I had to politely ask the lead worker to put on gloves while boxing our food, all the other staff had gloves on. I don't know where her hands have been. Then she kept all 3 entree containers open instead of closing them, allowing heat to escape while she kept walking away in the middle of boxing them to assist others, instead of just taking care of our food first. If she had only done one thing wrong, I'm not wasting my time with this, but repeated failures. The good thing I can say is that she kept her cool, I know she was mad though. read more

This place almost never disappoints. The place was packed, but we were served really fast. All the employees were nice and we didn't have to wait for them to make what we wanted. We sat at a table that had a lot or rice on the floor, and someone came over right away and cleaned it up. Orange chicken is the best or course, and the kids ate all of theirs, I was hoping to get some extra. Guess I need to start getting extra for everyone. There is a reason they call this "fast food" it isn't made for hours like in some sit down restaurants. They just fry some chicken or beef then sautee it with a sauce. Although why this food may be just the best thing you can get close to the sit down is the flavor and texture of everything from the meats to the noodles or rice is great. Plus the other benefit is it's super cheap, unlike the sit down Chinese restaurant where you may pay $12-$15 a plate for an entree for dinner. You pay half that price here and can get it to go. That is the reason both my husband and I like this fast food restaurant. For $6.75 I can get 2 or 3 different options of meats and an option of either fried rice, regular or noodles. Can't say the most expensive sit down will charge you that price and the last I remember, I didn't like the food at the sit down establishment because I thought it tasted liked rubber. Would rather eat cheap food than suffer eating rubber. So there is my explanation of why I came here a few days ago for those wondering why I would choose this place over any other Chinese establishment in town. Fast Asian food: it reminds me of Mark Pi's. I loved that place. This place is much better than Mark Pi's in that you get to see all the fresh foods and pick the one that looks the most delicious and then the person plates up your choices with rice or whatever you want to add to it. They have several different types of plates to choose from with 1, 2, or 3 meats and rice or noodles. The menu is really simple to understand and the food is as good as fast Asian food gets. China cuisine is definitely one of the most delicious food choices in all of the United States. I love how Panda Express is involved and brings back flavors that many of us relate too. I'm shocked that this Panda Express location has more than three stars. I came here yesterday and nobody was in the drive thru line so I didn't have too wait long to order. The young lady at the drive thru window was rude and not attentive at all when she spoke to me. When she opened the window for payment, she didn't say hello or anything and only told me the amount that I owed. I gave her my card and waited for my food. She opened the window again and handed me the bag of food without saying a word - not even "thank you." I asked her if soy sauce was in the bag and she started walking away so I repeated the question again. With NO eye contact she said soy sauce was in the bag and hurried to close the window. Still no "thank you" or nothing. I don't know why she was rushing as there was nobody in back of me car in line and only a few ppl inside eating. I arrived home only to realize that there was no soy sauce in my bag. I was pissed given the fact that I asked the young lady twice and she said it was in the bag. Honestly, it can't be that hard working at a fast food restaurant. Seriously! It takes 2 seconds to check the customers bag for requested items. Probably won't be returning to this location again. Service was below satisfactory and the associate presented zero customer service skills. Huge portions. A "plate" is a side and 2 entrees. Too many entrees to list. Sides are mixed vegies (broccoli, green beans and zuccini), brown or white rice, fried rice or chop suey noodles. Plate is under $7. The food was good, typical. The green beans were actually COLD. The rest of the food was not even warm to the touch. Seems a food violation. I love Panda Express. I don't require much to make me happy. I enjoy a $7 lunch, eaten in blissful silence while my children are in school as much as the next person, maybe more. My expectations for this restaurant were based upon every other Panda Express experience I've ever had, which include memorable gems such as the Panda Express further down the road, the Easton food court, and the Denver airport. None of them fine dining, all of them completely standard and tasty as far as fast food Chinese food goes. This Panda Express made me angry with how disappointed I was. It's close to my house! I want it to be good and awesome! But the sweetfire chicken wasn't sweet or firey -- it had no flavor. The orange chicken was okay, but not as spicy. And, maybe most aggravating, the restaurant layout is DUMB. I'm so tired of the "let's see how small we can make this restaurant" game, and weird seating that requires you to either sit right next to strangers or right by the door/line. Sometimes I want to just sit at a normal table, alone, sans children, and stare at my phone while I shovel fast food Chinese into my mouth. I don't want to be right up next to everyone's butts and their purses while they line up to order. I don't want to sit at a cafeteria-style table with other random people like I'm still in middle school. Give me a semi-private table for two where my phone and I can bond over lunch and I'm happy. As it was, I ended up getting my order to go due to the handful of awkward seats that did exist being completely full. The size of the restaurant is even more frustrating considering the size of the bathroom. It's ENORMOUS. Luxurious. It's a great bathroom, just disporportionately large compared to the rest of the building. So with that said, A++ would pee again, but will probably drive a few miles down the road to actually be able to sit down without every other diner breathing down my neck. read more

While I love the orange chicken the drive thru service is terrible. I eat here about once a week. If you go through the drive thru your portions are a lot smaller than if you go inside. I ordered the 3 plate so I would have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. But I got less chicken than if I went inside and got the two plate. I am still hungry! Not happy! This location is by far the worst Panda Express I've been to. Today marks the 6th recorded negative experience I've had with this location this year alone. And that's recorded, I've had plenty more but it was small things I choose not to bring up. They've messed up my order 3 of those 6 times, of which I've even tried to resolve directly with a manager by contacting the location and providing my name and phone number to an employee as the manager was "Out." This is quite frankly ridiculous. The other three times the employee's forgot to include even silverware with my order, as well as the sauces, fortune cookies, etc.. The only reason this location receives 2 stars and not 1 is due to the fact that the food is up to Panda Express quality, but the service by this locations staff leaves quite a bit to be desired.
