Phil was very attentive and patient when drawing up my tattoo. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted for my design, and he worked with me until we came up with something I liked. Once the design was done, the tattoo itself only took about an hour (maybe less) and was a breeze. I would say the only downside to this shop is the location unfortunately. I was fairly concerned about my car getting broken into, overall safety, and parking is a bit of a challenge.

When thinking of getting something like your lips/ eyes/ anything facial & usually sensitive done, don't think about your body tattoos & how that felt. Grace has & utilizes a numbing cream ( works VERY well). I literally fell asleep while procedure was being done. It's a 2 session job, but now, fully done & totally healed, I'm super very happy with it!! They don't line too much outside of the lips because that would probably look super unnatural, but right to the edge of my lip line has given my lips the little bit of boost in volume and the colors that I really like especially when wearing no makeup at all. You get an absolute chance with Grace to help design the color that she's going to be applying ( She recommended that I bring along my favorite lipstick). This is not nearly as "ouchy" or intense as you might imagine. As I previously mentioned, the numbing cream works super well! Just relax and it's done before you know it! The color seems very very bright at first, but it does mute out quite a bit as the healing process sets in. I, as a thin-lipped individual () not only enjoyed the color, but the subtle ( albeit temporary) volume boost it gives. I realize they were mainly swollen a bit from the "trauma" of the "blushing", but ( in my experience) with disappointingly short lived lip filler, this lasted almost as long & healed up quickly & easily. There will be a bit of chapping and peeling between your first and second appointment, but that's just the lips healing out. Just use some lip balm diligently day and night ( Grace will give you the "accessories") and you'll be ready to show it off in no time! I would recommend Grace to do ANY of the cosmetic tattooing she can do because I can see what a great & careful professional she is. Enigma 's a great spot for tattoos in general, now they've added the aesthetic angle the public has increasingly asked for. Thankfully they put on a trained & experienced aesthetics professional. Since my senior year of high school I swore that if my grandma's time came before mine I would get a tattoo in her honor. Her favorite scripture was Psalm 23. I found Allysen Meriwether who works at the same shop where I got my first tattoo. Scrolling through her page, I saw a tattoo she did previously that said 'Annette' and in the middle of the mall I broke down because that's my grandmother's name. That was a sign for me. I was very particular about how I wanted the font to be and she's AMAZING with different style fonts. Her booth is clutter free and she let my best friend sit in the back with me for moral support. She took her time to make sure the size and placement was perfect and it came out exactly how I envisioned it. Proverbs 31:25 was a scripture the pastor went in depth about during my grandmother's funeral service a couple days prior and that really spoke to my best friend Camille so Allysen hooked her up too! I'm so happy we were able to get this done before we parted ways. This really means the world to me and it gave me the closure I needed. I actually should've gotten the tattoo sooner for my grandmother to see it. Before we left, Dale asked us why we got our tattoos and long story short he opened up a little bit about his past and what God has brought him through. He talked to us about the book of Matthews. You can't talk to everyone about God. A lot of people are bashful about their relationship with him and just looking at Dale, I never would've thought he had a relationship with God. I'm utmost grateful for that moment. Just goes to show you don't judge a book by its cover. You don't know what the next person has been through. Thank you Allysen and Dale! I will definitely fly all the way back home just to sit in your chair for my next tattoo.

Given the circumstances I assumed he was going to make an effort to return it to me. That did not happen. Even though he offered to mail it to me that was not an option as I drive everyday and need it. I offered to meet him halfway. After many excuses (truck not working, plans after work, girlfriend will be mad) and blaming me for forgetting it, I ended up having to spend an hour and a half having to go get my ID. It's not WHAT happened as much as HOW it was handled. Unacceptable and very poor customer service.
