The waitress explained it was more of a sweet and sour dish. I was apprehensive as I tend to enjoy more savory, but after she explained everything I was excited to try something new. I loved it! I've ordered three different entrees here and all of them have been incredible. I always sample my partner's food as well, and I'm starting to think you can't order wrong. Seriously, it's that good! One special, one steak-only (mine), and one chicken. I love that all the sauces, utensils, and extras are right on the table. The broth is what makes pho, and theirs did not disappoint. The noodles took a little work, but everything came together perfectly. And the plate of sprouts, cilantro, lime, and jalapeño lets you doctor your soup just the way you like it.
