum it up they tried to blame their inadequacy on a customer. I've just started eating panda 3weeks ago after years. After 3 meals I've ordered my last meal was incorrect.... was I upset? NO because Panda always deliver a good meal. Mmmmm TASTY, but I called in talked to management (Alan), he told me to come in the next day and he'll further assist me. Next day, I go in, see Alan , he help me with no problem and with a smile.... I placed an online order tonight but when I went to pick it up I was told they were closed and they wouldn't fulfill my order even though I received a confirmation number and was their to pick up my order 50 mins before their posted closing time. Panda has significantly improved over its time, their food is much fresher and flavorful then in the past. Drive thru does get backed up, but they usually are quick to bounce back. Foods was fresh and good portions. read more

We ordered online tonight for pickup and got there 10 minutes after the ready for pickup time indicated in the email. The pick up shelf was empty. So I asked a staff and she asked for my name and just said they probably are still making it. No apologies at all! So I waited for another 15 minutes watching two groups (about 10 people) getting their food plus the drive through. I asked another staff when he was handing the pickup to another customer. He apologized and said he'd work on my order. Five minutes later, he informed me they were out of one side and it'll take another 5 minutes. Another 5 minutes passed and I was still waiting. When I asked again, the lady I talked to when I first got there just said "I know. I'm only one person!". It definitely fees like I had to beg for my order. When they finally got my order ready, they just simply put it on the pickup shelf even though I was standing there the entire time and it was 30 minutes passed the ready time in the email. And no apologies! The receipt is also missing. We had some minor issues before at this location, but was never like this experience. We never had to wait this long and the servers were never this rude. It looks like the priority at this location is definitely in person orders. I got an e-mail the other day with a promotion for buy one bowl, get one free. So I stopped by to get some dinner. But I was told I needed a paper printed coupon to take advantage of the deal. There was no mention of having to print anything, as well as no way to print it. Needless to say, if they are going to try and pull a "bait and switch" scheme, I'll take my business elsewhere. They never have any of the food ready. I frequent the Milwaukee locations and they're always excellent. I have been to the Racine branch dozens of times and have never left completely satisfied. I've never had a problem at any Milwaukee branch though. In my opinion they need to clean house in Racine. It's been going downhill for years now. It used to be great and efficient when it first opened but over the past two years it's just poorly managed. read more

Worst manager ever. In the last 2 months I've stopped in 4 times and 3 of those 4 times they had nothing. Out of rice....how does that happen? Out of chicken. Last time they were out of all rice and lo mein, all chicken and no honey walnut chicken. If you have no idea how to order supplies correctly, what are you there for? One of the 4 times, there was no one inside, 3 employees were in the corner talking like in the hallway in 8th grade. The manager seen no issues with having me wait 6 minutes while they finished their conversation and offered no apology, in fact she ignored me completely, like I was interrupting social hour. This morning I went to Panda Exprss and ordered some Kung Pao Chicken, Fried Rice and spring rolls. I was told it would be 10 minutes for the Kung Pao and they asked me to park. 20 minutes went by before I went inside where I was told it would be 5 minutes before my order was ready. 10 minutes later, 30 minutes after I had placed the order, I finally got my food. It had clearly been sitting for awhile... no part of the order was even warm. Unacceptable level of incompetence. This experience drives home the point that there are better options for Chinese food... especially if I have to sit 30 minutes. read more

I have never had a good experience at this restaurant. Before tonight, the last time I was here, I waited at the drive up window for 20-25 minutes before getting my order (couldn't even leave because I already paid). And tonight made me realize why I haven't been back, and why I won't be back again. First, there definitely wasn't enough staff for a Friday night dinner rush. I don't blame the employees because that's not their fault at all. But this seems to be a common thing from what other people have said on here. Then they ran out of chow mein. I was willing to wait for that because they had just finished making some and it was in the bowl on the counter. There were 2 people in front of me, but I figured it wouldn't take long to finish 2 single orders before getting to mine. Nope. 10 minutes later and I still didn't have my order. The bowl of noodles was out there, being used on orders from people who came in after the 3 of us, but they were taking forever to dish out the orders of those who paid and waited. Eventually I got my 2 orders. Because they had completely messed up the order of the lady in front of me, I figured it'd be a safe bet they messed up mine, and they did. I ordered (and paid the $1.25 extra for) honey nut walnut shrimp, but got orange chicken. Normally I'd just let it go but I paid that annoying extra. The only quick thing they did was replace my order (thankfully). I go to these places for something quick and painless but that was far from what my experiences at this Panda have been. I'd rather give my business to the ones in Oak Creek and Kenosha. Faster service there, and they actually fill your bowls to the top. read more

Franchised American Chinese fast-food is rarely on my list of options to eat out, at least not since high school (about a decade ago for anyone who enjoys mental math). However, in the mood for something different than my usual take-out dining, I settled for Panda Express. Surprisingly, I liked Panda Express; my body, however? not so much Must have been all of that heavy corn syrup glaze on the sweet fire pineapple chicken I paired w the chow mein noodles. Or perhaps it was the heavy corn syrup based sauce to dip the cream cheese rangoons in? Or maybe I simply over indulged due to the generous portion size, which would be my own fault. Does anyone eating fast food really estimate serving sizes with their first? I digress. This particular establishment was nice and clean. I'd def dine-in. The entree options are lined up buffet style w labels so you can eye everything while choosing, but it isn't self-serve. The nice staff takes your order and does the ladling for you. Good pricing, large portions, several options to mix and match, comfortable interior, nice staff. I (probably) won't wait another decade to eat here again :) read more

Food was fine but the worker was absolutely RUDE. I went through drive through and I was asked if I wanted to round up my total to donate the change to children's hospital. I replied "No, that's ok". Don't get me wrong, typically yes I would donate. However this past year I have literally personally raised thousands of dollars between dog rescue, to raise money for a child that has cancer and also donated art supplies to children's. So really, rounding up wasn't my thing today. When I approached the window she said my total. I replied, no that wasn't it. The worker said, "well you because you donated." I said, "I told you no." Her response was a HUGE eye roll and nothing but a RUDE response. I don't care if it was 1 cent or $1,000. No is no. That also doesn't give Anayeli C., the worker permission to act extremely unprofessional. A simple, "Ok, no worries." Would have been suffice. The string bean chicken entree was hardly recognizable under the black tarry burnt sauce slopped atop of 2 flat string beans and chicken so rubbery Bridgestone would be envious. Not surprising, this eyesore was shoveled into the container so that it's abominable contents were eager to escape its fellow sides dishes and flow into the carry out bag. Rude and not friendly, never can get a order right and plain seem to not want to work. Most pandas have great food this one does not. First, I've eaten here and the rice was old and stale, so never ate here again personally. Secondly, I also doordashed for this location and I watched a worker grab spring rolls WITH HER BARE HANDS. I refused to take those spring rolls and she denied that she ever touched it. Lastly, I watched the workers to see if I could spot anything that went wrong from previous issues above. I saw the cook have his gloves on, go sit down in the dining room for a break, touch his phone and was on it for about 2 minutes and put it back in his pocket and touch led his clothes, and goes back to the kitchen WITHOUT REPLACING HIS GLOVES. That's disgusting what's even worse is that the manager even spoke to the cook while he was on his phone in the dining room and was joking with him. First time here. Ordered the wok fried shrimp entree, suggested by the lady at the drive-thru. She kept asking me to donate to something, I politely declined. Upon paying she asked me again to make the total dollar amount more than what I paid for the food. I said NO! Then I was shocked when I looked in the bag and there was the smallest Chinese takeout container I have ever seen. I looked around for the rice, doesn't all Chinese food come with rice? No, all I got with an "entree" was a tiny container of food and a fortune cookie. The crew was extremely busy, they worked so hard, kept everything fresh, and were filling orders without taking a breath. In between orders they were also busy keeping everything clean. I used the app to order food. I understand with Covid they asked for mask usage. I was just asking where online orders are kept. Guy at counter was a jerk. That was a sign of terrible food. The orange chicken was dry and looked like it was dehydrated. Not glossy and covered in sauce. The white rice was old and dry, clearly left in cooker. You could see they scrapped edges cause it had dry crust on it. Noodles underwhelming. I didn't realize it till I got to work. No time to bother. No worries just won't be back. The very first day they opened and we had to wait over two hours to get our order via the drive thru window. And that was after I had already paid for my food. If I had asked for a refund, I would have waited 7-10 business days for to be credited back to my account. The food was horrendous, greasy, burnt tasting as if someone did not know, or was improperly trained to do their jobs, sauteeing, frying or whatever it was we had ordered. And when I did complaint to some entity on the phone, all they could do is tell me each place is individually franchised and the headquarters office did not take responsibility for individual restaurants. read more
