Used to order from this location regularly. About a month ago, ordered wake up asiago BLT, got home, it had lettuce, tomato, no egg, no bacon. One should NEVER have to open up everything in their bag to make sure the kitchen made it correctly. Had to drive all the way back to store. Couple weeks later, they forget an item in my order, luckily caught it while still at the cafe. Neither time did they offer sweet treat, as used to be custom (though they used to not make mistakes), and both times, it was attributed to someone new. Today was final straw. Ordered Wake Up Asiago BLT. Got all the way home, took a bite, sandwich had egg, bacon, sausage. Sausage not an ingredient for the sandwich, and it had no lettuce, tomato. I was going to suck it up and submit the issue through the app. Directly from order in app, I select "Something wrong?" to give my feedback. A page or so in it asks for rewards #, even though I'm replying directly to my order, so I back out, grab #, start again. Get a couple pages further, it wants my order #. I wasn't going to restart again, so I pushed through and typed out my comments. Went to submit, app froze (yes, it's up-to-date). They obviously don't want the feedback, and they figure most people aren't going to drive all the way back to the store. Me though? No meetings until 10, I've got time to burn. Took my order back, asked for a refund, manager asked me if I wanted to keep my drink. Not "let me refund you AND make this right since you've driven all the way back here and this is the 3rd time in a month," just, "you want to keep the drink you ordered to make up for your time and inconvenience, loyal customer?" Despite it all, they had one last golden opportunity to potentially keep a customer (and her family, who eats there regularly) and they blew it. All of the menu items are reasonably priced, large in size, fresh, delicious, and are served very quickly! If people aren't fans of chain restaurants then they'll never be happy with a place like Panera, but we've been hitting these for years, and always enjoy the laid back atmosphere, abundant menu items, and relatively low price of filling items like the soup in bread bowls! read more

I used to count on Panera for a great salad, Now the ingredients are skimpy, the lettuce inclues a lot of the core, and not enough dressing is provided. I know I can ask for more, but when you don't know it's not enough until you get home, it's too late. I used all the dressing provided and had almost a dry salad for dinner tonight. Going through the drive through for a tea along with a bagel & cream cheese-was a breeze! They have the best of everything, bagels, baked good, soup, sandwiches and salads. New Era falls short! I appreciate change but removing some of the old healthier options to add new stuff is disappointing. Went to get my favorite spinach artichoke soufflé and was told they no longer carry it. Took out the one with healthy veggies and added one with bacon. Why? Quit offering cream cheese with chives and now it's plain cream cheese or maple walnut (or something like that). Worst run Panera ever. Lady who works the front (long pony tail) has terrible attitude. I have been coming here for about a month now as my work spot. If you're not one of her friends, you're gonna be treated poorly. Also, I've asked multiple times over last few weeks if she could adjust the heat and she just rolled her eyes and says I can't do that from here. Multiple people will come in, sit down, and leave within a few minutes. On a positive note, the girls in the back are entertaining. You can hear about their love lives, the people they don't like, and have been treated to crying sessions a few times. Food quality is subpar compared to the other locations. read more

This place is so fast and easy and very friendly. I had the pleasure of speaking with the Manager Hunter and she was super sweet!

The food was good of course, no question there, but the lady at the front desk was rude and when my friend and I asked about the ice machine she was snappy and said "she didn't get paid to smile" to me. She had a disgusting attitude, she made the whole experience ruined. I would ask to speak to her manager but she would just talk back. Drive thru is always a nice perk for a not junk food-fast food, but this drive thru was slow. Both the lady who took my order and the one at the window were especially chipper~ I did appreciate that! They were out of my fav- the prickly pear hibiscus tea, so I opted for green tea instead. My go to is the broccoli cheddar soup and I grabbed and ran to my doc appt and ate in their parking lot. I went to this Panera to take out food on February 3rd. I went during the evening on a weekday, so it was pretty slow. I was the only person when I ordered. It is my first and last time at this Panera. I do not frequent Panera and I told the young man that. I do not know the protocol for picking up take out. So, I asked the young man behind the counter if I had to show my receipt to pick up my food. I did not know. He got an attitude with me and was quite nasty for a simple question. I've been eating at Panera Bread for many years and was so happy to see this restaurant opened not long after I moved to Atlantic Beach. I cannot say enough positive things about Panera Bread. I came into the Panera bread on the way home from my work and i ordered a chicken noodle soup pick and 2 with mac n cheese and a side of broccoli cheddar soup, both the soups in bread bowls. I ordered online and when i came in i had to wait about 10 minutes for my food to be done. I grabbed it said thank you and made my way to home on san pablo. I get home and i open the bag and i pull out two bread bowls and one mac n cheese. They had forgotten both of my soups and i had to drive back to get it back. When i got back thank goodness Kat was working! She was so sweet and had wonderful customer service. She apologized to me and got me my soups very fast and added in a cookie for my troubles. Very disappointed in this location once again. I typically love panera, you can't seem to go wrong- I've recently discovered the turkey bacon bravo, I might be wrong on the name. Regardless it's my new favorite. So last night I drove out of my way to this location to grab some dinner to go. I did the pick two, Mac and cheese and a half a sandwich. After I left I realized they completely messed my order up and screwed me on food. For starters, the cup of Mac n cheese was only half way filled- which is irritating. Then when I got to my sandwich they had smothered the avocado and veggies in mayo- The sandwich itself comes w a special sauce, I always ask for it to be on the side. Other than that the sandwich doesn't have mayo, I even double checked on the menu to make sure I wasn't the one who screwed up. Nothing is more irritating than spending money on something only to later find out you can't eat it. So lesson learned- always check your Togo food before leaving an establishment. The food is ok, but sometimes customer service are not very polite. Last time I am waiting about 30 minutes to get my order.

I ordered delivery and it was delivered to the wrong address. They sent a new driver and a new order and the driver couldn't find my address for some reason and only spoke Spanish, so I couldn't even give him directions. I have ordered delivery to my work hundreds of times and have never had a problem like this before. Management didn't help much except to refund my order, which could take up to a week. I am now hungry, disappointed, and very upset. read more

Staff is always friendly and the food tastes fresh. We always get the pick two which includes half a sandwich, a bowl of soup and a drink. They also have baked goods with cookies, pies and bread. The coconut macaroons are my favorite!! Also the apple turkey sandwich is amazing! read more
