So I'm gonna start out with I like banh mi. But my partner picked this thinking it was a bao restaurant so she had a little bit to learn and that was funny for me. This restaurant did everything right. The vegetables were pickled just perfectly the meat was delicious. The bread was great, and the drinks were delightful. I had one of the seasonal drinks. It was a grapefruit refresher. They were out of the pomegranate boba so I got mango and it was a really yummy combination. My partner had the tiramisu drink and is kind of obsessed but does warn that it's a little bit heavy more like a milkshake than a refreshing drink. I had the pork belly sandwich because why wouldn't you and it was phenomenal she had the tofu sandwich added peanuts and said it would be worth coming back for. Wheelchair accessibility: there were a few accessible parking spots, but they were off the side and other than that the store itself was pretty accessible. One of the better banh mi places in Omaha. Ordered the bánh mì đặc biệt and the beef bulgolgi bánh mì. The meat and vegetables of the sandwich tasted good and fresh. The meat of the bulgolgi was slightly too salty, but was flavorful. The bread was slightly too soft for my personal preference since I prefer the crust to be more crispy. Decent portion size, but the sandwiches were a little on the pricier side. The two boba drinks(ube and honeydew) that I ordered were great as well. Free Wi-Fi and a quiet atmosphere on a Saturday morning, may even recommend this as a nice study spot. You order up at the front and they'll call your name when the orders ready to pickup at the front counter. The baguette was so soft, tender and perfectly sweetened Chinese pork on the inside. The pickled radish, carrots, cilantro, and I added pickled jalapeños paired PERFECTLY with the meat and bread. What a harmonious meal! They have chips available for purchase, but I'd argue the sandwich itself is wonderful meal. They do have vegan/vegetarian options, with their Teriyaki Tofu being a hit with my vegetarian bestie. Wow! I was nervous to try something new, but this place is close to home and have heard good things. First, the inside of this place is too cute. Definitely loved being able to sit inside while eating. The staff was super nice & patient with us as we looked over the food & drink menu, which is huge! There are options for everyone.
