It's been hard for me to find a place that's consistent and actually effective at working out the knots in my back so I'm glad I was able to find this place through Yelp. I saw a lot of great reviews mentioning Nancy and Lana so I requested for either one of them. They're both extremely detailed when it comes to focusing on areas with tightness or stubborn knots and they really take their time making sure those spots get the attention that they need. These ladies are strong too so if you're looking for a massage that actually gets deep in the tissue, you'll appreciate their technique. The place is clean and comfortable. Overall, a really solid experience.

I went here off the May 15th for a body massage. The day after I had bug bite marks all over my face where the pillow sits, my chest and my arms. All areas exposed during the massage. Today I had pest control to my house and he said he sees no signs of bed bugs. No one in the house has bites but me. And that it's very likely the pattern where I was bitten that it is from my massage. I'm never getting a massage again.

Came in to get a 90 min combination massage. 60 min full body and 30 min feet. I had really been feeling stressed and overwhelmed lately and this is just what I needed. Considering it's Valentine's Day and they are super busy they made the accommodations for me. I truly appreciated that my massage therapist Mrs. Lana gave me such a great experience.I cannot put into words how great of a massage she gave me. Very attentive from beginning to end asking me what pressure would I like and kept checking with me continuously. A 10/10 experience I definitely recommend it very affordable prices as well.

My wife and I booked an appointment on a Sunday evening and were seen almost immediately. I asked for the 60 minute combo massage and felt great afterwards. Requesting medium pressure was just the right amount for me. Sometimes it can feel a little painful, but that was not the case here. I felt like my tightness and tension melted away by the end. I also liked that the massage therapist ended the massage with a brief leg stretch which really helps after lying flat for that long. Great service overall and it's also quiet and clean, what more can you ask for?

Nancy is the blessing in the city of Downey, which is my hometown that I never knew that I needed until I found her. She takes her time and she is patient and understanding of how your body works. We were immediately serviced by the owner. A total of three of us got a couple massage as well as an individual massage. The pipes are immaculate. Music is good and comforting, and the ambience is relaxing. Will come back definitely. Thank you Natalie!

My husband and I found this place on Yelp! We usually go to an Asian foot massage place in Garden Grove but we just don't want to keep trekking all the way over there. Panda Foot Massage is 2 miles away!! We LOVED our massage! So relaxing, perfect pressure and felt amazing. We chose the couples full body and hot stone massage for $90. Whoaaa can't beat that price. They have private rooms. And for couples massages they have a pocket door that they open so you can see each other. The whole place seemed clean and there is a small waiting waiting in the lobby with a tv. I will say there was a misunderstanding with our appointment time. My husband called ahead and they said a certain time was available, but it seems they didn't write us down in their book. So when we got there no one was available. They told us another time, we came back then and still waited quite a bit. We almost left. But were eventually taken in. I'm glad we waited. But I am taking a stat away for that. They do have a punch card. Make sure to grab one. And I saw that if you leave a yelp or google review you can get $10 off. Bring cash, there's a tiny discount.

came in for the first time with my girlfriend, it was our first couples massage together. I requested for a room together & they were able to accommodate which immediately was a green flag for me, they got us settled in & the vibe was great! very modern & clean. smell was pleasant. the massage was good. i would've liked just for her to go a little more deep into my tissue but i should've communicated that from the jump. I was not expecting to get a foot massage today. All I know is that we're dropping off Izzy to school. My best friend Lisa drives by this place every day. We're going to treat ourselves . Started off the day right! Be prepared when you get a foot massage it's not just your feet they are going to rub . First started of by soaking my feet. Laid me down on a comfortable bed covered me with a warm blanket. Massage of the forehead and the scalp. Worked her way down to my neck, my arms, my hands with stretches back-and-forth. Then put my feet out of the water and lathered me up with Lotion ,rubbed every inch of muscles From my knees down. At this point my skin has turned into the most Buttery, soft skin. I did not know it was possible. Two second Later a soothing, warm towel to wiped me down . Not done yet .... leg and hip stretches . Been looking for a new massage place since our old place always charged us for 1.5 hour massage but we realized they were only giving us a 1 hour massage and talked a lot during our massage so after having those experiences we were hesitant but and we looked into other places and decided to give this place a shot! When you walk in, you can just tell they keep it clean And organized, while you wait there are 2 couches and a great space. It has a great feeling when you walk in and just makes you feel comfortable. Cali and Lana did a great job giving us a 75 min massage. We would definitely go back and build a relationship with our masseuse's so they can do it every time since they really took their time and made sure they got the spots that were hurting us the most. I really wanted to like this place based on other reviews, but it just fell short for me. 1 star for the massage, 4 stars for ambience. The man who conducted my massage had cigarette smell on his clothes and hands, which affected my relaxation quite a bit. The table was just really uncomfortable for my neck, the angle caused my neck and chin to kink downward anytime the man pressed on my back, and I honestly ended up with a headache because of the pressure at the base of my skull. The place is really well-kept. Very clean and ambient lighting. Smells clean. Nice music playing. Prices were reasonable had the massage been relaxing. Hopefully others have a better experience here than I did. read more

It was such an amazing massage. I went with Lana, she just has that therapeutic touch! I never fall asleep during massages and I fell asleep twice. I feel like a brand new person. The prices are so fair as well, did 90 min combo for $75. I also made the appointment the day of and they were able to accommodate me and my friend. 10/10 recommend, such a great find in Downey!!! The owner is great, the staff member who did my massage tried to steal my necklace . I took off my necklace towards the end of the massage and put it by my head when she stepped out of my room , she must've thought it fell off of me so when she went to switch out the pillows that probably when she grabbed it. At the end of the massage I'm looking for the necklace cause again I removed it myself I'm literally flipping the pillow going through all my stuff maybe she threw it in there checking under the massage table with my flash and can't find it . I go out to pay and I tell the owner I can't find my necklace, he goes in the room with me and he's also moving the covers checking under the table and also can't find it , I asked him to call the lady who gave me the massage. She comes in acting nervous and turns her back on me Bends down puts her hand in her pockets and miraculously finds it under the massage table after the owner and I had just checked... my necklace is worth no more than $20 (even tho it looks like it's worth more ) so sad people have no morality . Update : for the owners response , I CHECKED UNDER THE WHOLE BED WITH MY FLASH, YOU CHECKED WITH ME AGAIN AND NECKLACE WAS NOT THERE. Please don't try to protect a dishonest person when I clearly saw what she did . read more

We called 1 hr before for a couple massage together. They said they'll reserve the room for us together. When we arrived they said they didn't have a room. So we walked out and one of the ladies came outside to tell us they actually did have a room. Asked for 90 minute massage 60 minute regular massage 30 minute foot massage No foot massage whatsoever Quality of massage was as if the masseuse had a bad day going so hard while massaging the forehead that I ended up with a headache for hours. All while burping the hole time which was gross. Definitely never coming back here. read more

The massage was good but she missed two spots the heels of my feet and my head. She did massage my face and my whole body but those two are very important as I stand on my feet all day everyday at work. This place can be great if they didn't force the tip amount on you. Called in at about 3:50 to make sure there was no wait time to get a foot massage for my pregnant wife they told me to come in( i live 5 min away) we went and were told to come back at 5pm they were too buisy to take in a 30 min foot massage, so icalled at 4:50 to make sure there was no wait came in and told 30 min wait. I was in no pressure and ran some errands before. I came back an hour later and didn't realize they have a lot of parking in the back. So when returned I parked in the back and they have a back entrance. Once I was inside I checked in and the person in the front let me know I had to pay upfront. I changed my mind and wanted to do 45 min but the didn't have the time for it so I stayed with my 30 min session. The person in the front charged me and walked me to my room and I went to lay in the bed it was peaceful and quiet. Once my masseuse came in she saw me scratching my shoulders and said "oh, got it working on your shoulders". She went to work let me tell you! I felt I needed a bit more work on my legs but no complains my back, shoulders, arms and sides got the best massage ever. I only came here because it's close by and a friend recommended it. I could hear people constantly coming in and out, employees talking loudly in the hallway, and even a man next to me moaning very loudly during their session. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and the opposite of what you expect when getting a massage. The massage itself also wasn't great. I repeatedly asked the therapist to use less pressure, but she continued pressing extremely hard despite my requests. At the end I left a $5 tip because I felt the service was mediocre. After I had already left and was sitting in my car, the front desk employee actually came outside and asked me for a bigger tip. That made the situation even more uncomfortable and felt very unprofessional. Overall the environment, the service, and the way the tip situation was handled left a bad impression. I won't be returning.

This time, however, a male therapist performed the massage, and he was extremely aggressive. I repeatedly told him that the pressure was too much. He would ease up briefly, then go right back to using excessive force. While my headache did go away, I lost a significant amount of hair during and after the massage. It has now been a week, and I am still losing hair. My scalp and temples are still sore from what felt more like a "massacre massage" than a relaxing treatment. He pulled my hair far too hard, and I am losing gobs of hair as a result. Not only that, but my entire body tensed up from the aggressiveness of the massage. I ended up with what feels like a pinched nerve running from my neck down to beneath my shoulder blade. This experience was painful and upsetting. This therapist should not be using this level of force on clients. I am genuinely concerned that someone could end up seriously injured. What should have been a therapeutic experience became a physically painful one that I am still dealing with a week later.

This massage place is amazing! The prices are unbeatable and you definitely get more than you are paying for. The owner is really friendly, nice and accommodating. They have plenty of massage beds available and plenty of staff on hand. I've been back here multiple times within the past two months and also have recommended to two others who are now repeat customers. The masseuses apply the perfect amount of pressure to accommodate you. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. If I had to make only 1 recommendations it would be for them to try to cut off the front waiting area a little more so that you won't be able to hear those talking in the waiting area.
