I ordered the creamy bulgogi pasta. This was a really interesting combination that worked surprisingly well. The pasta was rich and creamy, while the bulgogi added a savory, slightly sweet flavor that made the dish stand out from a traditional pasta. The beef was tender and mixed well with the sauce, giving every bite a good balance of flavors. The portion size was generous and filling, and everything tasted fresh and made to order. The restaurant had a casual, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was friendly throughout my visit. It's the kind of place that's fun to try when you're looking for something a little different from the usual Italian or Korean food. Definitely glad I gave it a shot, and I'd come back to try some of the other fusion dishes on the menu.

You won't be disappointed. What drew me to this place was the homemade pasta as well as the Korean fusion flavors. Went on a Saturday evening and it wasn't too crowded. It was simply decorated and clean. Plenty of seating. You can order at the counter or at the Kiosk on the right side of the restaurant. We ordered the creamy truffle pasta, the creamy kimchi pasta and make your own pasta with the sweet and spicy gochujang sauce. Also got the Mandu and garlic bread. Everything was delicious. I was especially impressed with the creamy truffle pasta. It was better than some of the nicer Italian restaurants I've been to. The sweet and spicy gochujang is on the spicier side but I couldn't stop eating it. The Mandu has seasoned beef in it that has similar notes as bulgogi flavor. Some suggestions would be that they would add some kind of salad or greens to the menu. I also wish the garlic bread had more garlic flavor and less herbs. But this is my personal preference. Otherwise a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend.

Didn't even know this existed in Santa Clarita. Good tasting pasta with Asian twist. Pasta is made fresh and you can taste the difference. It's more of a casual sit down restaurant - order first, sit and they will bring food to the table. The Thai tea is pretty good too.

Tried this place after reading a recommendation online and we were really happy! The corn cheese pasta was our favorite BY FAR. It's so good. We tried a few other flavors now and have liked them all. We also usually get the bread. Definitely will return.

The pasta we got was delicious! Good seasoning right amount of sauce and portion size. We love that everything was customizable and you can have it just the way you want. The service was nice very friendly answered all our questions. The inside was nice and cool music wasn't to loud and we loved that they had different options of seatings for kids! Also very nice rest rooms very clean set up.

I had seen some Instagram posts about this restaurant about a month ago and figured while I was up in the Valencia area I would stop in and give them a try. I love freshly made pasta! They have a Korean fusion menu which elevates the flavors. They actually make the spaghetti, fettuccine and pappardelle pasta in house. I won the lotto finding this hidden gem. I also love the concept of creating your own dish with all the great choices they have. Different sauces, proteins, veggies and spice levels. They also have specialty pasta dishes, ravioli and small 8" Roman Artisan Pizzas! How fun! There is something for every one and every age group. The portions are generous. The prices are very reasonable. For my first time I decided to pick a low key pasta dish. Pappardelle with the rose sauce - no add-ons or spices added. I took it to go and it traveled well. It comes with a seasoned slice of toast. I was very impressed with the taste of the sauce and the quality of the pasta. Next time I'm going to try the creamy truffle mushroom pasta. I was welcomed by a very nice young gentleman with a big smile and he was very helpful. I wish I asked for his name. The woman at the front was also very sweet and friendly. The restaurant has ample seating, very clean and spacious. Casual feel. I literally can't wait to bring my husband and son back up here to have them try it out. Highly recommend giving them a try! WOW is right!

Finally, a solution to the age-old dilemma - Do you want asian noodles, or Italian noodles tonight? Why not both? Enter Wow Spaghetti and an entire world of familiar and new, creative noodle/pasta options are available to you! I took my son (who, all you have to do is say the word "pasta" and he's in for whatever the experience is) for dinner one night. I had to try the Corn Cheese Pasta because I love all three of those things and if they're going to go ahead and put them all in one dish, I'm going to go ahead and give it a try. It was unique and pretty good. My son had spicy chili garlic pasta which he said was pretty good too. So there you have it, an Italian(ish) and Asian dish, both served to us at the same table. Genius! You have a lot of decisions to make (what kind of pasta, spice level, sauce you want in it...) The person who took our order (you order at the counter and then find a table and they'll bring you your food when it's ready) was very helpful in guiding those decisions, using her insight to let us know what other people have chosen and what is popular. It's a small-ish space but seating in booths or tables is available. The best part, I think, is that you can go back and have a completely different pasta meal depending on what you pick. We'll definitely be doing that.

What took me so long to try this great innovative Korean pasta eatery I will never know! It is owned by a wife and husband team. I only regret not learning their names. We were greeted as we entered and the wife took time to tell us about the menu and food. She gave us many sauce samples along witht the descriptions. There are many fresh pasta choices I am happy to report. We ordered the creamy bulgogi spaghetti mild and the spicy chili garlic penne pasta along with Corn Cheese which is a Korean-style street food. Everything was delicious! The pastas were cooked perfectly. The bulgogi is so flavorful and the servings are enough for two meals. The corn cheese was a baked dish of cheese and corn loaded with flavor. We will be returning here over and over I am sure! There is plenty of parking in the lot, and ample seating inside. It did fill up during the lunch hour. They have a large selection of bottled and canned drinks in a cold case as well as self-serve water. The restaurant was very clean and full of many returning customers. This is a must try!!

    Kimchi cream pasta

I would have passed right by this restaurant if I hadn't stopped to read the menu! The pictures don't do it justice. The Kimchi Cream Pasta and the 'Wow Spaghetti' (sloppy joe over pasta) are what finally drew us in. The Kimchi Cream Pasta was perfectly creamy with a nice spicy kick and crunchy bites of kimchi. My husband absolutely devoured the sloppy joe pasta! It's great that you can build your own pasta or choose a specialty dish. Portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the owners were incredibly welcoming. We will definitely be back

My cousins from Fresno came over for thanksgiving and they wanted Paik's Noodle because they like jjajangmyeon, a popular Korean dish which contains black paste and other ingredients on noodles. However, the name changed to something different, now a Wow Spaghetti. Interesting to be honest, not sure why this change has occurred. Upon entering a day prior to thanksgiving, it was empty. Not a soul, not a human, nobody inside except the cashier and her dad. The sweet girl from the front was pleasant to customers and pleasant to watch. She was kind enough to give her view of what dish was popular here. There is a list of twelve delicious popular menu items on the wall for the customer to choose from. She requested to try the kimchi or spicy noodle dish. My cousins preferred the bulgogi noodle dish with cream sauce because it looked tasty. Of course I agreed with them. I didn't order anything there because I already have eaten prior but they both haven't eaten for hours and they were craving some sort of noodle extravaganza. The price for every dish according to the menu was around $15 more or less. It was okay I suppose, but could obviously be a better value in my opinion. The dish they chose in particular took around 10-15 minutes to receive. That wait is average for two of these noodle specialty orders. It smelled bizarre to be honest. It had a pungent Alfredo aroma and a blend of barbecue ribs. It however, tasted much different and was quite good. I enjoyed the flavors of the cream and bulgogi mixture to some extent, but it felt like I could have had more albeit, I shared this dish with my cousin. Overall, the ambiance inside is just like Paiks noodle but cleaner from what I remember and definitely tasted better than jjajangmyeon. The portion size was smaller although the flavor and taste of the dish was excellent. I could make spaghetti on my own but at least this dish is more difficult to create and tasted amazing. I would recommend to give it a try, but it was odd that nobody else was in there at any time we were inside which was about 20 minutes. I'd go again and maybe try something different, but the cream with bulgogi choice was one I recommend.

Interesting make your own pasta restaurant that serves you in a to go container. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. I got the spicy garlic with veggies, kimchi, and mandu and my husband got the creamy buldak chicken. Both were filling and although I wouldn't get my pasta again because I found the kimchi a bit tart, it did remind me of Koreatown. I would go there again because there are so many options to choose from. Very clean restaurant and the bathroom even has Clorox wipes and air fresheners. Service is great as well. Staff are very welcoming and friendly.

I redownloaded Yelp just to put this review in. This is the BEST PASTA I've had in a while. Dare I say this is better pasta than some pure Italian places I've been to. This tier pasta is easily $25+ at other restaurants. Would definitely come back. It's Asian fusion (Korean specifically). The best part about the pasta dishes is the noodles themselves, the texture is perfect and some of the noodles are freshly made. The mushroom one IMO is the best. Friendly service, and what a clean establishment. I really hope they stay around. This is a true gem. Ooh btw the bulgogi one was SO good too.

Pasta is delicious! I tried the lobster bisque with broken lasagna, and it was cooked perfectly. Creamy and could taste the lobster essence in the bisque sauce. No actual pieces of lobster though. The bolognese with meatballs was excellent too! Prices are decent. I do miss Paik's Noodles that used to be here! The owners from that former restaurant are still here but re-opened as this pasta shop franchise to appeal to the masses. Hopefully we can get some jjajangmyeon or black bean noodles eventually at this spot too, as another option aside from all the other pasta options!! It was so good, and I miss it so much! Fingers crossed! I've tried Wow Spaghetti at another location almost 2 years ago now (but it closed down sadly). They have another location in the OC and formerly in the IE. It was very spicy back then, and not much options available, but now they have different spice levels and different noodles and build your own pasta! How cool!

Graziella and her brother have created such a special dining experience. My favorite dish has always been the pistachio sauce ravioli. That level of hospitality is rare and so appreciated. I usually never order ravioli as a main course anywhere else, but this dish is absolutely incredible and unlike any ravioli I've had. I was on a double date and convinced my friend to order the same dish because I couldn't stop talking about it. She absolutely loved it and understood immediately why it's my favorite. My fiancé and his cousin both ordered the lamb chops and couldn't stop raving about them. My fiancé substituted the seasonal vegetables for the arugula salad. My fiancé's cousin, who I consider like a brother, was trying lamb chops for the first time and said he felt like he'd been missing out his whole life. I also ordered the Prickly Pear Margarita from the rotating cocktail menu and enjoyed it so much that I ordered a second one. The food was outstanding, but the atmosphere deserves recognition too. The patio is beautiful, romantic, and has such a relaxing ambiance. It was the perfect setting for a double date. After being away for a few years, I'm so glad I came back.
