Today, I experienced a strong urge to consume some items from Chick- Fil-A. I was dropped off in the parking lot of this restaurant ready to fulfill my craving for a chicken sandwich, and as I waited for my food, I longingly stared into the playground remembering the days when it was societally acceptable for me to use it. The food arrived lickety-split and tasted delicious as always. The only negative thing was when they forgot to give me my root beer so I had to ask them for it, but they gave me a larger size than I asked for so my wrath was suppressed. I even saw some kid dressed up like holly wheeler. The ambiance was just like any other Chick-Fil-A, warm and welcoming with great service. Easily the most majestic fast food chain in our area and I will be coming here again. read more

I hadn't been to Chick-fil-A in years--since I started boycotting back in middle school--but I was convinced to give it another try. Now I understand why it remains so popular. The food is undeniably tasty, and the drive-thru line, while long, moved at a reasonable pace. Staff were polite and friendly, which definitely helped the overall experience. That said, I have to take off points for a serious issue. I ordered a diet soda, which was correctly entered on the receipt, but I was given a regular one. I have a medical condition that requires strict blood sugar control, and the mix-up caused a spike. I had to take medication I hadn't planned on using, and while I caught it in time, it could have been much worse. For some people, getting the right drink isn't just about taste--it's about safety. As for the food, the sandwich and nuggets were both very tasty. The waffle fries were good too, though I wish the box had been filled a little more. One highlight for me was their sauce collection--especially the sweet and spicy Sriracha. It paired really well with everything. I didn't go inside, but from what I could tell, most people stick to the drive-thru anyway. Overall, great flavors and friendly service, but the drink error made the experience stressful. I hope more attention is paid to order accuracy, especially when it can have serious health consequences. read more

Rolled thru the drive thru for a quick lunch bite. I settled on a waffle fry and the new key lime shake. The shake was fantastic to the last drop. I had trouble with the app, my first time trying it. I couldn't figure out how to remove something from an order. I also couldn't figure out how to pay for part of my order with a gift card and the rest with a credit card. We gave up, and went to the restaurant to order. I was able to apply my birthday treat and gift card balance at the counter. This location has sit down, which, unfortunately, my local Chick-fil-a has eliminated (it's drive-through only now). Service was good: they came by our table and asked it they could get us any refills or sauces, and later if they could take our trash away. Also, our order was ready just after we finished paying, and before we went to our table... other than the shakes, which they brought out to us a few minutes later. We did order too much food this time: two chicken sandwiches, two shakes, one fry, and a cookie. The fry was enough for the two of us, though we went through all four sauce packets we got for it. Their fries with honey roasted BBQ sauce was my favorite thing of the meal. The chicken sandwiches (get them without pickles) weren't as good as usual: a bit dry. The cookie was good, though not the best I've tasted: lots of melted chocolate. I'd get it again. The peach and chocolate shakes were both pretty good. At first we both preferred the chocolate, but by the end I think I preferred the peach. My wife did get her chocolate shake with whipped cream, however, which might have screwed it up (get shakes without the whipped cream or cherry). Next time we'll probably revert to our usual order for the two of us: one chicken sandwich, one fry with four honey roasted BBQ sauces, and one chocolate shake. Maybe they have a salad or fruit I could add for health, and to make sure we're full. I'd be tempted to add the cookie too, and may try the seasonal peach shake again next year. A couple of issues this time, but I like being able to eat in at this location and we'll be back. read more

Amazing chic, very clean always fast and has the best play area, food is hot and fresh and every one is very nice. However, they allow much older kids in the play area. It says three and under but is not enforced at all in this location, parents don't monitor their older kids. Had to rip my toddler out before she got hurt. So toddler parents be warned letting your littles run around. read more

I've lived in Jax my whole life and I've never went to chick fil a and after consistently driving by and seeing this place always busy I decided to try it and my goodness it was good! The food was outstanding. But I have to say the most pleasant thing about my experience was Jaxon who took my order, he was very well spoken and such a respectful young man and after I told him this was my first time he really went through and took the time to make sure I got what I wanted. We love all cfa, but this location is close to home and they do a fantastic job of keeping it local! They recently renovated to increase their speed of service and it looks beautiful inside! I came to Chick-fil-A thinking it was going to be quick and fast and surely it was not. I was in lane one. I don't know how long I kid you not eight cars passed by by the time I got to the person to give my order mind you did say she was training, but I fear you should not have somebody training during peak hours . It was slow and it just made me even more upset. Yes food was good. Give you that. Honestly never thought I would complain about a chick fil a. This one has gotten my orders incorrect the last 3 times I was there. The first time I ordered a southwest chicken salad with bacon and they assumed I didn't want the chicken instead of asking. The second time I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and a chocolate milk for my son. Again they assumed I wanted the meal without asking. Today I ordered another spicy southwest salad and when I get home it's missing the tortilla chips and Chile lime pepitas. I love Chick-fil-a! Especially for breakfast~ I was thinking back to the first time I tried chicken for breakfast, I was so skeptical- chicken is for dinner I thought! Ha~ couldn't have been more wrong! This morning was a delicious hashbrown bowl with eggs, cheese and chicken. These bowls are quickly becoming a morning favorite! Not too much food- and I like having eggs for breakfast- this little bowl is packed full of everything I love! I do find it odd that they throw in another hashbrown on the side... I'd rather have a biscuit! I may have to ask if I can sub next time! And I don't know about you- but I love their tea! I usually get the same thing every-time I come here a deluxe chicken sandwich with no pickles. It always hit the spot but my only complaint is that they forget to take the pickles off. Was looking for a quick lunch and decided on Chick-fil-A. I always say that the chicken sandwich never looks as appealing as the taste. It's just a simple looking sandwich that always seems to have that great fresh taste. Being indecisive in what sauce I wanted on my chicken sandwich and also to dip my fries into I asked if I could sample all the sauces they had. With a great big smile the assistant manager in training replied "yes of course, my pleasure". It's great service like this that keeps customers coming back. I tried this request in Mc Donald's last week and they told me it would be .25 cents per sauce. The restaurant was clean, the employees seem to always be working together, they serve you your food at your table, and you never hear the employees complain. (Unlike in Mcdonalds and other fast food places). If your looking for quality and fresh foods with also gluten free choices and bread this would be a good place to go. I have never been so dissatisfied with a Chic-fil-A probably my entire life. I've had a couple issues with this one before because my fries tasted uncooked and super squishy but I let it go cause after about a week the problem was fixed. Yesterday I made a carry out mobile order which is usually the best cause i just go in and grab my food. My dad wanted to try the new seasonal sandwhich which he ordered it grilled and we received it spicy..and not to mention it also took more than 10 minutes for them to acknowledge my order. I used to work at Chick-fil-a so I understand how the whole bumping orders process works, I could see the screen being used for outside orders which my order would have popped up on and for how long I was waiting it would have been in the red but there was no red order up there so i'm thinking maybe my orders just sitting up there. A few minutes go by and I realize there's a girl who has been giving me pretty rude looks and I recognized her from being a former classmate from more than 5 years ago. If I had to take a little guess I assume she bumped my order and wanted me to wait because we never really got along. There's a fine line between work and outside relationships and if I am paying money I would like to know i'm getting the most of my money. My order was not worked on until it had been bumped for over 9 minutes, I overheard the guy who decided to work on my order say this. Not once did anyone ask if I needed anything just simply looking at me because I had been standing there for over 10 minutes. This really makes me never want to go back to this Chic-fil-A ever. Even the cows agree... "Chick-fil-A is the bombdotcom!" I love stopping by Chick-fil-A for a quick lunch - and sometimes breakfast. Today, I craved their amazing and always fresh waffle fries for lunch. And most importantly, their vanilla iced coffee. I've visited this particular Chick-fil-A on numerous occasions, and haven't quite received my complete order. But, that doesn't take away from the fact that I love eating there. The customer service is great, the staff is professional, friendly, and patient. I've only visited via the drive thru; therefore, my rating is based solely on my drive thru experience. As many yelpers have stated about this restaurant, yes, their drive thru lines could be long at times. But, I personally don't mind the wait as long as the food is fresh and the customer service remains the same. The only thing I could nitpick at is when they are bringing in new employees... I know am in for my order to possibly being incorrect or missing something. But, overall, I enjoy eating at this restaurant. Will be returning. read more

This is a super busy location. It has a drive-thru line that is endless and a children's play area so adults can eat in peace. I witnessed the staff and management bringing orders to customers at their tables for the hour I was there enjoying my meal. Talk about customer service. I was there on Wednesday afternoon for lunch and my chicken sandwich was delicious, but my fries were not as hot and crispy as I would have expected. I probably should have asked for another order to replace them, but I was starved so I ate them anyway. They were not terrible just lukewarm. I was happy to see that they have the Original BBQ sauce available here instead of the one they brought out a few years ago with a smoky taste. The original is way better and they don't charge you for extras. The infamous lemonade is as good as I remember it to be and despite the hundreds of people that we're being served either through the drive thru or inside this place runs a pretty tight ship and you will get your food in a relatively timely manner. This location ALWAYS seems to be slammed. Since COVID they no longer offer curbside pick up which is a shame because their drive through is a deal breaker for me. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've waited 30 min for a mobile order in the drive through. I always order via the Mobile app for pickup through the drive through. He gets a spicy chicken deluxe sans lettuce and tomato with double pickle. Definitely a custom build for them. He also gets a large fry. I get a medium fry and a Southwest salad with grilled nuggets. Also a custom build. Pre COVID this order would take them anywhere from 10-15 min to get together. Personally, I recommend going to the Chick-Fil-A off Atlantic and Hodges. Their drive through is much quicker and I get the same order in 5 min or less. read more

3rd strike for this location. I am not a complainer so this will serve more as a WARNING about this locations drive thru. The last 3 orders have been incorrectly filled in some way shape or form. The problem is not the person taking the order it's at the window. Today the teenagers working the window where you get the food we're much more interested in their social plans with each other than checking the order are correct. The window crew is always flirting with each other or cutting up rather than doing their job. Yes, I know, I should check my bag before I leave..... The Chik Fil a at Atlantic and Hodges is so much more efficient and accurate on their orders. I never have to check my bag. Today's simple request for unsweetened tea with two lemons got me nasty Diet Coke no lemons. Wait a PITA to get home AGAIN with another wrong order from this location. Line was standard. Ashton, at the window, doesn't listen, isn't very personable, seemed to think we were inconveniencing him as we waited for our drinks. Not the normal pleasant staffing, more like he was bored silly and could t care less about the customer. And before you jump all over the kid at his summer job it should be noted that a manager was right next to him and showed just as much apathy. Food was standard. I notice CFA is now cutting their breast's in half to make them thinner, but mine was so thin that the entire center was breading only, no bird in site. Little too much cost cutting going on their. Does anyone not like Chick-fil-A? This is by far the best drive thru fast food chain. It's hard to order wrong, but my favorite is the Deluxe Spicy Chicken sandwich. Always served hot and fresh. The service is top notch and they always respond to requests with "my pleasure."
