This is probably one of the worst stores ever they make up their own mind as to what they want to honor as to deals and prices. I will never shop at their store again after years of shopping there. I had to call customer service twice now dealing with them. They'll honor the online price, but won't honor the free bracelet even if you're above the amount and willing to buy more items, but if you want the free bracelet, they'll only give it to you if you pay full price for everything even though online it doesn't matter if the items are on sale or not, you still get the free bracelet as long as you are over the 145$ And I was told multiple times by customer service that they should be honoring it. Stick to buying things online because they will give you the correct service but this place I'm surprised they're still in business, but they'll probably be out of business soon if they just keep choosing what they wanna honor. Sad to see a physical store go out of business, but they probably should if that's how they are doing things. read more

This Pandora store is located in the Town Center at Boca Raton. I have been a Pandora customer through the years mostly for my daughter. When she was in elementary school we bought her a bracelet and would add charms through the holidays. When she got older she started preferring their rings and has a set of stacking that she has worn for years. Her 23rd is birthday is today and since we can't be together I wanted to give her something to commemorate the occasion. Where I think Pandora shines is that they really personalize their jewelry. You can create your own story from their pieces. I ended up choosing two items that were specific to my daughter and our relationship. What I didn't care for as much was the suffocating customer service. I want to be helped but not have five people jump on me the minute I walk in the store. I wanted to look around a bit and I don't feel like I was given that time before I had a salesperson attached to my hip. I am sure they are just doing what they are told or they may work by commission. Also I like to look at the trays on top of the counter where I can pick up what I want. Instead they stick the trays under glass and you have to ask for each item one at a time. I am sure it is to prevent people from grabbing the whole tray and dashing but I am a customer getting treated like a criminal. Although their jewelry is not as expensive as gold it is still pricey for silver. I feel like you are paying for the Pandora name. All of that aside I am sure my daughter will like her gift and if not they provide a 30 day exchange gift receipt. read more

Poor customer service very disappointed. Do not live in the area and was given a paper gift certificate years back and was able to make it here today and they will not honor it. They were going to get even more of a sale than the gift certificate was worth because I was purchasing additional charms. The sales girl directly working with me was fine but her so-called manager and whoever that manager called the other manager simply had no customer service skills and did not work anything out with me when the gifts are ticket was already numbered and signed and purchased at the Pandora store at the Boca Town Center. Definitely will not be coming back here again. Lesson learned if you're given a gift certificate whether you want to purchase something you like or you cannot find anything you like You might as well use it anyway. Drive over 45 min to get charms for the bracelet my child resently brought for me. Not a good experience and I saw many other reviews about poor customer service. I would give 0 stars to this Pandora in the Boca mall. The girls there are incompetent fools and don't deserve a job. I asked them to take off my wife's bracelet because she couldn't and neither one of them could because they had such big nails they Didn't wan to break them. shame on you for hiring people that are incompetent. They told us we'd have to go somewhere and have it cut off the minute I walked out of the store. I pushed it and it opened. These are stupid people! Maybe hire women with smaller nails they'd be able to help their customers. We will never walk in Pandora again and hope others take note of this comment.. I went in here a few days before Mother's Day (and my mom's 70th birthday) pretty much knowing what I was looking for...a necklace for my mom with birthstones. There was a 30 minute wait when I arrived. It went fast. I chatted with the greeter (he was a sweetheart) and looked around. Everything in there is so bright and pretty. Emily LaRosa assisted me. She could not have been nicer. She helped me design a beautiful necklace for my mom. I also left with a gorgeous pair of earrings for myself. I love this store and highly recommend it. read more

In July of 2018 my sister in laws and I went into the store for the first time-in memory of my mother. I can't remember the young ladies names, but one necklace, four bracelets, and 50+ charms later, I remember the Boca Town Center location having the best customer service. Yesterday was my 2nd experience with Pandora at town center mall. Frankly , I was hesitant as my 1st visit was ok but I had the sense that the ladies all of them by the way were not friendly at all. Anyhow, I gave it my 2nd chance. Well, as they say 1st impression is always right. Again, very not friendly , in fact a bit stuck up . But here is the reason I am writing. I picked out earrings for a gift and when I went to pay , she had my name in her system and then proceeded to ask me for my phone number. I replied I do not give out phone numbers. She looked at the manager and responded to me sorry you will have to pay cash its for your security. So , I said really , then I guess I will not be buying the earrings and walked out. If now merchants want numbers and emails then guess what folks , we can shop on line and in the end you can give fake numbers! read more

I came to the Pandora in Boca Towne Center and received the best customer service from Leo, the supervisor. He helped me deal with the Atlanta airport Pandora store, who were completely and utterly rude!!! Their sales supervisor, Lindsey Waltower, was very unaccommodating. I wanted to do an even exchange on a bracelet I bought for my mother but I couldn't find the receipt. I bought it May 4th during a layover and went to exchange for a bigger size May 10th. We called the store so Leo could verify it was within 30 days and Lindsey proceeded to say how they don't keep their receipts and later in the phone call when I asked if he kept receipts he said it would be inconvenient to search through thousands of them. I passed the phone to Leo to which after a few minutes Lindsey hung up the phone. Leo called back and a sealed representative answered and gave more information in a civilized manner than the supposed sales supervisor. Coming from a service industry and bring a retail store in 2016 that kind of customer service is appalling from Atlanta Airport Pandora. Come in and ask for Leo or Leon. He welcomed me to the store and asked what i was looking for. I told him I wanted a piece of jewelry to commemorate someone special. He asked me what colors i was looking for what i like to wear what his birth month was and other really personal questions to really pin point something that could make me think of him overtime i looked at my jewelry. I ended up picking green earrings. He was very helpful finding my ring size, looking through different options. I will definitely be back for anything and everything i need. read more

Went with my wife and purchased a bracelet. Didn't know much about the store or the brand but Yvonne walked us through it. One of the best jewelry buying experiences I've ever had. There's no attempt to oversell or make a guilt purchase. She was very respectful about being price conscious and went out of her way to make sure that my wife was happy with her decision.
