You order up at the front and they'll call your name when the orders ready to pickup at the front counter. The baguette was so soft, tender and perfectly sweetened Chinese pork on the inside. The pickled radish, carrots, cilantro, and I added pickled jalapeños paired PERFECTLY with the meat and bread. What a harmonious meal! They have chips available for purchase, but I'd argue the sandwich itself is wonderful meal. They do have vegan/vegetarian options, with their Teriyaki Tofu being a hit with my vegetarian bestie.
