It's been hard for me to find a place that's consistent and actually effective at working out the knots in my back so I'm glad I was able to find this place through Yelp. I saw a lot of great reviews mentioning Nancy and Lana so I requested for either one of them. They're both extremely detailed when it comes to focusing on areas with tightness or stubborn knots and they really take their time making sure those spots get the attention that they need. These ladies are strong too so if you're looking for a massage that actually gets deep in the tissue, you'll appreciate their technique. The place is clean and comfortable. Overall, a really solid experience.

I went here off the May 15th for a body massage. The day after I had bug bite marks all over my face where the pillow sits, my chest and my arms. All areas exposed during the massage. Today I had pest control to my house and he said he sees no signs of bed bugs. No one in the house has bites but me. And that it's very likely the pattern where I was bitten that it is from my massage. I'm never getting a massage again.

My wife and I booked an appointment on a Sunday evening and were seen almost immediately. I asked for the 60 minute combo massage and felt great afterwards. Requesting medium pressure was just the right amount for me. Sometimes it can feel a little painful, but that was not the case here. I felt like my tightness and tension melted away by the end. I also liked that the massage therapist ended the massage with a brief leg stretch which really helps after lying flat for that long. Great service overall and it's also quiet and clean, what more can you ask for?

Nancy is the blessing in the city of Downey, which is my hometown that I never knew that I needed until I found her. She takes her time and she is patient and understanding of how your body works. We were immediately serviced by the owner. A total of three of us got a couple massage as well as an individual massage. The pipes are immaculate. My husband and I found this place on Yelp! We usually go to an Asian foot massage place in Garden Grove but we just don't want to keep trekking all the way over there. Panda Foot Massage is 2 miles away!! We LOVED our massage! So relaxing, perfect pressure and felt amazing. We chose the couples full body and hot stone massage for $90. Whoaaa can't beat that price. They have private rooms. And for couples massages they have a pocket door that they open so you can see each other. The whole place seemed clean and there is a small waiting waiting in the lobby with a tv. I will say there was a misunderstanding with our appointment time. My husband called ahead and they said a certain time was available, but it seems they didn't write us down in their book. So when we got there no one was available. They told us another time, we came back then and still waited quite a bit. We almost left. But were eventually taken in. I'm glad we waited. But I am taking a stat away for that. They do have a punch card. Make sure to grab one. And I saw that if you leave a yelp or google review you can get $10 off. Bring cash, there's a tiny discount.

The minute you walk in this place it immediately relaxes you, it is beautiful and so zen. I received an amazing massage from Lana! I really hate to leave such a low rating, especially because the elderly man at the front is so nice but this is an honest review. I truly feel that the people who work here are NOT certified massage therapists. The guy massaging me kept going over an area around the back of my shoulder roughly and when I tried to move up or say "ow" he just kept doing it. The massage seemed very inconsistent and my back, specifically the area that the guy kept going over,was really sore and red. Will definitely not be coming back, I would rather pay a little more and go to a place where the people really are certified read more

The foot massage was really good! I was super relaxed and the hour went by super quick. The prices are affordable for sure! $20 for a 60 min foot massage and $40 for a $75 combo massage! You can't beat that. People kept on coming in so you know that's a good spot. People in the other reviews mentioned about the loud hip pop music next door. Which is true due to the fact there's a boot camp training spot next door. However, is not that loud! you can barely hear it. It didn't bother me at all they had soothing music on the background. The only downfall is that the guy who was massaging me kept on getting up and answering the phone while my massage was in session. They were super busy I guess (so maybe hiring someone for the front desk) but overall I was satisfied and will be going back again for sure on a less busier day. Really enjoyed this place. The workers here were very nice. We walked in without an appointment and only waited about 10 minutes. The prices were very good and definitely worth it. Although the place isn't super fancy, keep in mind that it's a traditional Asian massage place, not a massage envy. Both ladies that massaged my boyfriend and I did super well. I truly appreciated the cleanliness of this place . I love the fact that they don't have smelly old carpet , instead they had tile and the place doesn't smell like humidity . They use crispy clean sheets instead of rusty old towels to cover yourself ... but I guess they were short staffed the Friday I went in. They had two people before me so instead of making me wait in the lobby they went ahead and got me in , put my feet in the warm water and laid me down . About 15 minutes later , someone came and took my feet out of the water and semi covered them . I thought they were going to start working on me so I fell asleep waiting and I got cold because they had the AC on high . Nobody worked on me for an entire 45 minutes till I got up to check my phone and the man who checked me in was next to me working on someone else ( the person that got in before me) he called someone in his language and a lady came . She might have been on her lunch while I was sleeping away waiting because my entire 60 minutes she kept burping . Thank God my nose was never near her face because I didn't want to find out what she has ate . I thought it was very unprofessional to take me in and not update me on the waiting time to be worked on . Very unprofessional of the masseuse to be burping like that . Idk if it was a cultural difference but not professional in the US at all . Overall I think this place needs a little more to be 5 stars . The massage wasn't the greatest either . It felt like it was a little scattered with no real focus areas . read more

I always wanted to get a foot massage but never found a place with a reasonable price that went along with great service . My husband and I went to try it out, bring both of our children ( 6 yr, 2 yr). When approaching the place , a man in the entrance greeted us so kindly . He was whispering at us because they had a client . He walked us to our beds where we sat down and lay . We usually bring our children with us to places we know they will behave and be quiet . We gave them a tablet and they sat down to watch movies . The man did his best to keep them comfortable by offering water and candy, which I really liked . We proceeded to our massage and it was more than what I expected . The personal massaging me did an excellent job by not hurting me and make me feel relaxed . My husband and I were both pleased with our massage and surely tipped . I suggest not to bring your young children because they might be a distraction to others because of the quiet environment . None the less , this place will become my go to ! read more

It started off well with a lady, then after half an hour, I noticed the massaging changed, i took off towel to see why. they had switched and a man took over. No explanation. Horrible experience. I had my hopes up but when we should up for a couples massage they had a guy and girl. I took the guy because my it was the only option. He did a horrible job. His nails kept digging into my skin and he kept scratching me rather than massaging me. Even when it came to the foot part, he just kept scratching me as if he was trying to scratch me and not massage me. Never coming back for sure. I don't recommend it read more

This time, however, a male therapist performed the massage, and he was extremely aggressive. I repeatedly told him that the pressure was too much. He would ease up briefly, then go right back to using excessive force. While my headache did go away, I lost a significant amount of hair during and after the massage. It has now been a week, and I am still losing hair. My scalp and temples are still sore from what felt more like a "massacre massage" than a relaxing treatment. He pulled my hair far too hard, and I am losing gobs of hair as a result. Not only that, but my entire body tensed up from the aggressiveness of the massage. I ended up with what feels like a pinched nerve running from my neck down to beneath my shoulder blade. This experience was painful and upsetting. This therapist should not be using this level of force on clients. I am genuinely concerned that someone could end up seriously injured. What should have been a therapeutic experience became a physically painful one that I am still dealing with a week later.

I have been going to Lana for massages for the past 15 years, and I can honestly say that she is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. Her technique is impeccable, and she always manages to find and address any problem areas I have. She is also extremely professional and has a warm and welcoming personality, which makes me feel comfortable and relaxed during my appointments. One of the things I appreciate most about Lana is her ability to customize each massage to my specific needs and preferences. They have plenty of massage beds available and plenty of staff on hand. I've been back here multiple times within the past two months and also have recommended to two others who are now repeat customers. The masseuses apply the perfect amount of pressure to accommodate you. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. If I had to make only 1 recommendations it would be for them to try to cut off the front waiting area a little more so that you won't be able to hear those talking in the waiting area.
