Found this place on Yelp looking for a gift / valentines activity for my husband and I . Very clean place . It smelled very clean and the area where you put your face was cleaned with a ton of alcohol which is good . I got the couples massage for $70 which was good but I wish I would have told him to not go so hard . At the time I was just tolerating it thinking I would feel good in the end but I got to a point where I had to tell him to ease up , I should have done it sooner! I was in pain for 3 days . My shoulders were tender to the touch !!! If you do visit it this place I suggest to stop them as soon as you feel any discomfort because they go HAM here ! Not sure if I'll ever come back . The massage was good , there was a few interruptions while the lady was massaging me , she answered her phone and left the room to speak to someone on her phone , then her phone kept vibrating after that , it was annoying. Then when I paid , I gave her $5 tip because their prices went up and I didn't take more cash so she then mentions that tip is minimum $10. I don't like that. The service I normally request is a one hour or 90 minute massage. I have been coming here since the pandemic and have most of the time had amazing quality service! I have been coming here since before the pandemic and have never had any weird interaction with someone giving the massage which is weird because I've had both foot and full body. I normally get a full body and get a 90 minute and that seems to be the sweet spot. It's nice for couples massages as well, I always call ahead of time just to make sure they have time and it's been a solid experience. They have a large number of masseurs so it seems like things are always rolling. I have always just taken cash and am not sure if they take credit or debit but you can always call and ask. I've had the 60 and 120 minute and no complaints, I have a lot of knots in my back so the 90 gives ample time for them to work on them! Have been a customer since pre COVID. First time back for a 60min foot massage. There was no real communication about the package and no massage "experience." The gentleman simply asked me to lay in the common area room, and started rubbing my forehead and arms for 5min. I'm not sure he washed his hands, didn't place any lotion so it wasn't really a massage as it was more like lazy rubbing to the skin, so I reconfirmed it was a foot massage . I was taken a back by how casual and lack of effort was made for a $42 +$10 tip. foot "massage." It was about 25min each foot. It started the same way, with almost skin rubbing so I asked for more pressure, the "massage" turned into a knuckle scraping into the entire foot. There was no skill, therapy, technique. Simply a knuckle pressing into every part of the foot - except the Achilles.... Which also needed attention. As someone who is continually getting massages and comfortable with deep tissue / Swedish there was nothing I appreciated, except how it was effective for the knots in my arches. I wasn't going to leave a review however woke the next day with bug bites (as described by other reviewers) and bruised feet. I can't imagine what kind of pain someone else may feel if they're not used to massages. Overall, mediocre service, poor cleanliness, and poor massage. Unfortunately won't be going back and no longer referring my family. read more

Mixed feelings because I wanted to like this place so bad since the latest reviews are great but I don't think I can trust to go back. I had Lana as the masseuse. I left the bottom half of my under garments on bc she said so. When she un-draped my back she tucked the sheet into my underwear and pulled it down to wear I felt a breeze so I knew for sure she could see the crackety crack. But since she's a woman I felt fine enough to let it go. HOWEVER... maybe 5 min later she starts massaging my lower back and decides the sheet isn't low enough so tell me why she pulls the sheet further down, along with my underwear . I'm telling you, my underwear were ALL THE WAY DOWN and I definitely did not feel that was appropriate. But again I excused it with "its okay shes a woman too" but nah homie nobody should ever see the valley between the hills in your pants without buying you a drink first-at least.
