At pickup, We brought it up to the manager, and he was very understanding and courteous about our situation. We requested to just add the missing ingredients to the already prepared pizza but when he gave us the corrected order, they hand us a freshly cooked pizza and gave us the incorrect order. This is without charging us anything additional although it was our mistake. I am sure this was a loss to them but they earned a customer for life and we are spreading the word. They also make tasty sandwiches and salads! Out favorite is the Can Helsing sandwich and Italian Job salad.

The order status quickly went into "make" status. After an hour and 15 minutes I tried calling the store multiple times with no response. So my husband decided to drive to the store. At 1.5 hours after I placed the order the online status changed to "quality check"and stayed there for 5 minutes before switching to "on the way". And then 2 minutes later the pizza arrived. My husband turned around and can't back. Very frustrating how long it took and the lack of ability to get a hold of someone or have accurate status updates. That said the pizza was good.

Aware of the difficulties restaurant owners face, it was only upon closing my tab that I mentioned the unreasonable wait of 1 hour and 30 minutes for one pizza. Rather than acknowledging the oversight, Danielle, one of the managers, was condescending and aggressive, trying to justify the delay. The salad if full of Italian meats, cheese and veggies and comes with garlic bread and dressings of your choice. We always order thin crust pizza with pink sauce and love it. The chicken parm is delicious and served on a hefty serving of spaghetti (enough for lunch). We ordered meat sauce on the parm as they have very good meat sauce. There are many family meal deals and combo coupon offers. They also include plenty of red chili peppers and parmesean packets to-go. Vincenzos over on Lions is way better, even after downsizing their store, would recommend them. they may own both places but the lions staff aren't smoking crack in the back and are much nicer.
