The food is very good and plentiful. What I found outstanding was the folks working at this location. I was served by a gentleman who was as friendly as good be, excited about his job, and enjoyed doing it. The other people, you could see cleaning, checking the food. Also, there was a gentleman outside scrubbing the side walk, and washing windows. People take great pride in this location. read more

She had a lot of trouble taking the order, like she wasn't listening and made me repeat myself 3 times. I'd like to think I speak clearly and loudly as it is but I was practically yelling. Trucker friendly!!! A worker came outside to I'm assuming hand a DoorDash order to someone and I asked if I could walk the drive through since my semi won't fit and I was warmly welcomed! Very nice staff, even mentioned putting up a sign stating trucker friendly! read more

The food overall was good, some parts could have been a little bit warmer, and the cream cheese ragoons were very oily and rubbery like they had been there all day, so they weren't the best which is part of the reason why I'm giving 4 stars. Fast food meets americanized chinese food... If you like greasy, over-sauced meat and veggies that are either RAW (mixed veggies) or OVERCOOKED (green beans) then you'll be happily satisfied here. However, if you want fresh, correctly cooked dishes please KEEP DRIVING! For reference I've eaten here 3 or 4 times since they opened in Siloam. I'd eaten at this same chain in Dallas a couple of times and it's pretty much the same here as there. Firstly - the menu is rather confusing... I've had to help several other guests understand how to choose an entree (multiple size options) and sides (it's VERY unclear how the sides "work"). Secondly - all the food is cooked and then kept hot by constantly being "WARMED" (aka overcooked). The sauces they use are too salty, too sweet and applied too liberally. They drown the tiny bits of meat and veggies in these overwhelming sauces. The meats and veggies with the meats are usually mushy but the mixed veggies are still RAW and their brown rice is usually VERY crunchy and very dry - not pleasing attributes for rice. Oh, and you say you want soy sauce, spicy mustard or other condiments? Better ask several times and double check! If going through drive thru - ASK for a fork/spoon and better double check unless you want to eat your meal with your fingers! That single napkin they allow you to have won't be much good if your munching sans utensils! Lastly - their iced tea tastes like instant / reconstituted tea - NOT freshly brewed. EWWWWW Overall experience... not satisfying, not remotely authentic and it's not a healthy alternative to regular fast food - just go have a burger and pass on this pseudo attempt at chinese food! They get 2 stars because the place seems clean the food is edible. Update: I did give them 2 stars but I've dropped it to one... Unfortunately my family likes this place... probably because I go and pick up so they don't have to deal with the service that has gotten even worse (didn't think that was possible). I was very impressed with the food quality at this location. Usually you can expect dry chicken and noodles, but this was an exception. The chow mien was delicious and fresh. I was very impressed with the freshness of the teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. The spring rolls were good as well as the crab ragoon. Overall, good food and great service! read more

Our Chinese food truck wasn't open so we we to Panda Express in Siloam springs. All the food was over cooked. The noodles were dry but the best part of the meal. I got 3 different entrées but they all looked the same. It really sucked !!!! Total waste of money!!!! read more

Sydney N. was superb in her customer service that day! The lid wouldn't stay on the cup so she replaced lid but it still wouldn't stay on. At this point, we were both laughing and she replaced the whole cup and another lid. I was having a horrible day that day and even tho I didn't portray that when ordering, I left there in a better mood and never thought about the bad day I was having again. Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Siloam Springs, Arkansas

I decided to check out panda express for maybe the first time ever (?). I've usually looked at this place as a poor choice for asian cuisine due to the nature of fast food chains. I was actually surprised at the quality of the kung pow chicken that I ordered. It had good flavor, with peanuts, green onions, crispy red peppers and was decently spicy with dried chilis. I didn't realize that the line cooks actually stir-fry small batches at a time in large woks in their open kitchen, and I was impressed that it didn't just come out of a bag. I was a little disappointed that this location doesn't include some of the options available on the website, such as stir-fried eggplant with tofu, and the bubble tea menu. I guess maybe they thought it wouldn't sell in an area like Siloam Springs. Service was fine, and my food arrived quickly. In a nutshell, I would choose this option if on a road trip or in a pinch for a quick, cheap, tasty lunch but I won't be a frequent customer. read more

Food is decent. However the customer service is not so great. I usually go through the drive thru and each time I hear laughing and shouting in the back ground, as though a bunch or school kids are running this place. I do not get greeted with a smile and they barely ever make eye contact in the drive thru, then when I ask for soy sauce or a fork I'm met with a roll of the eyes and a sigh. I spoke to the manager on the phone about an issue I had about a be my guest card. I recieved these in the mail after I found hair in my noodles. So i go to use it and I wait in the drive thru for 20 mins. They acted as though this card that was given to me by the home office was foreign to them. They all gathered around as though they had no clue how to input this card into their system or whatever they use. Finally they came to the window after waiting for so long and said sorry this was declined. I was like umm how can a card that's a be my guest card from your home office be declined? It was as if they were using it like it was a visa card as they swippied it over and over again dumbfounded by this card they had never seen. So, it's obvious that the manager herself was not trained to input the card manually or how to use it. They asked for another form or payment as if I would then pay for something that was given to me in the first place. Very clueless crew and manager. The manager on the phone said don't you have another form or payment?? I was like this was a gift from your company. I'm kinda at a loss to how a manager can be so clueless and rude. They do not accept anything that's not cash or a visa logo added to it. Even if they were the ones who messed up. No slight hint of trying to make it up to me "This store" that is.
