I tried their small 16 Oz chia latte. Very good. Had that nice little spice with every sip. Then prdered their sunrise breakfast sandwich wich ones on am English muffin. This place is amazing! The service is always the friendliest and the place has a great vibe. One of my favorite things is their sourdough cinnamon rolls that come in a variety of flavors... huckleberry is my daughter's fav and the orange creme is mine. I also love their paninis, they have one with brie cheese, bacon, avocado and chicken... so delish. My daughter won't order anything but the pesto chicken flatbread because she ordered it one time and loved it so much. I don't think you can go wrong here with what you order. Today we got our coffees as usual and they were just off. I came and asked if it was possible to remake our drinks as they don't taste like they usually do. They went above and beyond to fix it. Just an all-around great experience here....from the friendly greeting to the comfortable atmosphere and of course, great food. I met up with a friend for lunch here yesterday and apologize for not taking a photo! I had the (half sized) Greek salad with the addition of sliced grilled chicken and was very impressed with both the quality and taste. The half size was still generous and perfect for my appetite, and very reasonably priced. The decaf hibiscus tea was very tasty and refreshing, I loved it, but I think next time I'll try one of their fun "mocktails". My friend had the chicken/bacon/avocado panini and she said it was wonderful (it looked so good I almost wish I'd ordered that, but really did love my salad). Anyone who currently comments (or complains!) about the value of food (quantity/quality) to price needs to remember that food prices are at an all time high, and restaurants either need to raise prices or cut portions if they want to stay in business, so some understanding goes a long way here. I felt that my meal was a great value and I look forward to returning, I think I will try their breakfast menu next. :-) read more

The Goliath scram bowl was delicious with their home made cilantro cream sauce. It was fresh and filling for a day of shopping. They have a great selection of food and with a nice seating area inside and outside of the shop. The workers said they were backed up and our food may take a while, but it was quick! I saw this place had good reviews for breakfast, so my wife and I gave it a whirl. We were greeted by very friendly people as we arrived, and helped with our order by the person at the register. I went with the English muffin breakfast sandwich. It was certainly delicious, made with good ingredients! However, it was not fulfilling. I was still left wishing I had more after paying for a $7 breakfast sandwich. Something that may help that is if they added a small pastry with it. They have these "protein balls", which don't look appealing and I'm not sure what's in them, but while I wouldn't buy one, if they added a small protein ball on my plate, I would eat it and it may help push me over to the almost full state. If I enjoyed it, I may even want to buy another one. That's just my two cents. I also had the iced black tea with honey. I was taken aback that they charged me extra for honey, which I didn't know until I read the receipt, seeing as many places place the honey out there in a station for the drinker to add themselves. I'm not sure if it's organic expensive honey or what, but I wasn't expecting to be charged extra for sweetening my tea. It was however a good tea: quite refreshing and perfectly sweetened to start my day. The place itself is beautfiful. I love eating in a beautiful, comfortable space. We sat in nice chairs next to a fake fireplace, I mean even a fake fireplace has some charm to it. We could look outside at the trees or inside at the beautiful logs and wood that lined the cafe. So that was a big plus. So, good food, good service and a lovely setting are all reasons to return, I just wish I could have a heartier sandwich and not be charged to sweeten my tea. read more

One of the best breakfast and brunch spots I've tried in California and Oregon. The coffee was outstanding. The breakfast bowl was delicious. The ambience- the tables were big, stable and comfortable. The chairs near the fireplace were homey. The next day I had coffee and a scone across the street because my sister is impaired and it was easier- but i wished I was back at Paneah's Bistro! read more

I asked a store owner in the Cedar Bridge Mall what her favorite local coffee shop was and she recommended Paneah's. She couldn't say enough good things about their cinnamon rolls and paninis. My husband and I got coffees and cinnamon rolls to take home as we'd already eaten. Had the cinnamon rolls the next morning. Heated them up slightly and they were amazing. The topping and sourdough they are made of was soft and easy to bite into. We had the orange cinnamon and huckleberry. Still not sure which one is my favorite. I'll have to go in next time I visit my family here in Sandpoint so I can try their breakfast burritos and other items; their entire menu looked really good. Loved the ladies behind the counter. They were patient as we decided what to get and were more than happy to make suggestions. Then they altered to accommodate our preferences. Very glad this place was recommended to us. read more

Really excellent panini and side salad! The Ponte De Vecchio Italian panini was a delicious flavor bomb. Crusty rosemary topped panini bread with warm Dijon mustard, salami, who knows what all. The staff was pleasant & the location in the Cedar St Bridge Public Market is quaint and convenient. We came in the off season & the market was not crazy crowded.
