This cuts out the $50 a day for hotel parking, the Doraville station has surface & parking deck areas, two nights was $16. Lenox station is cheaper FYI. I had only rode Marta one other time before this and it was over 10 years prior, I was mainly traveling solo on Marta this time. For the Doraville station be sure not to park in the front parking as this is NOT overnight and you will be towed. The ticketed parking is just beside with minimal security. Doraville is the gold line that goes into Lenox where the race starts; our stop was Peachtree center. The trick to going from Peachtree back to Lenox is to know that both red & gold run on same track, which I didn't. I got on the train saying North Springs and ended up at Medical Center before realized, rode back to Lindbergh then gold to Lenox. The train itself is minimally occupied unless a big event is going on. It was somewhat clean as meaning no visible trash. There are homeless persons all around the escalators underground and you may get accosted on the platform but just be smart. I put the Breeze mobile app on and bought 3 day pass for $16, my main issue was the QR code picking up on the scanner. Every time I dreaded it because would never scan on first, 2nd, maybe 3rd try if was lucky. Overall IMO, Marta is a deal at $2.50 to go all over the city pretty quickly. It can be a little sketchy at night but just be aware of surroundings.

But it's really nothing special. MARTA itself needs a lot of work and it's really outdated. The last time I was here, the elevator was broken so I had to carry hella luggage down the stairs and that was pretty disastrous. But it is what it is. If you're looking for affordable transportation to the airport and you don't wanna ask for a ride or can't find a ride, at least find a ride here so you can go from here.

Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations and created significant challenges for both our guests and event staff. The level of service was unprofessional and quite unacceptable. The issues we encountered included: Buses arriving significantly late, disrupting our event schedule Drivers lacking clear knowledge of routes and destinations Vehicles without functioning air conditioning, leaving guests uncomfortable in the heat Buses in visibly poor and unprofessional condition (see picture which looks like an episode of CSI) Drivers behaving rudely and failing to provide updates or communicate delays when asked A generally disorganized and chaotic transportation experience overall These failures placed undue stress on our team and negatively impacted our attendees. Guests were left feeling uncomfortable, overheated, and frustrated, an outcome that does not align with the standards we expect for our events or from our partners. Due to this we asked for a significant refund for the services provided. But was given about a 15% refund which I thought wasn't aligned given our experience. I couldn't recommend this company, at least for corporate events.

Egaal in the sales office answered all of my questions and was able to accommodate scheduled changes. He was able to accommodate our group within just days of our arrival. Our drivers, Tyeisha and Quentin, were amazing! They were incredibly responsive to text messages, let me know when they arrived, were thoughtful about where to pick us up and drop us off, and really went above and beyond to accommodate our group! Online coach bus' look lavish and everything works. The one we had, the seats were all tore up, the DVD TV was almost hanging down (did not work), the lavatory was, at least, a hundred degrees in their and reeked on urine - plus was told it did not flush. The coach bus was so old, it had 300,000 miles on it. So, what you see on line, is not what you actually get. Plus, they don't return your phone calls and still have not refunded the overcharge payment.

He was available and willing when we made last-second changes to what we were doing mid-day. The vehicle, a large Mercedes van that fit 13 passengers, was clean, modern and comfortable. I've saved their number in my phone and will use them again.
