I am a medical professional and i am aware of the protocols of the restaurants that we can not sit on the tables and all. After couple of weeks been i went to get panda and all i wanted to get is food. I noticed my hands been little dirty with something and I just wanted to sanitize it before I get food and this store was out of the sanitizer and I saw it on one of the table and I just went to go get it so I don't touch anything with dirty hands. And here comes this guy who is serving he already mentioned to me that I can not go there and I explained him with i went and said sorry to him. And out of no where there's another employee came up to me and telling me the same shit. There were another people there too and everyone looking at me as if I have done some sort of crime. And the lady who came up to me to tell all that shit, why couldn't she notice there was another girl coming in n out of the store few times without a mask. She couldn't say anything to her but fucking insulting me as if I am some kind of uneducated person there. I felt so insulted and I left there without getting food. This is so ridiculous when during this pandemic we r trying to help people and in return people are giving us so much shit. Usually when you order Chinese food you get large portions. This place really watches the exact amount of chow mien and other sides and entrees that they give you. I finished my chow mien in 4 1/2 chop stick bites. My Kung Pao chicken entree was 1/3 peanuts. For the amount of money that I paid for 4 items I was really disappointed. I did three online orders for this place the first time they did not have my order ready and they gave me a complimentary soda for waiting which was all right and then I ordered from there a second time online and when I got there the food wasn't ready so I had to wait an additional 5 to 10 more minutes for the food. Another time which was tonight I made another online order and it said it would be ready in 30 minutes so I headed over there and got there about 5 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready a lady was helping someone at the register so I politely said I'm waiting for my online order they got my name and did not have it ready so another worker got my order ready which should have been ready by the time I got there and again it wasn't we also ordered the teriyaki chicken and that was it ready they offered the bottom of the bowl which was mostly fat and juice and when we said how long would it take for the fresh one they said an additional 12 minutes which should have been already ready we wouldn't have had to wait longer if they already had our order ready definitely not coming here anymore definitely not putting in additional online orders this was one of the worst experiences I've had at that place and third time third strike definitely need to work on getting these online orders ready so customers don't have to wait an additional 10 minutes because there was no point with the online orders if this is how it's going to be read more

Arrived at about 12:30. I ordered the chow mien, broccoli beef, and string bean chicken. The chow mien was pasty with a lot of filler vegetables, very poorly done, overcooked, no flavor. The broccoli beef had some broccoli that appeared to be badly discolored (yellow). The beef has a funny texture, way too soft. The worst dish was the string bean chicken. You could tell that it was old. Most of the string beans were a dark grayish green. I threw those away. They were mushy and limp. I think they just mix in yesterdays leftovers to save a few bucks. 12/18/2020 my brother in law went to Panada Express around the evening time the take out window handler was super slow. Mind you my brother in law and I are the only two black people in line. There was 4 people in front of him and one in front of myself. She called the four orders in front of him then she asked if there were any online orders and then two more people went ahead of us. Mind you we were there before those two people. But when I called to make a pick up order it was stated I would have to stand in line either way. So if I still have to stand in line phone or online order, how are you letting online orders go before in store customers who were in line first? We asked where are our orders. (No response) They were already sitting on the shelf I saw her carry the orders to the shelf. B/c I saw the orders get made. So she was just letting our orders sit on shelf and calling other orders before ours.She was calling orders out by name not by number b/c that's their system. she then asked both of us for our receipt after we told her the name on the orders. I was at this location tonight and I placed an order but walked away without it.I want to list out the exact reasons why so that I never forget why I stopped eating here. 1. Poor hygiene: None of the servers wore gloves.They touched the food with their bare hands and I actually so one of them walk out of the restroom scratching her back and making her way to the counter ....so gross. 2.
