The shop is gorgeous, the lovely receptionist is so welcoming and everything was explained to me before Taylor got there. My eyebrows were numbed so that no time was wasted for Taylor to work. I went in with a plan to get the basics but she heard me out that I like drama and hooked me up with 3D and some 5D sprinkled in for a personalized look. It ended up taking much longer than expected because of that, so she refunded me 20%. A few days later, she refunded me another 10%, because it "wasn't sitting well" with her. I did a lot of research prior to making my decision to have permanent makeup. I looked at each artists' portfolio (IG) & while they all did stunning work, Hannah was my girl! We chatted on IG for a while and she was so helpful & patient with me as I asked questions & shared concerns. After we spoke I booked my appointment for my consultation. The next few days I kept seeing her brilliant work & knew that she was the perfect person, so I asked her if we could do my consultation & appointment the same day! She made it work no problem! Hannah was kind enough to mock up two different styles so I could pick after seeing it & it made a world of difference. My biggest stress was choosing if I wanted more hairlike brows or more shaded in type with visible hair strokes. She let me snooze, which I often do during my appointments - but while I was awake she was so pleasant to talk with. My lashes look amazing! In this economy, a $148 manicure/pedicure with tip is unacceptable. I will never be back.

I've had some bad experiences at other salons where my already thin, asymmetrical eyebrows were stripped to almost nothing in an attempt to make them match. However, this technician was very thorough and precise in her work and checked in with me more than once to make sure I was satisfied. The only con is that the salon chairs have no headrest, which is quite uncomfortable for your neck when you're lying nearly horizontal. My headscarf actually slipped off halfway through the threading because of the angle, but the technician very kindly grabbed me some bobby pins from nowhere and secured it in place so that she could finish without me being exposed. I really appreciated that. Efficient and good service. I'll be back again.

My eyebrows were literally hurting afterward because she took off so much of my natural brow hair. When I asked for a refund, Titi told me she wasn't giving me my money back because I didn't want her or another tech to "fix" my brows -- even though more threading would've made the damage worse. I've had good experiences with other techs here, but I do not recommend Titi. She ruined my eyebrows and refused to give me my money back.
