It is pretty clear they are prioritizing delivery drivers--if you go to the drive through you will wait... a long time. I have been waiting about 45 min and I am about to just give up and go somewhere else. Do not order from Panda Express on St. Augustine in Valdosta, GA. We've been there 3 times and twice they got the order wrong. Sorry, but teriyaki sauce is NOT a condiment when you order chicken teriyaki. I shouldn't have to ask for teriyaki when I order chicken teriyaki, duh! read more

The people there have nasty attitudes and the manager as well as her other people in charge are very rude as well. They take their time getting to a customer and often have attitudes when a customer has a concern. I have seen many roaches and bugs inside of their bathrooms as well as the Singh are where people eat. Absolutely terrible food. Today was my first time EVER trying panda express an wow.. I got the plate which came with 1 side an 2 entrees. For my side i got chow mein which had no flavor an was dry as hell. For my entrees i got orange chicken an pepper chicken... The pepper chicken was absolutely disgusting. Im not sure why anyone would make such a sauce an serve it for the flavor it had. As far as the orange chicken, it was the best part about my meal an it wasn't even that good.. I guess im not surprised for getting that kind of food (that youd normally eat at a buffet) at a fast food place .. Food is ok but usually veggies not cooked at all..I avoid them and their drinks. They offer bottled drinks too expensive for me. Walnut shrimp is my favorite there is an up charge for it. I always order chicken pot stickers they are good for toddlers. Mine loves them. The restaurant is clean, the food is good ... and the service is courteous ... I visited Panda Express today and for whatever reason dropped my tray making a ghastly mess .. yikes! Edwin was behind the counter and saw the situation as it unfolded ... he quickly found 2 clean rags, dampened them and rushed over to help clean the mess off my jacket and then cleaned the table and swept/mopped the food off the floor. Just ordered from the drive thru and you can't even hear what they are saying at all! So when we come up to pay for the food they act annoyed with having to answer our questions about what we ordered so we are getting what wanted. Finally got our order corrected and handed the card over and it took another 10 minutes to get our card and food back with no goodbye or anything so we didn't know if all our food was there or not. So we sat for a minute waiting to see if mabye they would bring us the rest of the food if need be and all they did was sit there and talk and joke around and pay no attention to customers. Panda is my favorite. I'm from Florida where there are multiple locations in my city. Apparently this is the only Panda in town. I went here for a bigger plate w/ chow mein, Beijing beef, and orange chicken. I never really check my meal before I go because Panda is pretty good on getting things right. I get home expecting to have what I'm used to back home, WRONG!!!! The Beijing beef had a funny taste on it and they tried to cover it up with sauce. The orange chicken was stuck together like it was old and reheated. It was also hard. The sweet fire chicken also had a funny taste that they tried to cover up. I was disgusted and threw my plate away. Thank God my fiancé didn't eat any else he would have definitely went back &' got a refund. I just took this as a lesson to not eat from Panda on Augustine. Until they build an entirely different location, they've lost my business . read more

I like the food but I can see how this location needs some serious improvements. They are out of many things at times, during busy times you should have more prepped and ready to go. The tables are also dirty and sticky, doesn't seem like anyone goes to wipe them down much. The fountain drink area always has water on the ground, very slippery and dangerous. I'm guessing ice cubes melted on the floor? Every time I've been there, there is water on the ground, why don't they mop it? I like the food though, it's always been very good. Except one visit they were cutting chicken teriyaki, and it was still raw. They had to dig through the chicken and cut up several pieces before they could give you any. They also are pretty skimpy on the more expensive food items; like the walnut shrimp you only get a few pieces and you're paying more! It's not bad here, but I can see how some would be dissatisfied. read more

I ordered food online and they gave me a time to pick up the food. I waited and when I went to pick up the food, they had nothing that I ordered. They said they sold out and was asking me about replacing items. I didn't want anything that they had left so I asked for a refund. They said I had to do it online. I told them that I could not (after leaving the restaurant and returning). The manager said that there was nothing they could do about me spending $25 on food that I did not get. She was very rude and had I been closer to her, I would have broken her face only because of how rude she was. It wasn't even about the money. This panda express was filthy in the bathroom and the servers had an attitude with me the entire time i was ordering. My friend saw the "dirty toothpicks" container flipped around so he reached in and pulled a dirty toothpick out, all the while the servers watched and laughed about telling him "he should learn to read". Traveling through south Georgia, I needed something really quick. I haven't been to a Panda Express in years, but it was better than I remember it. The food was fresh and hot even after the typical lunch rush time. I ordered a plate with grilled teriyaki chicken, firecracker chicken, and chow mein. All of it met my expectations, plus I was pleased that the firecracker chicken was indeed spicy. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. Even though it's basically fast food, they still get 4 stars for good execution. I'd give another star if I had seen a vegetable-only mixture available. Whenever I pass through Valdosta again, I'll certainly keep this place in mind. read more

Terrible customer service. I took a broccoli and beef bowl back because the food was cold. She claimed I ate half the food in the few minutes I drove off and turned around. I explained yes I tried a piece of the beef and broccoli. She even had the guy who clearly was trying to keep his job agree with her that more food was in the bowl. I even pointed out there was no condensation (from heat) on the plastic clear lid which she agreed but still felt I didn't deserve anything more than some extra noodles that were awful. Got some takeout from here recently. I walked inside the restaurant to order, and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, pretty, and modern inside. It was pretty busy with diners at tables. The food is all already prepared behind a glass deli counter, and they make your dinner as you pick out your items. I got the 3 entrees with a side item- dinner for about $8.75 or something like that. I picked 2 chicken dishes, and beef & brocolli with chow mein noodles. So today was the first time I visited Panda Express. This unit is fairly new. When going in store is very clean and open. I ordered the 3 entrees and a side. The food was well just blah. The Orange chicken that I understood is there signature dish had very little flavor, and was covered in so much breading. The lo main also, little flavor. Granted this is fast food but there really needs stronger punch. All in all not any better then Chinese food you would get from the mall. Not horrible but could be much much better. Every single Panda Express I have ever been to has been exceptional. I always have a routine to get a sample of the honey walnut shrimp and then order orange chicken. They are always kind and are always ready to let you try anything and help you find what you like. At this Panda Express, everything tasted different and old. The customer service is horrific. Might could have different portion sizes like half and half of a one entray would be good, But not to big of a deal if you don't. Also it is a little higer price than other fast food meals I get but the free entree item helps for doing the survey. It is a different kind of fast food and I like that. I had to repeat my order about 4 times, they did not get my order right after all the times that I repeated myself and with how long I waited in line I didn't even have the patience to go in and tell them that I was missing stuff. we have not been back since then. read more
