Been going to this location for a minute and every time I go, I always have an issue with the employees. They rush you out the drive-thru, snappy commentary, forget items you've ordered, and the food is thrown together very sloppily. Coming from someone who works in customer service I understand it can be frustrating at times. But I've never given my customers attitude because I'm so miserable I'M AT WORK and have to do MY JOB. I placed an order for pick up at 9:30am on Saturday July 27th 2024, I placed this order the day before on July 26th. I get there to pick up my order "baked goods feast & 9 pack mini scones" and my 9 mini scones are missing, I asked where they were at and the girl said "we accidentally gave them to someone else, and are not remaking them, so we gave you a couple extra scones". They gave me 2 big scones that was suppose to replace NINE mini scones, that's no where close to any replacement to make anything right. Also the price of the 2 orange scones doesnt even make up the money I spent for the 9? We had 20 people for breakfast, how am I suppose to make 9 people share 2 scones? Like what? She didnt seem like she wanted to compensate or offer anything else, and I was already on my way to the breakfast with friends, so I had to stop somewhere else, because this Panera had like nothing out in the cabinets, spend an additional $7 on a half dozen donuts down the street, to be able to feed everyone. I went thru the drive thru. My portion of the order was correct, however my sandwich was soggy and was missing onions. My husbands order was not what was ordered. he ordered a whole sandwich and received a soggy half sandwhich had no bacon, no avocado only a couple of chunks of chicken. When I called the store, the 2nd person I talked to was rude. She said it has bacon and avocado on it and I said I am looking inside of it and it doesn't. she said well that whats on the sandwich And I said not this one. It's a soggy half sandwich with neither of those things. She said well you can bring it back. I indicated I wasn't driving back. at that point I hung up and threw the 1/2 a soggy sandwich out. I ordered through doordash, and I am extremely displeased. I originally ordered a half bacon turkey bravo with broccoli cheddar soup, half steak sandwich with mac n cheese, and a kids meal, and both of the sandwiches were missing. I went through doordash help and had it partially reordered (just the two meals of half sandwich/half mac or soup). They sent another broccoli soup, mac n cheese, and a steak sandwich, but no bacon turkey bravo sandwich. I'm not really sure how you completely mess up an order twice in a row. The one sandwich I received had an unbelievable amount of horseradish, it was dripping out of the sides, and my husband who loves horseradish couldn't even eat it due to the amount. The broccoli cheddar soup and mac n cheese were both great, but they come pre-made, so you can't really mess it up. Definitely not going to this location again, apparently messing up orders is quite common here, very disappointing, especially for the prices of Panera. Panera bread is the go to place for all things carb! Hahaha. Well, they do sell other things too, but panera is definitely known for their bagels and desserts! For one thing, during clinicals at school, we always got boxes of bagels at the end of the semester for the nurses! Their bagels are good though :) Other things that are good about this Panera is their soups. I really enjoy their chicken noodle soup for some reason. I know I could probably make it myself, but it doesn't taste as good as panera's does though and my daughter loves coming here! The staff each time I come to this location is always patient and friendly. With a six year old, it always takes a little while for her to decide what she wants to eat! We ordered two Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salads tonight and they looked great! Unfortunately only two of our salad dressings looked edible. They were an actual liquid while the other two resembled tapioca pudding. I thought if I stirred them up it might help but that just brought up to the top a piece of lettuce that was already in the dressing. I'm not sure how that got in there. To top off this wonderful mother's day my wife found the corner of a plastic bag in her salad that you can see in our picture. If I could give this location zero stars I would. Have had too many bad experiences at this location to count. Wrong items, missing items, items not available at the drivethru but were avl for order thru the mobile app. I've sat in the drivethru and watched customers order and then end up leaving due to the 20-30+ minute wait times. Typically I love panera but my most recent experience was quite disappointing. It started with not being greeted at all just stared at until I assumed I could order then the cashier turned her back on me as I began to order and was talking about something irrelevant to another co-worker and someone I was assuming was a friend just visiting her. After finally beginning my order she rushed through it not giving me much time to remember that I hadn't ordered my drink and pastery I was going to purchase and instead of asking she just told me my total so I decided not to waste my money on someone who clearly doesn't care. Worst part is my food is terrible. My soup was barely full, my salad only has spinach since I wasnt told that they were out of regular lettuce, and my bagette was burned to a crisp...this was all before 6pm. I like Panera but definitely not this location!!! Same issues with order not being right from drive through to in person. I decided to try the pick up option, nobody answered the phone or came out after I clicked "I'm here" in the app. I asked for a receipt and they looked at me like I was crazy. They ran my card and said oh, you can't see it on your bank transaction statement? What?!? Is their a paper receipt shortage in Nebraska. 2 different supervisors had to help me. All I wanted was a receipt when my card was ran. Very rude! Made it turn into an issue like I was complaining and got the manager. I don't need the manager. Nothing like being told they are out of baguettes at 845 only to see them on a table along with the other left over bread. My guess an employee is taking it home. Ordered the Southwest Chili Line Ranch salad and was advised they were out of romaine lettuce. How in the world are you out of romaine lettuce when it's the main ingredient in most of your salads?
