The line went back to 3 stores!!!! But the line moved fast!! I already knew what I wanted. So as soon as I got inside the store, ai showed the associate, she asked me to wait till my name was called and I did. While I waited I tried on soooo many fun and shiny rings-letting my husband know ALL OF THEM I wanted!! :) Not even 5min past and they called my name. I paid, and I was outta there!!!!!!!! Went to go do an online return, had my original form of payment; the sales associate was quick to deny my return cause the card on the receipt said discover (capital one merged with discover - she didn't know) and then her manager? (I'm assuming he was a manager?)Not sure cause he just involved himself in the conversation without greeting himself was rude and said I couldn't return it because I needed my original form of payment (which I had) Needless to say I would just go to Chicago ridge. I stopped by Pandora for the 50% off sale on all the retirement items. I was shocked to find several charms for my bracelet. The sale associate was extremely helpful in searching for specific charms I was looking for. As always, the store is often crowded and there's at least a 20/30-minute wait in line, especially around holidays. read more

I went into this store last week Friday hoping to purchase a bracelet for my birthday that was coming up. I walked around the store twice there were at least 6 employees in the store only 2 were working and the other four stood at the front of the store doing nothing laughing and talking! No one spoke or said anything or offered to help. There were a lot of customers standing around the counter waiting to be helped. I ended up leaving the store because I did not want to wait for the only two employees in the store doing work to get to me. I feel sorry that they were the only ones doing work and had a lot of customers to get to! read more

Pandora in Orland Park is the worst! You have to wait 30 minutes minimum for a pick-up order? I wouldn't even order Pandora if it weren't for my granddaughter. I will never go into Orland Park Mall Pandora's again. Employees either need to be trained better or quit talking to each other and wait on customers. read more

This Pandora Store is one of the better locations in the area. My significant other gave me a bracelet for Christmas, and since then we've been filing the bracelet up with lots of charms. The sales associates at this location are overall very friendly and they always help me organize my bracelets to keep them balanced and neat. The negative about this store is that the wait can be very long on the weekends and during sale promotions. I recommend visiting the store before 4 o'clock on weekdays. read more

I have filled an official in depth report with Corporate. However, I would be remiss if I didn't let the public know about my experience on April 3, 2021 with store associate Monte and alleged manager Daniella. Long/short I came in to exchange a defective bracelet and wanted a receipt to memorialize the transaction. Monte stated I would have to pay $3.73 for a receipt (no purchase was made). I asked him why and if he would pay for a receipt. I told him I wasn't paying for a receipt and he turned from me and mumbled something and walked away. I said "pardon me?" And no response. I walked to Sephora and after I finished my purchase I see 5 police officers and a dog with Monte and another black woman (didn't catch her name) from Pandora. He pointed at me and said "there she is". The police proceeded to question me about the incident. I explained and we went back to Pandora and I received a store gift card in the amount of $391. I don't appreciate this type you of treatment, it was defamation of character and an extremely traumatic experience, especially during the current climate with police. Thankfully Officer Whalen was very understanding and professional. And yes, you did read that right. Monte called the police on a young black woman because I didn't pay for a receipt that I didn't take. He would have had to collect the $3.73 from me to even print the receipt. I am so disappointed with Pandora's quality. My daughters clip on her bracelet broke twice and they didn't bother fixing it the second time even though it is a defective clip that we happened to get stuck with. We take extra care of our bracelets and the beads and never shower in them. Basically they refused to fix or replace the clip. What horrible customer service. I went in to this location today to get my ring cleaned. I purchased my ring from this exact location in the Orland Square Mall about a year ago, and I have had it cleaned here a couple of times before. I walk in and ask to get my ring cleaned and a woman named Zoey helped my by giving me a piece of paper to fill out for my contact info regarding the cleaning. As I am filling out the paper, she asks to see my ring so I hand it to her and she starts looking at it. Next thing I know, she tells me this isn't a pandora ring. I told her it 100% is from pandora because I purchased it at this exact location last year and this is the only pandora location I have ever been to and only one that I've gotten my ring cleaned at. So she looked up my phone number to find my records but my record only showed one of my old rings (not the one I brought for a cleaning) She proceeded to tell me that they've never had this ring before, that it doesn't have their stamping on the inside of the ring. I continue to tell her over and over that it was bought at this store only a year ago. She continues telling me that's it's not pandora so they refused to clean it. So I hear Zoey start talking to another worker about their manager so I immediately asked to speak with the manager and Zoey told me she was the MOD. I left and went directly next door to the Kay Jewlers, somewhere I have never been before & told her that the women at Pandora were no help to me and that they were refusing to clean my ring because they couldn't see a stamp. The woman at Kay (didn't catch her name) looked at my ring right away and told me she didn't see a stamp BUT she took a look at it with the microscope and instantly found a stamp on the ring and told me she would clean it. So basically my review is that Zoe and the women of pandora were NOT helpful and had a very rude tone and were not willing to hear me out. They should've looked closer or under a microscope and they would've found that it was there. But she didn't even take the time to try looking under a scope to find the stamp-if she would've done that she would've seen that this IS a pandora ring!! First time I wore it, the "sparkle O clip charm" valued at $40 fell off and was lost unbeknownst to me - I wasn't doing anything crazy, just went to dinner. I came back to the store and was told they could do nothing about it - I would have to call customer relations. When I called customer relations, I was told that "lost items" were not covered under warranty. I wore the bracelet one time, made no adjustments to it, and Pandora is not willing to stand by their product. It was CLEARLY defective. I was only offered a meager discount for future purchases, which I did not take. The bracelet was well over $200 in cost and I will be returning it for the reason that I will not support a company that will not back their products, especially at this price point. Anyways my experience today, my grandmother wanted a charm for her sister and asked me to pick it up. I go in and all the associates seemed too busy to acknowledge me (there was no other customers in the store) I state I know exactly what I want and the associates comes and pulls a charm out. I went to this store where they had a 25% off sale if you buy 2 or more items. You have to be careful with this store. You have to check if they included all the items for the 25% discount. When I was getting ready to pay I asked if all was discounted, they said yes. After paying, I looked in the receipt and one was not included. BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I came here to buy my wife a gift set ($125) she had picked out for her first Mother's Day. I left work early on Friday to go buy it without her knowing, so it would be a surprise. The woman, Tiffany, at the sales counter was helpful in finding it. She also helped me pick out a nice bear with a pink bow on it to celebrate the birth of our daughter. They bring your jewelry to the counter for you while you wait in line. They call my name and I approach Yakira (I believe that is how the young lady spelled her name) who proceeds to ring me up. My total with the extra charm was $189, I was about to pay then she asked me to wait and walked over to the manager down the counter. She then goes in the back for a few moments and comes back out. She tells me there was a problem and voids out the transaction, then rings it up again. This time it was its $261!!! I asked her why there is a price change, and she calls over her manager. Sue, the manager, tells me in a snotty tone the price is $195. I ask how the price could change in a matter of minutes, that the last time I was there the price was $125 and a few minutes early Tiffany told me the price was $125. She proceeds to tell me it was boxed wrong. I ask if all their jewelry is boxed wrong, and she responds arrogantly "no just that one". She says "it's supposed to be in a box marked $195". I said "this is preposterous", to which she responds with " that's what the price is going to be if you want to buy it" and walks away! This manager must have past experience of being a used car salesman!!! Fine way to do business Pandora!! Since this was a last moment gift buying circumstance I ended up having to buy it, but will definitely going to talk to a different manager at another store, and writing a letter to corporate. I'm posting this to the Pandora Facebook page, Yelp, and in a message to their customer service area... SOMEONE should respond! I have been a Pandora lover for a few years - for two main reasons: the beautiful keepsake jewelry and their great customer service... That is until today! I took two bracelets into the Orland Square Store for a cleaning and was told it was the company policy to not remove charms from the bracelets for cleaning and that the salesperson would clean the charms themselves, and that if that person was caught removing charms, they could lose their job. Well, I already knew how this was going to turn out...after he took almost 25-30 minutes cleaning them, my bracelets are not clean as they could be had the charms been removed. The thing that irritated me the most... My husband and I were sitting in seats inside the store. Instead of the young man letting me know the bracelets were done and asking me to step to the counter to have my bracelets checked and put back on, the guy comes over with my bracelets in a plastic bag and extends his hand and says, "Here you go... I hope I cleaned them o.k." and hands me the bag! Wait! No putting on the bracelet at the counter? When did all this happen?!? I was quite surprised - after all, he just handed me this $1700 charm bracelet as if I had shopped for costume jewelry in a Claire's! I was too done. I asked him when it became Pandora's policy to treat their clientele this way!? After speaking with another associate, it became clear to me that the gift card that I also brought with me would NOT be spent in that store! I will think long and hard before I go back there again. Now my question is... Did I miss the corporate email or the signage in-store letting customers know of this new company policy? I mean, after all, I receive notices about special events to get me in the store, but nothing about these alleged cross the board changes! Will someone enlighten this totally dissatisfied customer?!?
