6-8 inch long hair in kid's burger. Gross.

Came back in today to place an order - my son was super excited about getting a strawberry milkshake today with a kid's slider meal. Luis took my order patiently (we had some quirky specifics) and when I told him about the specific comp offered from the last order that didn't go quite as expected, he was super happy to look back for the info and made good on the promise offered by the manager the night of "the incident." Everything was looking clean inside the restaurant today, it smells great in here, and the employees were welcoming too. Great ambience, if you want to eat here in their building. I got our full order and can't wait to enjoy it at home! Thank you Burger Me for caring about our family's order. We will definitely come back because any time we have asked you to fix a mistake you always take responsibility for the issue and offer to make it right - and then you follow through. Not all businesses do this, and we appreciate you in making an active choice operate with integrity. I left a tip in the jar for staff before I left because we appreciate the attention to the details of our order. Thanks so much Burger Me!!

If you're in Reno and haven't been to Berger Me yet, you're missing out on one of the best local gems around. A big part of why we keep coming back is McKenzie. She greets us with a genuine smile every single time, no matter how complicated or customized our order gets. That kind of consistency and positive energy is rare, and it makes a difference. Honestly, she's one of the main reasons this place feels like "our spot." And on the occasions she's not there? The rest of the team doesn't miss a beat. Every server we've had has been professional, kind, and on top of it. The food is another standout. Everything tastes fresh, locally sourced, and thoughtfully prepared and the prices are still very reasonable. It's the kind of place where you feel good about what you're eating without feeling like you overpaid. No knock on the national chains, but Berger Me is on a completely different level when it comes to both quality and customer service. This is how a local restaurant should be done. Highly recommend.

Decided to go here on a whim of constantly seeing the sign off of I80. It definitely didn't disappoint. I went with a friend and they got the smash burger and I got the turkey burger. Both were good size burgers. We also got the garlic fries which were delicious! The staff were also very patient with us as we had never been there before. I also made a mess with my soda and the guy was so understanding as I felt horrible for spilling. All the staff that we encountered were friendly as well. It was a little pricey which is why I didn't do 5 stars but definitely highly recommend for a solid good and fresh burger.

Best burgers in Reno, hands down. I go for a beef cheeseburger but they've got all kinds of options and some more exotic meats like bison. They give you a ton of fries with your order too. The staff are lovely and remember their regulars by name

Huge and fresh delicious burgers! Excellent taste and you need two hands to eat it! This is easily one of the best burger joints around! The fries are amazing were hot, big and nicely salted.

Wow.....Burger Me Again PLEASE!!! Five Star Cheese Burger with super delicious Meat. Tasty and cooked beautifully. This was my very first Cheeseburger experience and it was really Great ! Loved the basket of 1/2 Sweet potato Fries and Half onion Rings. I also saw a really nice Dirty Bird chicken Wrap I will try next time. Very nice atmosphere with music, TV's and games. A great place for family and friends. Thank you to Rocio, Manager Luis and Makenzie for a Five Star Burger me Lunch. I will bring my family back. Loved it! Julie A

Very tasty food. Got the mixed greens salad. It was very big & the vinaigrette was nice & tangy. I have the ahi tuna burger. It was HUGE! They asked if rare was good & it mostly was but I think next time I might get medium rare as some of it was hard to chew through the bun & toppings. Speaking of toppings the wasabi dressing has quite a kick! Would get again for sure. Other 1/2 got a classic cheeseburger & she loved it. The patty was very big & juicy, bun nice & soft. Fries were very good. The ranch dressing was quite lackluster though. & the soda machine...something was off. Too syrupy not enough bubbles. Would get a shake next time. The service was nice & while it took a little while to make the food we were not upset about that since the food was fresh & there are plenty of games to play inside.

We stopped by here after church one day because I really wanted to give their garlic fries a try. Let me tell you. Those fries (only like 4$!) include ample amounts of real garlic! It was a garlic lovers dream, although a little much for me personally. The onion rings were super unique. They had a puffy batter around them like nothing I have ever experienced. I was left wanting some more flavor in them though. They do get mad props for real onions and thick ones at that. Their malts were good, but too thick for their straws. Jumbo straws are definitely warranted here. Being a ketchup girl and having a ketchup kid, I was very happily pleased with the pump ketchup in cups. Packets are just too much work for the amount of ketchup we need in our lives. Overall it was a fun quick stop of treats. The kids were happy and I took home a lot of garlic fries, which I continued to eat for many days via my air fryer. Oh and PS. The spot was popping with the after church crowd. Made for a fun family oriented feel.

    Mark P.

Had a great burger and some of the best onion rings I've had, did the Cowboy burger minus jalapeño it tasted wonderful but the star of the meal was definitely the onion rings if you are old enough to remember Super Sam's pizza and wings they had a very special onion rings recipe and these rival those! Service was excellent and the place is clean and staff is friendly. If you're looking for a place for a delicious burger and rings don't hesitate try Burger Me!

Cookies and cream shake and a hot date for the rodeo.

The food is probably the highest quality burgers in town. Their workers are all top notch. Attentive and aware and fast working. You can tell they care about you. Super clean and quality tables and chairs and experience.

When visiting Reno, I highly encourage anyone that is looking for a delightful and relaxing lunch…read morespot to definitely check out "Süp". Located directly on S. Virginia St and adjacent to St. Lawrence Ave in the heart of the Midtown neighborhood of Reno, Süp has served up delicious and healthy sandwiches, salads, and soups dating back to 2007. This place has been on my radar for quite some time and I finally got to experience what it was all about. Since this is in a fairly busy commercial part of town, it can be a bit tricky to find parking. However, we were able to park only a block away and this was during the afternoon on Thursday 7/2/2026 at around 12:15pm. After making the short way to the business, I absolutely loved the exterior aesthetics and layout were represented. The business itself mimics a house complete with a large front patio area that actually snakes around to the side of the house for the more comfortable Reno days. The wooden tables with plastic chairs and covered tents to shield off the sun were a very nice touch. The inside also offers very generous indoor seating complete with ample space for a single person, a couple, or a family. Their menu are digitally presented on LED TVs complete with some of their specials that are handwritten on a chalkboard. My lady and I both decided to order sandwiches to get our fuel and energy for the day. I went with their "Char-Grilled Steak Baguette"; this came complete with their bistro steak drizzled with chimichurri sauce and topped with caramelized onions, New York white cheddar & sharp cheddar cheese and served on a cheddar poppy seed baguette. My lady went with their "Reno Deli"; this offered salami, pepperoncini & pesto layered with spinach, tomatoes, provolone cheese, and aioli on toasted sourdough bread. Both of our sandwiches came with a side house salad. Once given our number (we got Tahoe St), we decided to sit outside and take full advantage of the weather (as it was a perfect 78°F). What I particularly like is that the ambiance is the perfect vibe for daydreaming, people watching, and enjoying the simplicity that a city like Reno offers. Both our sandwiches arrived in roughly 10 minutes and were presented on white porcelain plates. My sandwich was made to perfection as the cheddar baguette securely held the fillings quite nicely. There was a lot of seasoned steak as the other sauces were not too overpowering. And considering the size of this, it got me quite full as I wasn't hungry until much later in the day. I will say that if you're looking for a reputable small business that offers healthy fresh ingredients, excellent customer service, amazing ambiance in a very desirable area of Reno, I highly recommend giving "Süp" a try. Their selection of salads, sandwiches, bowls, and soups are all wonderful choices as they focus on farm-fresh ingredients. And if time allows, I highly encourage everyone to eat here as I felt right at home during my 45-minute stay. Keep in mind that they are closed on Sunday but are open Monday through Saturday from 11am-9pm. With that said and done, I am giving Süp a perfect five-star review.

19 years running and still one of the most beloved restaurants in all of Northern Nevada!…read more Is it the scratch made suits? Perhaps The always smiling and overly friendly staff? Or is it that epic side salad that comes with every sandwich? I like to think that it's a combination of everything above that makes this place a spot that people return to time and time again. For me, it's the friendly faces and the family owned lives that this place is dudes which bring me here from time to time. And the warmer Mo I don't often think about it, but they do have incredibly welcoming patio with lots of shade and great salads and sandwiches if you don't feel like soup. But of course there's always an awesome option of having a cup of soup with your sandwich just to round out the experience. From what I can tell, not a whole lot has changed about this spot and that's with good reason. The people have spoken over and over and over again in this community loves this restaurant just the way it is. When you come here, you can't go wrong with the grilled cheese and classic tomato soup but if you're feeling adventurous, try the soup sampler and taste a few at once to pick your favorite then find out when it's on the menu so you can plan your return based around it. Me I'm a sandwich guy and my most recent visit. I had to try the barbecue chicken on the jalapeño cheddar roll. Chicken with succulent, not overly sauce with light spice and the fresh veggies on top made for a really nice sandwich. The bread was a little bit thick and I ended up eating most of it open face so in the future, I'd say if there's an option for this barbecue chicken to go on top of the salad, you won't miss there. Speaking of salad that cute little side salad that comes with all the sandwiches is so good. Their house made white balsamic vinaigrette is just absolute fire and no meal here is complete without it. 19 years in and Sup is still hot. When's the last time you visited?

Service was friendly no complaints there Overall food was not very flavorful.. too many flavor combinations trying to be fancy and for the prices of each dish I would not recommend this place. I saw it was on the yelp top 100 at one point..so I had wanted to check it out.. but it was very disappointing. A glass bottle of very warm water with the 2 smallest glasses with ice was brought to the table first. Ice is nice especially when its 100 degrees outside. But the glass was like a shot glass and with the water being so warm by the time we ordered our food all of the ice was melted which made that 1st glass of water cold which was a couple of gulp but then you're left with warm water. Food presentation was very beautiful. Taste of food wasn't anything you'd come back for. We ordered the mushroom raviolis.i expected a white sauce as it said creme sauce but it was a red sauce. It came with crispy potatoes which were very thinly sliced and fried potatoes and a citrus salad which was arugula and a very tasty dressing. There was maybe 5 raviolis not great..the red sauce is all you can taste some loose mushrooms around the raviolis in the sauce. The fried potatoes great in presentation ok in taste but I wish there was more potato in each bite. The arugula and dressing were the best thing I ate out of 4 dishes I tried. We also had the potato taquitos which I was looking forward to but it was very dense and the potato tasted like how a bad potato smells. Other than that it was very very bland. Nice crisp on the taquito. The gnocchi pasta dish was also no flavor. The sausage in it was good. 2nd favorite item was the slice of bread toasted on both sides. The bread was almost as big as the food on the plate. The 4th dish was the potstickers which also were just ok.
