Panda Express is my go-to American Chinese food restaurant, if I can't find authentic one in town. This one certainly is just like the other pandas in the nation. Food is good and hot, things are well organized. I had to wait for my super green, but the employee let me know the wait time and got everything taken care of. I also had fried noodles and the new dynamite chicken in my plate, they are both very good. Dynamite chicken is spicy, sweet with a little bit of vinegary kick in. I waited for the chicken to come out and mind you I'm waiting for like 20 minutes which is fine but then the food comes out and the same girl still just ignores it and won't finish the plate then I have to ask to get it remade and then at the register the lady was rushing so she got everyone wrong and I asked for soy sauce and got every sauce but that one. smh service was horrible read more

I get off of work a little close to the closing time but still go it 20 minutes before they close and just wanted a simple order of the chow mein noodles with orange chicken, thought it would be easy being that those are popular items the should be in stock for a Saturday night but when I tried to order the employee pointed at lo mein that had more cabbage than noodles and asked if I even wanted it because the weren't making more for the night and knew it looked like garbage so I just ended up leaving instead to trying to argue. read more

Clearly the DoorDash and UberEats orders are the priority here. I had to wait through *7* large online orders to be filled before I was helped. I just got to stand there and watch other food be made. I don't get why some person that isn't even here right now gets priority over someone standing in front of you! I mean, you're just going to bag up the food and let it sit anyway. And I've read in the news that those online order companies take like a 30% cut of sales. You'd think you'd want the dine-in experience to be stellar so you'd keep more money from the sales. You know, Chipotle solved the problem by putting a second to-go counter in their stores, so walk-ins are still helped immediately. To-go food at Chipotle is made by dedicated team members at their own kitchen counter so both flow smoothly. And on top of that. When I was finally helped, the soda machine was broken for the flavor I wanted. Syrup had run out so it was just putting out carbonated water. And the food is average at best. Definitely come here if you want to be the first person in line and wait while someone behind the counter comes over with three stacks of receipts and employees scoop out the two nearly full bowls of the entrees you wanted to order u til they are gone....completely gone. So when I finally am waited on I ask for the entree that is now gone and ask how long it will be. I'm told "no more today." I told them "I was right here waiting to order while you served it all up!" I was told, "yeah but those were online orders so we had to make them." I prefer real Chinese food so I rarely come here. I came today because it's supposed to be quick. I had to wait 10 min for fried rice (I think that's a Chinese food staple?), and 15 min for ice for my drink. Not impressed. Update: they brought me the wrong order. I went up for a refund because I went there to be quick to catch a movie and didn't have time to wait. They needed my receipt, which I threw in the garbage and made me dig through the garbage to get it. 1 Star isn't low enough! read more

We ordered our food and they brought it out to us with the wrong kind of rice. We went up to let them know and they proceeded to dump the wrong rice into the trash can, with the trash just inches from our food. They then gave us that food back. We are usually Panda fans but this experience was not a great one. Especially for driving an hour to get here. read more

I've been here a couple of times, and simply haven't been impressed - not with the food, not with the serving sizes, not with the atmosphere. The food is highly Americanized Chinese food, and the serving size has never been anything to write home about. Perhaps that's to be expected from a national chain verses a local mom and pop restaurant. Everything I've tried has been very run-of-the-mill, nothing extraordinary. It strikes me as very similar to Leann Chin's, but not as good. There are other Chinese options in town that provide more authentic Chinese dishes and larger serving sizes. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere. read more

My husband and I had a terrible experience at the St Cloud MN store. I had the crispy almond chicken with noodles. It was awful. Definitely not crispy and borderline black in color. It was nothing like your website picture. It was supposed to have fresh chopped onions on it. There were none. The chow mein noodles were cold and tasted like cardboard. My husband had the pepper steak with fried ice. It was chewy and the worker shoved everything in the bag without a care in the world. That caused his whole meal to leak all over everything else in the bag. It was disgusting. I am not one to complain but this whole experience was so disappointing. read more

Showed up here to get some lunch one of my favorite restaurants Panda Express I walk in and I'm told that they've completely run out of chicken for the new special item on the menu honey sesame chicken. I love it so much I wait until it comes back and I frequent the store a couple times a week to get it I find it completely ridiculous that they don't have any of it and they're not gonna make any of it today. This is a great restaurant, great food nice atmosphere! I have been to many locations from California to Arizona, this location has not let me down. Love the orange chicken, the shrimp stir fry. I understand that its Covid but its not lowering the price anyway cause i ordered 2 large plates and the rice and noodles they put on the plates were exactly 2 spoons. like fr? i ordered beijing beef and they send me another kind of beef and said they ran out of it. Great happy people, good portions and prices, and I got a gift because it was my first time visit.

I was on my lunch break and in a hurry and the staff was extremely speedy, I made it through the line and checkout within 3 minutes.

Honestly, the service here was amazing and they were super nice about making more for anyone that came in. A really nice stop on a busy holiday! 10/10 recommend. Thank you ladies! read more
