TERRIBLE service. While we were looking at rings, the employee ignored us completely, took the ones we were viewing, and showed them to someone else without a word. She never acknowledged me or my family once. Extremely unprofessional and made the Pandora store feel cheap and distasteful. Will be contacting the manager about that rude worker. read more

Terrible. If I could give this business a 0 star rating, I would. My boyfriend gifted me a necklace for my birthday and spent WELL over $1000 on it. He purchased an additional 2 years of coverage that was said to be active as soon as the purchase was made, along with the coverage you get from the company, so 4 years total. Y'all, this necklace was beautiful, and everything was fine with it until one day I put it on and the *white gold* chain fell apart right in my hands. As I said earlier, my boyfriend spent EXTRA money to get instantly accessible coverage on this necklace. Yet, somehow, we have been waiting for over 2 months AFTER being told TWICE that the new parts "would be" and *supposedly were* ordered and replaced for free. It has taken so long that, at one point, he called and requested they order it for him over the phone so he knew they actually followed through because, although the sales associate told him she would, they didn't the first time. As of now, still no emails or calls as they promised after the second "order" (since he was assured by a staff member it had been taken care of), just radio silence. We have tried countless times to get into contact with these people to get it fixed, and the only times we've gotten any information they've either had no idea what to look for or they've been rude. Imagine spending $1000 on a gift and having to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Terrible customer service and efficiency. Pandora will not be getting our business again. read more

Wouldnt accept exchange on xmas gift because "it was purchased in November a week before they updated the return policy." I had receipt and everything. I got a very stingy vibe, and the manager was unwilling to compromise. They just told me I should regift it. Thanks for the advice Pandora. Lol. I'm not really interested in their jewelry anymore. The assistant manager Yolanna and staff member Kirsten were a great big help. We've tried to exchange a gift for nearly a year and no Pandora store would help. This is the only store willing to work with us and helped us picked a bracelet that that fits and we only needed to pay $30 to make it work. Thanks Yolanna and Kirsten. read more

Loved the customer service we got a few weeks ago. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and patient, I got a new pandora charm and my boyfriend got one for his daughters birthday. She offered to clean my bracelet for me and said it needed at least 45 minutes to get a good shine, I never knew this and I've been to several Pandora stores and no one said such a thing, I always got my bracelet back in about 10 minutes. While my charm bracelet was being cleaned she offered to hold our bags at the store while we stopped around and when we came back, she was ready for us with a smile. read more

On 10/7/2018 while on vacation, I entered into the Pandora Store at Destin Commons in Destin, Florida. I was immediately greeted by a saleswoman who seemed pleasant and eager to help me find a charm that I was looking for. After finding two charms that I liked, the saleswoman started to tell me about a store card that would save me money off of my purchase. Immediately, and repeatedly, I stated that I did not want a credit card. I made this very clear, more than once. The saleswoman told me that it was just a store rewards card, that I would use to accumulate points, and it DID NOT report to my credit, it was only for the store. I told her I shop at Pandora often and I get emails from Pandora, I asked her was this the same thing? She said yes. So I was already signed up for the rewards! We go to the cash register and she asks for my name/address/ID, which I thought was ok to pull up my rewards information. I DID state again that I did not want a credit card. She then places a credit card application in front of me and told me to sign. SHE RAN MY CREDIT, I specifically asked her not to! The credit card application said Synchrony Bank and she had even made up a false income to complete the application for me! She told me that it was a rewards card and it would not report to my credit. I took the paper application with me as proof of her criminal activity. I got a bank alert of a credit inquiry later that day. This is an illegal action that the Pandora employee took. She broke the law. read more
