There was so much food left and it was 9pm and they said they were closed but me, my wife and other people were observing and waiting in line ready to order and there was two employees. And the one employee said that they were not taking orders at this time and we stood for more than 5 minutes instead of putting a sign that they were closed that would of made sense instead of myself and others wasting time standing too order. And there was so much food in the counter that they didn't even looked closed. Bad communication not great service. I have been at this location but never happened like this. I guess this time you could say that since it was simple, quick and different for trying to stick to a dietary plan. I order the bowl with fried rice & Kung pao chicken. It was ok and edible, but really no flavor/seasoning. The service was good and the food was fresh, at least, i can say the rice was, since they just brought it over to the serving table. Well, 15 years ago my first review on Yelp was a Panda Express, why not make #1000 a Panda Express. The Circus Circus food court Panda is both surprisingly good and surprisingly not too overpriced (only like $1 over normal locations for each meal type). I visited a couple times while staying at Silver Legs and the employees were always really on the ball, hook it up with the sauces beyond any other location I've ever been to, no one tried to charge for water cups, food was solid and dependable. Lots of places to sit up here too, it's a good place to chill for a bit if you need some computer or phone time while on the run. Only thing to look out for, this place does accept and give Caesars Rewards points, but if you pay with points you're charged 2x the dollar value. So say your meal is $10, you pay $20 worth of Caesars points if you go that route. I believe the Habit Burger next door takes them at 1x if you're looking for the best points redemption value in the area. read more

I already knew I liked Panda Express so there were no big surprises here. Service was quick other than waiting a couple extra minutes for fresh chow mein. I have no major complaints but only one comment which is that the chow mein wasn't as tasteful as I had remembered... maybe it's because I haven't been to a Panda Express in years or maybe it was an off batch? This is the worst and rude experience I ever had. I went to the location at The Row in Reno , Nevada. I wait around 15 min to get the dish I want it and after I went to pay, The cashiers Nixie, told me that the Rewards system is down. I asked why they other employees didn't mention that before I order so I don't waist time. She answer back " you waisting my time too". I couldn't believe she responde that way. I asked to speak to her manager and the supervisors Fernando came in and when I try to explain to him that she has bad attitude, she started shouting at me very disrespectful and stared laughing while her supervisor just stood there. I asked him if he is going to allow her to talk to customers like that and he said nothing. She was rude as disrespectful not just to me but to her own supervisor.
