Food has gone way down hill since scamdemic. Eggrolls are a joke very tiny and mushy,and food way over salty

Awesome, take out Chinese. Pay no attention to the decor, yes it's outdated but you're getting takeout so who cares? The foods delicious, no matter what you have. Yes on occasion it may not be perfect but that's the same with just about every restaurant but they're still the best in the area. Only downfall is they haven't started delivering again because of the pandemic but they're on point with the pick up time. read more

This is probably the better of the 2 in my area, or surrounding... it has been a while since i had the other one. We maybe order from these guys 3x out of the month. The place is small, maybe 2 tables 3 the most, so its really not a restaurant. The need to change up the interior a little, well a lot. You walk in and you already feel depressed, yea i know thats not a good start on this. Thats why when we do order from these guys we always do delivery.. The lady behind the counter seemed like she had a bad day/week/yr when i walked in. Now our past orders have been ok , but this time it was ehhh (atleast my order was) I went with the Singapore noodles and we also went with steamed pork dumplings. First of the noodles tasted different like it was WAAAAAAY overcooked, didn't have taste , more like mush. The chicken tasted like its been stuck in a freezer for toooo long, and this was supposed to be spicy..... wtf did it go. My wife got the Shrimp and veggie platter... perosnally the shrimp look too small, over cooked and the veggies looked like they have been sitting on the dock a little to long aswell. My wife said she like it soo i gotta go with her on that. The dumplings had too much dough, not enough pork. Gotta find a better spot for some chinese, maybe look into the other one again, or hit up the one in the next county over. read more

Horrible Customer Service I ordered online and had a typo on my card number my mistake, so i ran through it to verify directly from my card and she said it was still wrong, so i re-read everything again and it came up correct. she proceeded to tell me i'm banned from online ordering with a card ever again in a very harsh tone, i said okay and that was that. i opened up my food when it arrived after being berated for a tip that was in my order online I pulled out my sweet and sour sauce and it poured out all over. there was a hole in the bottom that looked intentional. HORRIBLE customer service and pettiness. My family orders from there many times a month but no more. read more

I picked up the order my son called in and paid for. Woman behind the counter gave me a hard time because I did not have his credit card on me. Had to call him to get a picture of the credit card in order to get my food. After all that, the order was wrong. This place, and the people, are getting just nastier over time. There are much better places around here to order takeout. read more

I just looked over the reviews already posted, and I see 5 years ago it was noted to be dirty. Well, they still have not cleaned it! I was pretty shocked when I went into pick up my order. I convinced myself the place must be inspected by the Board of Health, so I did try the food. It was okay, the chicken was in very small pieces, the fried rice was yellow and starchy, didn't seem fried, tasted okay, and egg roll was tiny. I will not be going back. read more

This had to be the worst Chinese food I've had in a long time. The place is very outdated and looks dirty, you can see into the kitchen and it to looks dirty. The cashier went into the back and helped prep the food after touching cash, talking on the phone and didn't clean her hands. The white rice is in a crock pot sitting on a stool near the cashier counter. I got general tso's chicken. It was nothing but fried batter, tasted like the oil needed to be cleaned. I asked for no broccoli but I was completely ignored. My girlfriend got bourbon chicken, tasted nothing like bourbon chicken! The chicken was salty and dried out. Ok.. the egg rolls... All I can say is very sad. We unwrapped one to see what it had in it... answer? Very little .. We ended up calling the restaurant to see if they were having a bad night and tried to explain to them how unhappy we were.. the lady told me she been there for 15 yrs and nobody ever complained. We always come back to Panda House after trying any new Chinese Restaurants in the area. Fast delivery and cannot be beat for the quantity and quality of the food. We have tryed other places and they can not compare..Crab rangoon 3.50 for 6 very good..The General Tso's Chicken 8.95 is crispy and meaty with a delish red spicy thick sauce and you can get extra sauce on the side if you ask for it. They will make your dinner extra hot and spicy also if you ask. The people are friendly and professional willing to accommodate special dietary reguests. Leave off green peppers and add more mushrooms for me. The Mio Goo Gai Pan 7.95 Qt. is very good lots of Tender white meat Chicken great flavor and extra hot if you reguest it. House fried rice 7.50 Qt. delicious fresh vegetables and pork , shrimp and chicken also hot at your request. Shrmp Lo Mein 7.50 Qt. also a favorite done spicy or not. Food has gone down hill. Recently ordered Sesame Beef - it was a ball of breading with little bits of chopped up beef rolled in it. Terrible. My family does like the General Tso's, but will not order from here again. read more
